Well thought I'd try Fuzzy's since it's the new taco shop. And got to say pretty underwhelmed. The fish taco had the smallest price of fish ever and if we would of combined both fish tacos it almost made one. The enchiladas were also very small but tasted ok. The breakfast taco I was actually excited for because I love Torchy's breakfast tacos and I couldn't even finish it. The beans and rice were very tasty. Maybe I went on a off day I dunno but won't be back to find out. read more

I have tried this restaurant twice and both times experienced dismal level of service and bland, unexciting fish and shrimp tacos. Recently ordered in late afternoon in an off time and was not given a buzzer to notify me of status of my order. The server seemed incapable and unwilling to do just the minimum in taking my order. We go here quite a bit sometimes really good food other times it is horrendous tonight was worse then horrendous we ordered carry out online at 8:00 the restaurant was not that busy food was ready get home and open it up not 15 minutes later and it was dry but really really dry the beans where hard and cold and the potatoes were hard and I mean hard cold and not able to eat. We got the enchiladas with chicken and just could not eat them really cold not warm but cold and really really dry. I understand if it was a few hours sitting around but we ordered at 7:53 picked up at 8:14 and opened 8:30 wish I would have checked the food at the restaurant. I've been excited to try the food at Fuzzy's and after checking out their menu online I decided to give it a try. I'd decided on the grilled avocado taco that boasts of their 'creamy garlic sauce' they are known for. It was a takeout order that I was sharing with a co-worker so we didn't know until later what we got. The taco had yummy avocado then lettuce and tomato but no feta cheese and no creamy garlic sauce. Instead a few packets of Burns Your Butt so hot sauce were tossed in. Funny, but not. Once again I've come across an employee in an establishment that feels the right to make the executive decision to treat a customer of a certain color, age, etc. not to THEIR liking look, in a way that would discourage them coming back. But I will be back, not to that location because I've also noticed this behavior is intensified in the Aurora area. Yet doesn't an owner deserve to know? I've been a small business owner, I know that the support of EVERY customer matters. And it was only 2 years ago all our jobs were shut down. There's one color that prevails in this country and that's the color green, yet to those unaware of the bottom line, they step over that to insult and assault whom ever they determine THEY don't want to see in the checkout line of the business they WORK for, not own. So. There is an executive order RIGHT?? Picked up a to go order today 4/19 As far as I could see NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING A MASK REALLY??? So went again tonight. HMMM one kitchen staff was wearing a mask. One had one under her chin. Others had none. Colorado law states that if you cannot maintain 6 feet distance all employees must be wearing a mask. I find it interesting that after I mentioned this to the manager one of the staff behind the bar all of a sudden was wearing a mask. I ordered no dust on the chips. There's dust. My daughter is allergic to the red part of it and she's the one who ordered chips and salsa and queso. I also ordered cilantro lime rice. I got plain, heavily chicken flavored rice. We are big time Mexican food foodies. We'll be looking elsewhere for our fix. read more

As a previous bar manager myself, I can confidently say that Amanda is one of the greats. She is the reason I have become a regular at this location. She always comes to say hi and makes sure that I am being treated with the best customer service. She is always assisting her fellow employees and making sure that her bar area is clean and running smoothly. She deserves to be recognized and I appreciate all the work she does here. I really like coming to this fuzzys and could only hope to see her every time I come in. She also has a great support staff. Good Afternoon, today I was feeling a bit of spice so I decided let's go to fuzzys. When I arrived I was greeted by a happy smile and quickly served a margarita haha. The food was wonderful (I'm in love with the green chili) and it came out in a timely manner. I'm definitely gonna eat thru the menu at this place. I'd just like to say I know fuzzys isn't a fast food joint and not a full on restaurant so I appreciate what they are able to with in those realms today and everyday! Check em out please! Its a unique little sport spot. The TVs are all tuned in to some sporting event. Tonight they had football, golf,and UFC, not the best event to watch while eating. The wait staff is excellent. After ordering we chose to sit at the bar. They give you a pager so in your food is done you can walk to the back area and wait for a staff member to hand you your tray of food. If you order guacamole and chips or salsa and chips you go to the back area with your receipt and wait for a staff member to hand you those items. This is a little chaotic. We had to wait a while for a staff member to acknowledge us in between running orders and running drinks from the bar. We found a nice spot right at the bar. I ordered a shrimp salad and my guest order two spicy pork tacos. He said the flavor of his tacos were delicious. My salad was a pleasantly surprised large bowl of iceberg lettuce feta cheese tomatoes and tortilla chips. I am glad I requested the shrimp on the side it was a little under cooked and to aromatic for my liking. I chose to eat the salad without. Delicious. Next time I will try with the grilled vegetables instead. It is a nice spot foe a quick bite and friendly atmosphere. read more

I have always wanted to try Fuzzys taco shop. I saw it from the side of the road and it looked very inviting. I also wanted to see how it compared to torchys tacos and other local taco places. They have a very large menu which is nice. We ordered queso with green Chile, many tacos and then the Oreo churros for dessert. I wasn't to impressed with really any of the food. The queso was just average . The tacos were around 3 dollars each but were not special. Every taco is standard with lettuce cheese and a garlic sauce. They do have a variety of meats though which i loved. There are no salsas unfortunately so the tacos tasted pretty plain. But you can get a side of chips and salsa. We were very excited to try the Oreo churros but there was hardly any filling inside and they were very disappointing. I probably will not be returning but I am glad to have tried it. read more

My friend and I went to fuzzys for the first time. Based on our experience I will never go again. I ordered a cheese enchilada plate. My enchiladas were cold and the cheese was not melted. I sent it back. When they brought it back it was better but lukewarm. All this time my friend was waiting for meal. Finally they came and said they lost her meal and had to remake it. When we ordered, the order was taken incorrectly and took a very run long time to fix. Food was cold and tasteless. Tempura fish was sloppily made, and I don't think it was cooked all the way. Not sure where this chain came from but it needs to go back. The queso was essentially cheese wiz with slightly doctored presentation..tasteless. Qdoba's is 10 times better. Ordering food was a cluster having to walk with my tray of food through the crowd to get to my seat was a pain. Too much trouble for staff to bring 20 feet? My mahi fish taco had a piece of fish in it about the size of your pinky finger. I ordered refried beans and got some sort of potatoes. If you're thinking of trying this place sit at the bar and order from there. The bar area is pretty cool with TV's and such. i love the food here, but damn the service sucks. my boyfriend cracked and broke his physical ID, so he has the STATE APPROVED my Colorado ID app. once again, the app is STATE APPROVED. even police officers will accept this as identification. however, they don't accept these here. okay no big deal, it is up to the restaurant as to whether they don't want to participate in that. however, the cashiers reasoning for not accepting this was beyond me. he said they don't accept the app because people have been photoshopping them. huh??? how do you photoshop a literal digital and holographic ID. the app has a Columbine flower on it, and whenever you move or tilt your phone the flower shifts and moves around. that is the one way you can prove that it is not photoshopped. my boyfriend went to his home screen, opened the app, and pulled up his ID, and showed the cashier the entire process. the cashier still said he couldn't accept it because he wasn't sure if it was photoshopped or not. i know it's not directly his fault, but it seems like a personal skill issue if you can't tell if a digital, holographic ID is photoshopped or not. this isn't the first time we've had identification issues at this location either. a few months back we came in another bartender was reluctant to serve us, even with our physical ID's. at this time my boyfriends ID was cracked but not broken. we asked her don't bend it too much as it is already cracked. that's exactly what she did. she finally served us and we watched her go over and talk shit about us to another customer saying how we had fakes and we aren't 21. the customer then said "yea they don't even look 21". when she came back to us we asked her "do you think we have fakes? is it a problem because we can leave?" she then tried to backtrack and say we don't look 21. as a bartender, or anyone working in the food industry, you should know that many people can be over the age of 21 and still look young. that doesn't give you the right to go talk shit about them. read more

I ordered for pick up and among other things got the shredded brisket burrito, the meat was extremely salty, when we called to have it fixed we were told the marinade makes the meat salty and it was marinated too long. They basically told us to deal with it and get over it ... no offer to fix or replace it. This is the 2nd time at this location the food has been less than good quality. read more

First time here. Disappointed. The Pros: The lady who rung us up was great! The atmosphere is great! Cool, spacious place...fun. The staff seems real nice, friendly. Cons: The food on the other hand bummed me out. The Queso was horrible. I actually can't even describe it. I ordered the taco plate. The ground beef was not seasoned....at all. It was grey (cooked) ground beef that was really greasy. Zero flavor. I don't believe there was cheese on the tacos. Bummer. I really want to like this place as it's a cool place with fun people. I am not one to leave negative reviews but I consistently get bad service from Fuzzy's. The food is good, but I can never seem to get all that I ordered. The last four times I have ordered from them I have had an issue. One time they called me and told me I couldn't have all the order of guac I ordered because they might need it for other customers (????? I ordered first!) Today, I was craving chips and guac so I ordered it from Fuzzy's and what a surprise...NO CHIPS were included! It is really frustrating to have your mouth set on something and for something to always be missing/go wrong. I am done with Fuzzy's. read more

My husband and I live less than 5 min away so we were excited when this taco shop opened. We decided to give it a try today. I ordered a shredded chicken quesadilla and grilled shrimp taco. My husband got a taco platter with mahi and tempura shrimp. The woman who took our order got it right bc I checked the receipt. When we got the food, my taco was a mahi one, not shrimp. Both my husband and my mahi tacos had 2 small strips of flavorless fish. The high schoolers in the kitchen threw them together with hardly any lettuce or cheese. My quesadilla fell apart it was so soggy. We will not return. read more
