I'm very familiar with fuzzy as this used to be my go to spot every other weekend. I stopped coming because the store temporarily closed due to staffing. Parking, there is plenty of it. It's in a trip mall but still enough parking. I was greeted as I walked in. I ordered my favorite chicken nachos and tried one of their limited time margaritas. I received a buzzer for once my food is ready. Lots of seating as they have the main dining area and an extended patio. My only complaint is my food was warm vs hot. Otherwise this would be 5 stars. I've been to other locations of Fuzzy's and this location is sub-par by a wide margin. Ordered chips and queso and the queso was lukewarm. First disappointment. I ordered one grilled fish OG taco and one with brisket. My fish taco had 3 very small pieces of grilled cod. This taco tasted more like a slaw taco. Second disappointment. My brisket taco had plenty of meat. Unfortunately the brisket should have been chopped. My taco had long strands of brisket that would spill out of the taco when I took a bite. Another fail. We went there on a Tuesday evening and were greeted right away. That's the end of the good stuff. We waited over a half hour, I took video of how lightning fast the employees were moving (that's sarcastic) while people waited. When we saw that people that came in after us were getting their food first we went and asked how our order was coming along. Two orders of two tacos, beans, and rice. Boy did THAT start a screaming match. Not with us but the girl behind the counter went back to the kitchen, saw what was apparently our order just sitting there and asked why it had not been taken care of. Then came the yelling between her and another employee in the kitchen. The other employee ended up leaving. I mean put her jacket on and left the kitchen. We got our food shortly after and it wasn't all it was cracked up to be. We had been at another location some time ago but this food did not compare at ALL. The (crispy) shells seemed stale or uncooked, the rice I got was super dry. The refried beans on the side were quite good however and the chips we had ordered were nice and crispy as you would hope. Three stars because the show was entertaining but lost points over the mediocre food and the wait time for everyone that had gone in and ordered. They're tacos. It's what you do. It's even in the name. There is no reason it should take over a half hour to crank out four crispy tacos. Will we go back? Ok first thing I have to say is.. Don't trust Waze. This location is right next to a Hibachi place not on the other side of Kia. I got mildly lost finding this location. No clear signs from the road that helps or non that I saw. Walking in it was slow which is perfect for me so I was able to order and get my drink within a good time! They are out of a lot for drinks so make sure they have it before paying. They are currently out of Mango and Peach flavor's. When I got my food(2tacos) they looked delicious! My Cali shrimp was a bit salty but the Tempera Maui was perfect! The staff were busy working on the online orders and walk-ins but still polite and efficient! Will certainly come again! read more

Let me get my gripes out of the way first. When I ordered nachos I was asked if I wanted guacamole, sour cream, and jalapeños, I was never told that it was for an extra cost. I stopped eating at Fuzzy's because we were often given cold food, rude service and it just plain wasn't good anymore to me. But my daughter loves them and I grudgingly agreed to a dinner there only to find a great menu of corn items that were simply delicious. Food was hot tonight and the service was not bad., I'm happy to say Fuzzy's is no longer in my list of places to avoid. If I have more than one experience like this I would even recommend them. What a disappointment. We used to love going to Fuzzy's and got takeout from there 1-2 times a month. Since this summer they have gone downhill fast. Orders are wrong - items are often missing f and wait times are very long. They won't accept app/online orders anymore due to 'high volume' but the place isn't busy. When we call in an order it's never correct, despite asking the staff to repeat it over the phone. This appears to be a staffing issue and I hope they get it together eventually because we really miss going there! It's unfortunate. read more

Great casual place for great Mexican food and drinks! Portions are all homemade, fresh and large. You are definitely not leaving hungry and actually have some to take home. Guacamole is creamy and delicious on top of very light and crispy chips. Salsa is packed with vine ripe tomatoes and just the right amount of flavorings. Chicken fajitas were exceptional and all condiments (sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and peppers) was plentiful. The plate even came with a nice scoop of guacamole too! First of all, pickup was promised in 15-20 minutes but we waited for 40 minutes upon arrival and then the clerk insisted she gave us our order ... which was the wrong order! Work week lunch date with Hubby here yesterday. They were pretty busy - to be expected with the nice weather and the fact that they have a PATIO :) Hubby ordered fajita chicken nachos, I ordered fajita beef quesadilla. First let me tell you - I was not real excited to go here because the last time I went to a Fuzzy's I didn't like what I ordered (just preference). So this time I decided to try something new. And it was a good idea! The quesadilla was huge and delicious! I loved the seasoning on the beef and that it came with sour cream as well. Hubby was a bit disappointed - when he got his nachos, he realized they were not fajita chicken and when we looked at the receipt we saw the order was input as regular chicken. So shame on us for not double checking. We were in a hurry so he just ate it. We didn't sit on the patio, but I would highly recommend it. There are windows out there as well to keep bugs out. I love burritos My Co worker recommended this place and brought me a burrito yesterday. Fajita steak was great. Today I used DoorDash for another fajita steak. I was sad to see how they spelled my name knowing the data they received from my doordash account was accurate. Actually 3.5 Stars Fuzzy's is one of the best quick service Taco Joints in the midwest. Far better than that "Bell" place and since we no longer have the likes of Naugle's/Dell Taco I wish there was a Fuzzy's on every other corner to give that "Bell" place some competition.... why? We stopped in Fuzzy's for a late lunch after some shopping. My boyfriend was adamant about having me try Fuzzy's, as it was a favorite of his when he lived in Texas, where it originated. Overall, the experience was good. The tacos and chips have great flavor, the restaurant is lively, and the price is right. I had a few questions for the employee at the cashier about the menu. He told us he was new and wasn't totally sure. My personal Fuzzy's expert (boyfriend) was able to navigate most of my questions, but he himself was disappointed because this location didn't serve sandwiches (and apparently the sandwiches are the best thing on the menu). The food came out quickly. I ordered a shrimp taco, a chicken fajita taco, and chips and queso. The chips are thin and crispy and had an awesome seasoning on them. I wish they sold the seasoning at the restaurant- I would have bought it on the spot. The tacos were both very flavorful and I would definitely order both again. My only critique of the tacos would be too much lettuce and thin tortillas which makes them a little hard to eat, but I can live with that. Overall, not my favorite taco shop, but I would return to Fuzzy's. I'd maybe even order the same thing, just with a request to go easy on the lettuce. I've written reviews for the other Fuzzy's in Webster as well. I really like this place a lot. I love that they use a crumbled feta cheese instead of that finely shredded silliness in other places. Butt-burning hot sauce is a winner! This place does not have as wide a drink selection as the other it seems. The photos on the wall did not match what they actually served the last time I went. So just ask before you get your heart set on something. Get the app, save your receipts, earn rewards by taking a picture and uploading it! Get a Coronarita. Their margarita mix for the frozen there is good! New, shiny, and clean. :) read more

Fuzzy's you are growing on me. It's just that THIS LOCATION is so tiny...and so different from Webster... Chips and Queso is the winner here. Stir in the Fuzzy's Butt Burning Hot Sauce on the table and it makes the Queso worthy or return visits. I LOVE the seasoning on the chips. Fast casual pace of Fuzzy's makes it good for families. Easy to just come as you are. I will be back for more of that Queso. One of these days I will try that margarita with the split of champagne!!! read more

We've been eating there since they opened and they have steadily gone downhill over the last 3-4 years (started before the pandemic so that's not an excuse) They don't make any of their items to the recipes they used to and have now cut many of our favorite items. A group of us went to Fuzzy's while visiting St. Louis. They are located in a shopping center with plenty of parking which made it convenient to get in and out. You order as you walk in and are given one of those buzzers that light up when your order is ready. There was a line, but it moved fairly quickly. Coming from San Diego, Fuzzy's is nothing like our Authentic Mexican Food - but I knew that going in. There is a lot of variety in the Menu and I thought it was funny that they had a "California" Taco lol its nothing like any Taco you'll find in California. There is inside seating and then an area that is covered but sort of outdoors and much colder. We were lucky to find a table to fit our group inside. It was loud & busy. Overall, I think the place serves a purpose....quick, inexpensive food in a super casual & fun environment. There were a lot of young people who seemed to be enjoying themselves J The food was low quality, but priced accordingly. Lots of iceberg lettuce, low quality cheese, watery sour cream etc. Food wise, I would compare it to a Taco Bell....the quality of the food isn't great, the prices are cheap and people seem to love it. My "California" taco was ok, it was almost all cheese and sour cream. I don't think anyone was super impressed with their food BUT one of my friends purchased these Oreo Churros and those were SO bomb! Like OMG good! They were a chocolate churro with sugar on the outside and cream on the inside, served warm. I would go there on a regular basis just for those!! They serve these huge margaritas with an upside-down beer bottle or champagne bottle in the cup and I saw a lot of people drinking those. Overall, I think the place is fun, cheap, and quick.
