The food was good here! The quesadillas are large, great portion size. I ordered the Montreal, the provel sold me. I really liked the combo of the seasoned steak with the cheese. The restaurant itself wasn't the cleanest, especially the beverage station, which is an easy fix. The staff was helpful and prompt with service. Stopped in here for lunch having known nothing about it but craving a quesadilla, the inside is large with plenty of tables, there was only one person working upfront, but it wasn't crowded so that was fine, she was friendly enough and let us know we could order whenever we are ready. There are quite a few options on the menu so it took some time to get through it all, but in the end I went with the Santa Fe quesadilla. The quesadillas are bigger than expected, but was extremely good and served with sour cream and salsa, will definitely come back here to try other things on the menu. read more

My husband and I got pick up for lunch today and it was nothing like a remember it. He got the far east quesadilla and said it was ok. I got the Santa Fe quesadilla and had to pick through it to be able to eat it. I ordered it without pico because I don't like raw onions and peppers and my spice level is very low. I took a bite of my food and it was fiery hot. It was full of green (spicy?) peppers and raw onions. I called and asked about it and was told that it's the part of corn and beans mix and I did not see it being mentioned on the menu. I was offered to call every time i order to verify all the ingredients. I would rather go to a place that lists all the ingredients. Did I mention that any green pepper hurts my stomach to a point of getting sick? That is why I did not order anything with obvious peppers on it. I won't be back. read more

Restrooms were a little rough though apparently based off what my woman said to me when she came out. Other then that the soda was a classic frostie root beer it was tasty to and refreshing on light ice in what looked like a 20 oz fountain cup that came with a lid and straw to. Enjoy! We had such high hopes. Truly, when we saw the large boxes of nachos upon pickup we were so ecstatic. The place was well decorated and empty when we arrived, but service seemed nice and we received our food quickly. We took it home and happily munched on our nachos. We both ordered the Mexico City nachos (my girlfriend got the taco beef and I adjusted mine to no meat add black beans for vegetarian). The chips were thick, comparable to the thickness of a dorito. The 5 cheese queso had a good flavor but was a bit salty. Overall they were average nachos-nothing to write home about but they hit the spot. The only thing we were really very unhappy with was the salsa, it was just loaded with a cumin taste and not something we would order again. That is, until, about 40 minutes after we ate. My girlfriend became very ill with food poisoning symptoms that can only be attributed to what she had eaten (the nachos with taco beef). I had eaten the same thing sans meat and felt fine, so we think it must have been something with the way the meat was prepared. I phoned the restaurant to let them know as a courtesy in hopes that other people might not get sick from it as well and was met with the employee's response of "okay...I guess I can tell them but there's nothing we can do about it". No apologies, or anything. It made me feel stupid for calling. Overall we really wanted to love this place as we had just moved here. Unfortunately, I don't think it's somewhere we will be going back to. read more

This is a difficult rating for me. I believe my children who are in their 20s, would probably rate this five stars. If I rated it just for me, it would be three stars. This review may be a bit long-winded, but I want to do justice to the restaurant. The Santa Fe quesadilla (see photo) that I had was essentially a Mexican calzone, a large one! The calzone, I mean, the quesadilla arrived hot, and well presented. Did I mention it was large? I have noticed that my children and their friends always ask for ranch dressing when we get a pizza. I don't get it! Pizza is good! Why add salad dressing to cover up the meat, cheese, and other goodies? My meal included a small container of sour cream, and another of salsa. Both were delicious, and necessary. The quesadilla needed the sauces. The restaurant offers many other sauces for a small extra charge. Tear, dip, bite seemed to be the desired process. The interior (see photo) and restrooms were bright, and clean. The one staff member I met was friendly, efficient, and very professional. The food was freshly prepared, and quickly delivered. Seating is either on chairs at small tables for four, or raised tables with probably the most uncomfortable tall metal stools I have ever encountered. I recommend the chair chairs. I averaged the rating to 4*. The prices are right in line, the food was plentiful, and with the sauces assistance, very tasty. read more

Overall, this was a good dining choice. It was Memorial Day, and several places near my hotel were closed, so I found this and gave it a shot. Really good! Firstly, they only accept credit, debit, and electronic payments. No cash. They do have a sign posted, but it's not on the glass or entry door areas. Rather, it is on the wall behind the cashier. Now that that was covered, the quesadilla was very large for the price and grilled to a perfect toasty crunch. Loaded with chicken and a nicely flavored sauce, the Aztec was a winner for me and was more than I could finish-but I did open the remaining piece and graze on the meat and remaining bits of goodness. The Aztec was great- very flavorful, plenty of cheese, and the perfect amount of crunchy and chewiness throughout. I also asked for salsa, and it was the perfect blend of heat, flavor, and texture. I was in the area and thought I'd check to see if this place ever reopened for dine-in. That seemed to be the case, so I gave it a try for the first time since the pandemic. I think it was pretty much the same (the food at least). They bring your food out boxed to go for dine in like many places do these days. I get it, especially in this labor market. Washing dishes and utensils is a non-trivial amount of overhead. Looking over old reviews, it looks like they used to use foil lined shallow bowls for dine in (with plastic utensils). Sounds right from what I remember. Switching to a foil lined cardboard box isn't a big change and saves you the trouble of boxing up your leftovers. The cabinets they have their trash cans in have smallish openings, so if you got your box greased up while eating you'll have do do some work to get it in there. If you ate carefully so as to be able to recycle your box (and have no leftovers), I'm not sure what you're supposed to do with it. Leave it on top, take it home and recycle it yourself? The soda fountain has Excel Bottling Co products (Ski and friends). As far as quesadillas go, this is probably a better value for your money than Qdoba. The quality is also just as good or better. read more

I ordered carry out, since dine-in is not open to the public for now, Buffalo chicken quesadilla and chips & guac. I ate half the quesadilla and only a smidge of the chips. Had high hopes. Good concept for making quesadillas with regional themes. But, the execution wasn't there. For starters, there was nobody at the counter. Figured out after a couple minutes you can order on a little tablet type kiosk at the side counter. Got water dropped on us there by condensation from the overhead a/c ducts. Ordered the Memphis and Texas quesadillas and chips and guacamole. Looked for a clean table, and finally wet some paper towels and cleaned one off. We were still doing that when the order came out boxed to go with the chips in a tray, in a bag and the quesadillas in big boxes. The employee had no interest in cleaning any tables and immediately went back to the kitchen. The boxes were too big for the tables and made eating inside a little awkward. The quesadillas were served in very generous proportions. The tortillas were a little dry but edible. A little butter on them would go a long way when cooking. Had a lot of onion in it. Overall, not terrible, but could be much better. Everything tasted like it wasn't cooked or prepared fresh, just pulled from a bag or jar pre-chopped, etc. The chips were stale and the guacamole definitely wasn't fresh made. Guess I was expecting more Chipotle and less McDonalds. I saw three employees and they never left the kitchen for very long at all. No paper towels in the men's room and the wife said the women's bathroom was not clean. Probably not coming back. read more

As a fan of quesadillas I've always meant to try it, just never had the chance. I picked this up on the way home from work and brought it home to my family of picky eaters, we all really enjoyed it! The chips and salsa are a wheat tortilla chip and a hot salsa, good combination. The quesadillas are big, I ate half for dinner and half for lunch the next day. I got the New Orleans and loved it! It comes with a really good dipping sauce and next time I'll order extra sauce because I used it up day 1 and didn't have any left for the other half the next day. Kids were happy with the pizzadilla and my picky wife got the Mexico City with everything on the side, so basically just meat and cheese on hers but she was happy. Called the company to ask if it went through and they said it had not. I told them I had placed an order and they said they currently had no orders. They started asking me questions but had no interest in resolving the issue beyond saying I should have known. This was a no for me. It was my first time here. I really wanted nachos and they had quite the variety. Ended up ordering the bleacher 'chos. The chips were more of a multigrain chip. A new location of this place just opened up near us, and the husband couldn't wait to try everything. Quesadillas are one of his favorite foods. So elevated. We wanted to get a feel for all the options, so we ordered a quesadilla, nachos, salad, and pretzel all to go because it's Saturday and that way only one of us had to put on real clothes. Let's start with the quesadilla, it's the namesake after all. Husband picked the Cancun quesadilla with steak and was very pleased. He made particular note of the quality flavorful steaHe did comment the veggies made it a little moist, but that didn't deter him from polishing it off rapidly (and not sharing, ugh). Oh, and it was huge. He gave it two thumbs up and will return for quesadillas. Next, the Mexico City nachos. The queso was really yummy, very cheesy and creamy with the perfect amount of heat. We were overall underwhelmed by the rest of the nacho components though. The chips were really good, but it felt like we got the bottom of the bag crumbles which made eating them very, very hard. They were eat-with-a-fork nachos, which is all kinds of wrong. The grilled chicken was tasty. The lettuce was an odd topping to me, especially since to go they store the cheese on the side. So when you pour the cheese over, it sticks to the lettuce not chips. Moral of the story- eat in if you want nachos. I picked the New Orleans salad, which featured blackened chicken, blue cheese, pico de gallo, bacon, and blue cheese dressing. It was just a really good salad. The chicken was a little mild, but still had the blackened flavor, and all the other components were well done. I'd definitely order a salad again. I got a Gus's pretzel on the side and it was way stale, so maybe a quesadilla place isn't the place to get a soft pretzel... It was worth a try, but definitely disappointing for my soft pretzel to crunch. All in all, we'll be back, if not for the convenience factor alone, but we'll be sticking to quesadillas and salads. We order their PANGEA 'CHOS for pick up almost every two weeks for our evening meal while hubby and I watch a favorite show. The amount his huge !! Great value for the money. Plenty of cheese sauce that I save some for a Mexican dish I fix later the following week. Because I can't deal with the jalapenos we order those on the side for hubby. They certainly have a variety of options, something for everyone for sure. The staff is usually friendly and the establishment is clean, at least when I've visited. However, pre and post COVID is difficult to get your food in time when you order ahead, and delivery is usually very late. Decided to both order one of our favorites, a Taco salad. Think they call theirs a Mexican Salad. loved that you can add on and make reasonable special requests. Ours was just that the dressings were on the side. LOVED all the extra options for it! And we LOVED the salad and appreciated the large size, and that it wasn't a puny salad in a taco shell. Pick up was scheduled at 7:15 and it was just ready when I arrived. There was a slight issue with the total bill. The manager was extremely nice and more apologetic than he needed to be. He fixed the problem immediately. This is the kind of manager all restaurants should have. He appreciates and takes pride in service to the customer.
