The food was good here! The quesadillas are large, great portion size. I ordered the Montreal, the provel sold me. I really liked the combo of the seasoned steak with the cheese. The restaurant itself wasn't the cleanest, especially the beverage station, which is an easy fix. The staff was helpful and prompt with service. It was a nice, quick meal to grab before heading to the movies down the street. I'd go back and try the St. Louis quesadilla (pizza style), yum.

Dinner last night at Global Quesadilla was a pleasant surprise! The portion sizes are large; think tortillas that are about 18 inches in diameter! I ordered the chicken fajita quesadilla and my partner ordered that sweet Memphis bbq quesadilla. We had plenty of chips and salsa to share plus take home the leftovers with half our quesadillas too. Ambiance is fast casual and colorful inside the restaurant. It's conveniently located in Creve Coeur just west of Hwy 270 and off Olive Blvd.

Stopped in here for lunch having known nothing about it but craving a quesadilla, the inside is large with plenty of tables, there was only one person working upfront, but it wasn't crowded so that was fine, she was friendly enough and let us know we could order whenever we are ready. There are quite a few options on the menu so it took some time to get through it all, but in the end I went with the Santa Fe quesadilla. The quesadillas are bigger than expected, but was extremely good and served with sour cream and salsa, will definitely come back here to try other things on the menu.

These are seriously the best quesadillas I have vet had. My favorites are the Mexico City and the Cancun. The chips and queso are fire as well

The food was excellent, we got the Mexico city style quesadilla and it's HUGE it's the size of half a pizza from imos atleast! Restrooms were a little rough though apparently based off what my woman said to me when she came out. Other then that the soda was a classic frostie root beer it was tasty to and refreshing on light ice in what looked like a 20 oz fountain cup that came with a lid and straw to. Enjoy! It's good.

We had such high hopes. Truly, when we saw the large boxes of nachos upon pickup we were so ecstatic. The place was well decorated and empty when we arrived, but service seemed nice and we received our food quickly. We took it home and happily munched on our nachos. We both ordered the Mexico City nachos (my girlfriend got the taco beef and I adjusted mine to no meat add black beans for vegetarian). The chips were thick, comparable to the thickness of a dorito. The 5 cheese queso had a good flavor but was a bit salty. Overall they were average nachos-nothing to write home about but they hit the spot. The only thing we were really very unhappy with was the salsa, it was just loaded with a cumin taste and not something we would order again. That is, until, about 40 minutes after we ate. My girlfriend became very ill with food poisoning symptoms that can only be attributed to what she had eaten (the nachos with taco beef). I had eaten the same thing sans meat and felt fine, so we think it must have been something with the way the meat was prepared. I phoned the restaurant to let them know as a courtesy in hopes that other people might not get sick from it as well and was met with the employee's response of "okay...I guess I can tell them but there's nothing we can do about it". No apologies, or anything. It made me feel stupid for calling. Overall we really wanted to love this place as we had just moved here. Unfortunately, I don't think it's somewhere we will be going back to.

This is a difficult rating for me. I believe my children who are in their 20s, would probably rate this five stars. If I rated it just for me, it would be three stars. This review may be a bit long-winded, but I want to do justice to the restaurant. The Santa Fe quesadilla (see photo) that I had was essentially a Mexican calzone, a large one! The calzone, I mean, the quesadilla arrived hot, and well presented. Did I mention it was large? I have noticed that my children and their friends always ask for ranch dressing when we get a pizza. I don't get it! Pizza is good! Why add salad dressing to cover up the meat, cheese, and other goodies? My meal included a small container of sour cream, and another of salsa. Both were delicious, and necessary. The quesadilla needed the sauces. The restaurant offers many other sauces for a small extra charge. Tear, dip, bite seemed to be the desired process. The interior (see photo) and restrooms were bright, and clean. The one staff member I met was friendly, efficient, and very professional. The food was freshly prepared, and quickly delivered. Seating is either on chairs at small tables for four, or raised tables with probably the most uncomfortable tall metal stools I have ever encountered. I recommend the chair chairs. I averaged the rating to 4*. The prices are right in line, the food was plentiful, and with the sauces assistance, very tasty.

This is the Aztec. I put the fork in the image for size comparison. You won't leave hungry!

Overall, this was a good dining choice. It was Memorial Day, and several places near my hotel were closed, so I found this and gave it a shot. Really good! Firstly, they only accept credit, debit, and electronic payments. No cash. They do have a sign posted, but it's not on the glass or entry door areas. Rather, it is on the wall behind the cashier. Now that that was covered, the quesadilla was very large for the price and grilled to a perfect toasty crunch. Loaded with chicken and a nicely flavored sauce, the Aztec was a winner for me and was more than I could finish-but I did open the remaining piece and graze on the meat and remaining bits of goodness. I did order an extra Aztec sauce but really didn't need it. The quesadilla was very juicy and well flavored. I noticed they offered catering as well. The interior seating area is clean, and they have some sodas not typically found from a self-serve drink station.

The Aztec was great- very flavorful, plenty of cheese, and the perfect amount of crunchy and chewiness throughout. I also asked for salsa, and it was the perfect blend of heat, flavor, and texture. I wasn't too thrilled about them not accepting cash and paying $15 for a quesadilla, but the Aztec's bold flavors definitely had my taste buds dancing. Good stuff!

Food was good and probably would've been better if we didn't have to drive 30 minutes home with it. I think next time I'll go with a set of nachos but they have great options! They only take cards no cash, whiling isn't great for me. The ambience in here was awkward. They had all these Bose speakers up in the ceiling and it was dead quiet. No one was eating inside and it was kind of awkward sitting there waiting. Food is good and we ended up paying 35 ish dollars for the food below. Will try again!

Crab taquitos are creamy and rich. The crisp outside provides a good contrast to the filling. Very tasty! It reminds you of a thin and crispy crust pizza. It's quite good with the beans, cheese, sour cream drizzle. It's big enough for 2 to share or 1 person to eat 1/2 and take some home. The guacamole was the only decent option, in my opinion - the queso had no flavor and tasted like straight Velveeta, while the salsa was very watery and tasted of straight cilantro (and I normally like cilantro, but this was... a lot) Tacos came out and they were cold. The flavors themselves weren't bad, but it was nothing spectacular. The street corn was also decent, but not great. It was *very* charred. I didn't try any of the drinks, but those in our group agreed the margaritas weren't good. I'm not sure I'll be back. It's too bad, because it sounds like prior to the rebrand, this was a great place.

This location was very close to where we were. It was the perfect time to try it! Ambiance: I really love the esthetics of the restaurant. The floral arrangements in the front is very inviting and added a great touch. I also loved the covered outdoor seating areas available, along with the indoor option. We surprisingly opted to sit outside, because heat is not my friend. The industrial fan definitely helped! I felt like I was sitting on one of friend's veranda in the carribean Food: I really enjoyed the food. Tacos are a la carte. For appetizer we opted for the Trifecta which came with guac, queso, and rojo salsa. Let me just say, their happy hour deals are a great steal! Order: There are a couple different ways to order & pay. Use the traditional way of having the server take our order by raising the card "Lets Taco Buddha it," or by scanning the QR code and placing order yourself & pay online. At first, I started the online order because I felt like this would allow me more time to read the menu and order on my own terms. I ended up raising my card and having someone take my order despite having it all in my cart. Tacos are served "family style" comes out on the same platter. We opted for the Baja ( battered pallock) & The Jodhpur (marinated grilled chicken). The kiddos opted for the quesadillas and fried chicken taco. Everything was flavorful (with the exception of their hot/mild sauces, those were flavorless, however not necessary to add). Not going to lie, I made a joke to my mom about the food being served on a surgical tray or "doggy platter." LOL lol. Service: They use a team model. I saw multiple staff going throughout the restaurant checking on needs & refilling water pitchers. Everyone was really nice, they had small toys for children to play with at the table and it's always a plus when they strike up a conversation with my kiddos. Parking: We arrived shortly after 4pm and there were lots of spots available. By the time we were leaving, there were two cars waiting for spots. It is also located alongside a busy street, the restaurant did get packed for dinner on a weekday. Pricing: Prices does add up very pretty quickly, however 1 Taco can be very filling especially if you opted for appetizers. The only thing I would have changed is not to order my meal the same time as my appetizer. It came out almost together. I would have liked to enjoyed the appetizers prior to my entrée.

The Nashville was really solid, but the Truth or Consequences and the McCausland are the real stars. Both are super unique and absolutely packed with flavor.
