Ok, Let's start with the good stuff, and some basic facts. This is the closest place from Aledo to get an Ice Cold Beer in a chilled schooner, and this Fuzzys Bar is pretty cool, nice place, cold beer and Tv's for sports and a cool atmosphere. That's about where it ends for me, Everything else is just average fast Mexican food. Where do I begin..... well we placed an order thru door dash and as soon as we placed it we called the store and asked for them to please ensure that they added a side of feta and garlic sauce, they said they would. Fast forward a few minutes and our food arrives at my house and we realize they forgot our two drinks. So we tell the door dash lady and she very nicely agrees to go back and get the drinks for us. At this point we realize they have also forgotten two tacos and the sides of feta and garlic sauce we asked them to make sure to include. So we call the store and ask to speak to the manager (Brooke) and she tells us they will have it ready for the door dash lady to pick up. A few minutes later our door dash lady is back but she arrived with only the drinks and not the food Brooke ensured us would be sent. So we call the manager back and tell her what has happened, she says, "you mean they didn't give you the bag of food? Oh nope... here it is." And then goes on to tell me that her job is not to sit around and babysit the door dash people. I told her this was not her error and that the reason we called and spoke to her about the missing food was because we had no way to reach the DoorDasher to let her know we realized we were missing food as well. I told her this was her job as the manager to handle her customers and to deal with issues like this. She told me "the store is closing in an hour and a half and she has restaurants walkthrus and all kinds of other stuff to worry about" (whatever that means). Then she told me didn't want to talk to me and I could call corporate if I had an issue. I tried to call back to ask if we could come pick it up ourself and she refused to talk to us and the poor employee was stuck trying to make excuses for her and apologizing for her attitude. I have never had this kind of treatment by anyone in a management position. I hope this is not what we should expect from fuzzys. Its a decent taco joint. They serve breakfast tacos all day which is cool. They also have a full bar which isn't all that common for fast casual type restaurant concepts. On the taco front, our faves are the breakfast ones....what i've noticed is if you order with potatoes they overwhelm the rest of the ingredients. Also, the bacon is usually less than crisp when we've had it. From now on I'll be getting the egg and cheese only. The shredded chicken they have is awesome. Whether its in the tacos or the nachos its by far the favorite thing ive tried on the menu. The location is clean, the staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking. We eat at our local Fuzzy's a few times a month. Easy and local. We normally have great service but not tonight. Staff was short with us and not friendly at all. We were here early and just one other family in front of us so no need to be short. I was very surprised because normally they are very nice. There was plenty of staff so not rushing! One employee was vaping behind the bar. What the what! We love our local business and try to support them but they are making it hard. We ordered and sat down. We waited for about 20 minutes no food. We noticed some staff came on shift and ordered food after us and we're served before us. I chalk it up to kids being kids but it's not a good look for the business. We will return because the price and food is good but I sure hope the service is better next time. read more

We eat here at least once a week for work and every time we pick up our to go order there girls behind the bar have nothing but an attitude. It makes it really difficult to choose this location for lunch. There is no reason to be a bitch because you ask for extra honey for the amazing sopapillas. If these girls are so unhappy with there job then they need to go elsewhere or management needs to figure out why their employees are so unhappy. On a lighter note, the guys that work the register at the to go counter are amazing and always helpful, even when the order is wrong (which happens quit often) or missing something, they always make it right and pick up the slack for someone else's mistakes. I'm sorry I think this place blows. I got the brisket taco and a grilled mahi taco. The brisket was dry and flavorless. I think they just whispered the word "sauce" over all the tacos in the order because I couldn't find any. Breakfast tacos were delicious! Our order was ready to go and price was great. Tacos were warm and full. We also ordered chips and queso which were the perfect size. What a great breakfast. I love Fuzzy's, but this is the most poorly ran restaurant. Food all over the floor, dirty tables not wiped down during the hour I was there. Sticky liquids all over the surface of the drink area. Went to the local taco restaurant for the first time on a Friday with the family. Our little guy who is 7 asked to play the claw machine and got to after. And go figure the machine took his $1.00. The restaurant won't give money back as they said the machine says no refunds. I told them it's broken, he didn't get to play as it says error and the cashier said "yeah so no refunds!", I said to him if you know then put an out of order sign so people don't lose money and all he said was "no refunds" I asked and said I wanted to speak to the manager, about why would you let kids lose their money. It's messed up and a shady practice. The boy said she won't talk to me! Go figure she couldn't face that someone finally figured it out. I get that it's a dollar but that's a scam and my sweet boy was really looking forward to playing. And other kids after me put their money in and were so confused. Service was horrible. I ordered to go and when I got my order, one of the items was cold. They tried saying the tortilla is probably cold, but the inside is warm. First of all, the tortilla shouldn't be cold to the point the aluminum foil is cold. And second, the shrimp inside were cold to the touch. Once they got that fixed, I asked about the chicken in my quesadilla. I ordered the fajita chicken from the website but it rang up shredded chicken. The bartender said that the online app is corporate and there's nothing he can do about it. However he can switch it out but will have to charge me more. So you're telling me you mess up my first item and then you messed up my second Item, and you want to charge me more for a screw up on your side. And to top it off, the extra charge was $1.09. Worst ever, I already didn't like fuzzys but this was incredible. I came here with my mom and friend and we waited for about an hour and a half for food and it was really gross. Love the food and atmosphere, but lately the food has been hit or miss. Sometimes the food is cold and/or extremely greasy and they just slopped the cheese on there. Seems to be going down hill. This place has been open for about a year. I have been to multiple fuzzies and all are just a little different. This is my favorite as far as atmosphere. They have plenty of tvs to see the game, a nice bar with seating, and an out door area for those hot Texas days. Chorizo queso is a must, and I always get the brisket tacos. read more

They put on your online order the exact time your order should be ready. If you have a staffer not show up or if you are running behind, then please adjust the pick up time accordingly. There are no fewer than 18 people standing here waiting for their to go orders. None of them actually came here to order. All were ordered ahead of time. The phone is ringing off the hook.
