Great easy to get to location next to Brookshires grocery. Beautiful construction and nicely decorated interior, it's more a sports bar than anything else. Lots of huge TV screens with sports playing on them. Still family friendly though, lots of available room with an available patio area that affords you some privacy if needed. They have tables and booths available in the restaurant so it's very accomadating. Wow! Out on Saturday before Christmas needed a taco fix, decided on the combo plate some nachos and salsa and a draft beer. Young man at the register was super nice and super multi tasking. He was also the bartender and also answering the phone. Food was amazing, super fresh ingredients on the taco, and I mean garden fresh (not packaged vegetables)I requested beans and rice, the rice was expertly made and had a gorgeous saffron yellow color with bits of vegetables and corn in it. Really tasty! Beans were a huge quantity, on both sides of the enchilada, the taco being dished separately. Beer was super cold, presented in a frosty mug! Overall a great experience and probably the easiest to get to and the easiest and fastest place to eat in Willow Park. This is my second time here and it's always good. This is by far my favorite place for guacamole and pulled pork tacos! The service is timely and the food is fantastic! I've never had any issues eating here except the occasional forgotten item in my to go order. I also love that the cups are reusable and if you bring them each time you dine you get a little bit of a discount on your drink for it! read more

Never EAT here. We just had lunch and there was a tiny screw in our queso that was almost swallowed. Super disgusting & concerning of what else could end up in the food they are serving. Did not even refund our entire ticket! Sick and disgusting! We will be calling the health department. read more

Went to the local taco restaurant for the first time on a Friday with the family. Our little guy who is 7 asked to play the claw machine and got to after. And go figure the machine took his $1.00. The restaurant won't give money back as they said the machine says no refunds. I told them it's broken, he didn't get to play as it says error and the cashier said "yeah so no refunds!", I said to him if you know then put an out of order sign so people don't lose money and all he said was "no refunds" I asked and said I wanted to speak to the manager, about why would you let kids lose their money. It's messed up and a shady practice. The boy said she won't talk to me! Go figure she couldn't face that someone finally figured it out. I get that it's a dollar but that's a scam and my sweet boy was really looking forward to playing. And other kids after me put their money in and were so confused. I had to tell them to not put more money in because it's broken and they'll lose money. This place scams knowingly and the manager is dishonest, that's why she couldnt face me! I really never leave reviews. In fact, I had to add the Yelp app to express my extreme disappointment with this Fuzzys. I walked in and ordered my food an hour before pick up to make sure it would be ready on time. Large order. When I arrived to pick up, it was evident they had forgotten my ticket. It was also clear, my order was thrown together because my instructions were ignored. Worse, it looked like the staff tried to modify tacos that were already made. I ordered them with meat only; everything on the side. I did not receive them that way. When the manager gave me my order, he said next time I should not call the order in an hour before pick up, and that I should call it in closer to pick up time. He was nice, but what? Finally, I didn't get my order of Queso. Disappointing. read more

Girl at the front counter cannot pour drinks and does little to help. When the bartender does come out, she acts inconvenienced and then proceeds to tell us they are out of the beers we ordered on tap. Seems odd to me. If I could give zero stars I would. This location has gone to crap. Every time I order online, my food is never ready or they haven't made it by the time I get there....mind you, I live 15 min away. Then when you get home and finally open your food 1) your order is completely wrong 2) your food is extremely overcooked 3) you're missing items. To make matters worse, when you call to complain they dismiss you and say "oh ‍ sorry". Tonight I ordered fish tacos to which I get at other Fuzzy's....they were cold and overcooked almost tasted like bad chicken. We will not return. We couldn't wait to visit this place since we live right behind it but our visit to fuzzys was not as we expected. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and it took over 20 min to receive them. Since they were crowded we dismissed the frustration but grew disappointed when it took another 20-30 minutes for a second drink while watching the bartender socialize with other people and staff. Then we ordered a salad and after an hour and half we never received it. We complained to the bartender and he would say he was checking on it however we watched him stop short of the kitchen and return to the bar to talk to his friends instead. We asked to speak to a manager and were denied. We were told that he was sorry but the kitchen was backed up and all managers too busy to deal with us. The bartender told us we couldn't have our money back but he said he was the only full time bartender there and to come back at a later date and he would "hook us up". I personally walked up to the manager and told him how bad his service was and The manager finally gave us a gift card for what the salad was worth and apologized. So then we thought we would give them time to work out their kinks and try again to visit the venue. Just now we walked into the bar and asked a different bartender what she could make that was fruity and she said she only knew how to make a flavored pre mixed margarita. We noticed they still had not supplied the bar with a variety of alcohol and the ladies behind the bar didn't seem to know what they were doing. This, after four of the ladies behind the bar continued to talk to each other and play around to greet us. One of which wouldn't stop washing glasses to say hello. And we were sitting in front of them AND the bar was empty. In addition, one of the ladies wasn't wearing a bra and should have been. It was disturbing to see her bounce around. I had high hopes that this place would be better. They really missed the mark here. They have a great location, great patio, large TVs and an atmosphere that could do a lot better but whomever is behind running this business needs to be trained on how to run it successfully before they lose everyone. I won't be back unless it is to pop in and grab a breakfast taco. That was the only reason I have given them two stars. Hope something changes and fast. In addition, as of a few days ago, they still didn't have mirrors in the women's bathroom. Big mistake!!! read more

We gave the location the benefit of the doubt the first time we visited because it was new and they were training the staff. We went back for an early dinner yesterday and had a bad experience. We frequent Fuzzy's by TCU a lot. The chicken enchilada dinner had a different salsa than the green salsa that TCU uses. It didn't taste the same. I got 2 chicken fajita flour tortilla tacos. They were not warm. The chicken pieces were cut from a piece of chicken that had been overcooked (brown) on one side. I also bit down on what I think was either a chicken bone or a small rock from the lettuce/tomato. I spit the bite out, worrying about my crowns on that side of my mouth. We live in Aledo and were excited to have a Fuzzy's close by but we will continue to eat our Fuzzy's in Fort Worth. I hope improvements are made in the food because East Parker County deserves good Fuzzy's food! read more

Terrible. Draft beer not working. But draft mugs and schooners piled up on several tables leaving us to wonder if dishwasher was broken too. Our visit was on National Taco Day. I had heard about there being a problem with service and waiting for food and all that, so we decided to see if that was still the issue. IT WAS NOT! Love the restaurant layout, the fish tacos (grilled) and shredded chicken tacos were great, just like at all the other Fuzzy's. Only wish I had ordered MORE of them! I normally enjoy Fuzzy's Taco Shop, but today was not a pleasant visit. Seeing the girl behind the kitchen counter serving food with her long hair hanging down over the food quite disgusted me. As I watched her flip her hair around the food, I suddenly became less and less hungry. When I said something about it to the front desk, they didn't seem concerned at all about the obvious health code violation. I would not recommend dining at this location. read more
