You have to go to the back of the line." the line was about 15 customers long. The guy just shrugged. The store only had two registers open - out of four - on their big sale day. They had this guy greeting people instead of ringing up. He said he didn't have register access.

They have a Starbucks Cafe and the cheesecake comes from the Cheesecake Factory. There was plenty to choose from to snack on besides the cheesecake. The servers at the cafe were professional and very friendly. Mom had a wheelchair so we appreciated the ramp to get to the seating area for the cafe. The store is well stocked and very clean. The children's area is large and very inviting for the young ones. Next to the children's area is a large display of toys, many of the toys are educational and interactive. They have magazines, toys, journals, cards, books of all types of genres.

I was there for the entire thing, and this customer was BITCHING out this poor girl, the girl said sorry multiple times. Asked if she wanted a refund or a remake of her drink, and the customer continued to belittle her. I cannot believe people actually do this? I was there the entire time and the minute that angry customer left the barista broke down crying. They don't deserve this! You people need to treat these girls better! They are ok to make mistakes! They are trying their best.

Not certain because I had my twins with me and I didn't want to talk into a section that well....you know....um , that 18+ section. I turned to walk back to the front of the store and to the exit and noted the usual, pop, chips, juice, energy drinks...etc. Yes, they did have subs and in a few different sizes. They also had a small deli cooler with lunch meat for purchase. But I'll be honest, nothing looked appetizing. In fact, the store was rather dirty and very unkept. There's no way I would ever purchase anything to eat from here. The employee asked if I needed help as I started out empty handed. I told her they didn't have the beer I was looking for. I also purchased Serta Soft Cool and Warm material Bed sheets throughout my browsing and price checking with comparison. Yes, this location maybe disorganized at times or messy areas of towels or other sale items but shoppers can be the reason because every time I shop here for a sale item or check on an ad item, the staff here are working the best they can and hard at times unpacking boxes to stocking shelves. I've been greeted with a Hello at times which is courtesy of them in between their busy work schedule. If busy at check out and a long line begins, another pleasant employee will open up another register. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to achieve the best possible sound in my room. I was floored at how much better the speakers sounded after his consultation. Soundstage is much wider and the bass energy more controlled. Time alignment of highs was improved after he recommended the taller spikes for the upper module. Listening now with a glass of scotch and a big smile on my face.

Much to my surprise, they indeed had them, but they were double the usual price. They are usually $7, but they were selling them for $15. I was shocked at first to see them have such a hard find fully stocked, but it later came apparent that that's what this store aims to do. Buy kids surprise toys/boxes in full stock and raise the price to make a big profit. The sign on the front of the store that said not to touch anything unless you planned on buying it made that more clear, only touch the precious goods if you plan on buying. On top of that, it seemed like no one was running the store; not a worker at the cash register or in the store in sight. Overall, I do not recommend going to this store and supporting a scalper who buys kids toys that usually sell out fast just to sell them and make a larger profit. It was very clear I'd never go here again.
