Tisane is popping! I went for the soft opening the other day and it was full to the brim with people, making it feel very lively with its dance music blasting and video game section. Definitely looks like a fun place to hang out with friends, especially if they get some board games in. It'd be nice if they could get some tables in so we have somewhere to put our drinks and play games on. In terms of drinks, they only offer specialty drinks which can be fun for adventurous boba drinkers. My favorites so far are their: earl grey lavender milk tea, lychee dragonfruit tea, and their lychee strawberry green tea. One cool thing about them is that they have an extensive and fun topping selection including strawberry hearts (so cute for the Insta!) and rambutan bits. Five stars for their creativity and how fun the drinks/atmosphere is! I definitely feel like this place will become a central store for night life in Orange County. read more

OMG been wanting to check this place out with a few of my gf's because it looked like a cool club vibe and it really was!!!! I didn't go in the evening like I imagined but it's ok, next time I want to try going here at night. This place was so cool inside, so many photo opportunities and it really looked like a cute club. There were nice lounge seats and even an area to play video games at the barstools!!!! Even the menu looked really pretty and nice with the neon colors. There were so many choices, I honestly couldn't choose just one drink. I got the Two to Mango, add lychee jelly and the GTA with boba. Both were really good and would get again but I definitely want to try something different every time I go there. They also added new Vietnamese coffees! Music was playing too so that of course added a nice vibe to it and they also even let you sample the drinks! I definitely want to do that next time. I wish more places would let you sample honestly. read more

Tisane... is it worth the hype? I'd say it's definitely worth a try! It's an interesting concept and one that I've never seen in this area. Boba + Bar vibes? Who wouldn't be down for that? From what I've sampled, these would definitely be good for mixed drinks. Upon entering, you definitely feel like you're in a bar even in the day time without all the lights. It would definitely be a whole different experience when all the lights are on. They have a few TVs with the menu. Their drinks all have unique names so you'll have to read the description to actually know what the drink is. The girl said I could sample any of the drinks which is cool if it's your first time like it was mine. The drinks are definitely on the sweeter side but fortunately, you are able to adjust it. They do taste more artificial than natural so if you want real ingredients in your boba, this wouldn't be the place for you. The drinks are definitely all pre made since it took no time to be done and they sample all their drinks. After sampling a few, I decided to order the Sugar Hill which is an Oolong Milk Tea sweetened with brown sugar and had a brown sugar agar boba. I enjoyed it and you could still taste the oolong, but like I said, all the drinks are really sweet. Next time, I would adjust the sugar level and I feel like the drinks would be a lot better! Service was nice and the girl was patient and answered my questions. She also didn't seem super annoyed even though I was sampling a few drinks and took a bit to decide. Maybe she was behind the face mask haha but I'm glad it didn't show. Tisane has a cool vibe that you probably haven't experienced before with a boba shop and I'm sure it'll be even better when everything is normal again. The drinks are okay but if you aren't into artificially flavored drinks I would skip it. read more

Came here for a kpop cupsleeve event the atmosphere was really nice and plenty of parking. The taste of the green panda was too sweet for me so recommended lowering sweetness level. The roasted history with boba was good, boba had a good flavor but not the best. Customer service was quick. The decor was cool. I've been meaning to try this out since I first saw it was being built in January of 2020. I just only got to try this the Wednesday before this most recent Thanksgiving and I am kicking myself in the butt for not trying this place out sooner. Located at the very end of the strip of the movie theater plaza on Goldenwest and Westminster, it's right across from the Dollar Store. There's plenty of parking so you don't have to worry. The aesthetics here are beautiful. I love the simplicity and sleekness of everything. The first time I went, this place was POPPIN'. This is apparently where all the "cool kids" hang out at night. The place was packed and every seat in the booths were filled. There was actually a line going out the door. I had gotten there around 9, so an hour before closing. It moved relatively quickly, so that was nice. Just sucked because that night, it was SUPER windy and had started to rain. The menu is extensive. Everything looked good. All their drinks are one size and the same price, which is cool. You just have to pay extra for any other add-ons. I like that they have different drinks for everyone's dietary needs like drinks with non-dairy creamer, which is also vegan friendly. I ordered the Melon Rouge, which is organic Jasmine tea, infused with strawberry, lychee, and melon, and paired with crystal agar pearls and aloe vera. I also added honey boba to it too. You can even customize the level of sweetness and how much ice you want in it! It was so good! I finished it in minutes, which was a huge bummer because it had me wanting more. Service was great. The woman at the register taking orders was a champ because it was super busy and she was by herself, but she handled it plus the Grubhub orders. My drink didn't take that long to come out, so it wasn't too bad. I can see this place being super busy at night on the weekends, but when I went there last time around 6pm, it was empty. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. I need to try more flavors, but I always just end up ordering Melon Rouge. read more

There are so many unique combination of drinks you can try that you will never get bored of choosing. The place is quite roomy and large so it would be perfect for a get together or small event. I've gone to their bay area location so I had to see if their quality was consistent across their locations. I absolutely love the vibe here. It's such a fun boba spot to hang with friends! My go-to drink is their blush drink with boba added to it and 0% sugar. Be aware that their drinks are really sweet so definitely do less sugar. I'd say this was is definitely stronger in terms of caffeine but overall, SO GOOD!! If there is something wrong with your drink, they'll fix it immediately. One of the best boba shops in my opinion. This place is cute on the inside, like a chill club if that makes any sense. The decorations, the lighting, the vibe, it's definitely a cool hang out spot. Drink: drinks are all under $5 and they come with so much fun things. For ex: I got the totaro, I know, cute name. It was with taro milk tea and it came topped with their signature salted cheese cream for freeeeeeee, well it came with the drink. I don't like my drinks too sweet, they recommend their 100% sweetness level, but I got 0% sugar in mine and it was perfect because the cheese cream was sweet, it was a perfect balance for me. The taro flavor came through strong as well. Service: ladies in the front were really nice and let me know what was their favorite so I can keep that in mind for next time. This place is a hit or miss for me. I've had a couple drinks that were really really good and some that were a total letdown. The Gram Brûlée is fantastic. Highly recommend this one! The brown sugar, Graham cracker, and creme brûlée topping all come together into a really tasty drink. The Roast Is History, on the other hand, is nearly undrinkable - bland but bitter, a clashing mix of the tea and coffee jelly. If I were to guess, it's best to get drinks where there are a lot of fun ingredients to distract from the actual tea flavor. With so many great bubble tea places in the area, I'd choose to come here for the vibe over the actual drinks. The club-feel with old school video games at the bar is a fun touch, and when the drinks are good they're really good. read more

I was in the area visiting a friend and this spot was one of the places recommended for me to try. I heard it was a pretty popular boba spot and there was definitely a decent line when ordering, but thankfully it moved pretty fast. I ordered the RPM which was very flavorful and I'd say pretty unique compared to other drinks I've tried at other boba places. Their entire menu has unique drink names as well which is a nice touch. Overall, the place is decorated kind of like a bar/club which is nice if you're into that environment or aesthetic.
