No problem with the drinks themselves. To me they're usually at the right level of sweetness, not watered down, and good combination of flavors. The issue I have is the amount they give for the money. I stopped going to 5 his location back when it was known as Tisane for this reason. On a whim I decided to try again thinking maybe their approach to a "no ice" option changed. Nope. I should've trusted my gut, but very surprisingly they got even worse and apparently more stingy. Before they would be similar to 7 Leaves where there would maybe be about something like 2 Oz. or so of liquid from the top (the Wushiland and Share Tea in my area still goated for filling as close to the top). Anyways,, now it's severely below the lip of the cup, which from the perspective of the customer makes the business/owner look like a real cheap ass. That said, it gives away how much they pad with ice in the cup. After tonight definitely never coming back to this place.
Different vibe than most of boba place. Feel more like a nightclub. Very interesting concept. Friendly service. Games available for customers. Plenty of parking in the front. A lot of choices for boba tea. Good drink. Golden has strong tea taste. Honey boba was chewy amd fresh.
The staff is very nice and friendly. We had blush and lychee ice. The drinks are very good and refreshing. The store is cute and well decorated. However there was no AC or the AC was extremely low inside on a hot day. It was stuffy so we had to seat outside. Luckily, it was 5pm so the heat outside already cooled down. Hopefully they will turn on AC more so the customers can hang out inside too.
one of my fav late night boba spots. previously tisane, fynix rizen is such a fun spot to grab a drink and hangout. inside, they have tons of things to do including the nintendo switch, an arcade game table, and claw machines. the employees are also helpful and polite. i have tried many drinks and i definitely recommend getting the blush drink. it is fruity and creamy. i think this might be one of the best on the menu !! though, i think they are somewhat revamping the menu so i hope the blush drink stays ... and i can't wait to try their new items.
I recently moved into the area and my kids like coming here because the ABGs that did work here prior were always nice to customers. It was our local boba shop until today. There is a new blonde Asian girl workign today. No smiles and when asked for recommendations pointed to the menu and said the numbers on the board reflects the popularity. Um yeah I can read just fine thank you. The cherry on the top was when my husbands drink lychee ice comes out and there's like nano particles of lychees. See for yourself if you can see the lychee or the lychee bits. When I questioned where is the lychee or lychee bits in the drink she has the audacity to confidently tell me that's how the drink is it's a lychee tea, if I want lychee bits then I have to pay for it as a topping. Look for yourself at the picture if it looks like theres any lychee or lychee bits. This girl went back to the kitchen to share I was complaining about the drink. Then another girl who made the drink had a much more better attitude and came out and ask if she could add lychee bits to the drink realzing she made a mistake making it as she was apologizing. First and last time for me having to bring up what's missing in a drink that the menu clearly states. Also didn't realize they premade all their drinks and put the jugs out on their kitchen counter. All other shops if they do this they usually store it in the refrigerator and pull it out as needed. Not sure if that's even proper procedure if there was an inspection. Only was able to see that because I was waiting for the restroom and there was a clear view into the kitchen. Another reason I will not come back. Should give them no stars but ended up with 2 stars because the other employee tried to make it right by making the drink right by putting in the lychee bits that should have been there from the start.
Important update: this place was originally called Tisane and now even the Yelp name has been updated to fynix rizen but At the moment the drinks appear to be exactly the same as what Tisane always had. Originally I was planning to review this as tisane and what I already love about it. I enjoyed the Blush drink the most because it was like a sweet strawberry milk tea with jelly which was more preferred than paying extra for boba. The ambiance of the place was always a vibe and I always enjoyed that this place opened late. The new store with a new ownership remains to be seen of how good their drinks will be based on the photo of stating it's the end of Tisane and there's no rebranding, and it's a new ownership. It's sad to see Tisane go as it was good enough as it was, because it's hard to keep a decent boba place in operation with loyal customer bases. they really could have just had new ownership and no need to change the storefront. I would have given it 4.5 stars anyway simply because I didn't like that Tisane was closed on Mondays. But this is the 2nd boba place that I found to be good where the storefront is changing to entirely different store. If you had tisane rewards, use them asap before it fully changes!
This place is no longer Tisane but not much has changed tbh (which is great). The banana espresso is CRACK, I'm in loveeeeee with that drink, it's the ONLY ONE I GET TBH. The service is always friendly. The drinks are ALWAYS PERFECT, I've never had a banana espresso taste different... well actually, today my drink had sliced bananas in it (nice touch) but either way, sliced banana or no sliced banana, this drink is AMAZINGGGGG. My daughter always gets pink volcano, that's her drink! Always a chill vibe here, very clean and well taken care of. Attached you will find most (not all) of the pics I've taken of our drinks because we really do get this combo EVERY TIME.
Unique boba spot that looks/feels like a club. Overall, I like that they have some unique toppings but this isn't the spot to go to if you like a strong tea flavor Snow white: 4/5 I liked that it came with agar boba. Might have been slightly better if I had gone for 75% sweet or something instead though
Very cool boba shop! Huge menu which is always awesome. My drink was very photogenic. The matcha was good, but not great, and the boba was okay. Nothing special but not bad! I'd give this place another try if we're in the area. The service was friendly and quick.
They have claw machines for cute stuff animals and this is my new favorite spot to come for boba and play claw machine. . I love their matcha with blue berries and it was ana amazing drink in the morning in the way to the airport. . I love their coffee which wasn't too strong for vietnamese ice coffee. I got the black seaseme one. . As well they serve fresh oj orange juice which i like. The oj was a perfect breakfast meal for my friend and I. . The inside feels like you went to a club with lots of neon lights. The inside has an arcade table too. I love this which is so fun and gives this place more character. . Overall i am fan of this boba spot and I can't wait to stop by and try more drinks. Also convienet to come here after shopping at goodwill which is in the same shopping plaza. 10/10 Matcha Flight - The four flight flavors I got: Ube Matcha, Sesame Matcha, Vanilla Matcha, and Strawberry Matcha. The three toppings I chose: Egg Pudding, Boba, and Mango Stars. The matcha flights were so freaking aesthetic, I absolutely loved the presentation. The drinks weren't as sweet as I expected. Personally, I would've preferred them a bit sweeter. But the toppings? All super yummy, especially the boba. They were soft and sweet, just the way I like it. 10/10 Black Panther - It's a sweet drink, which is perfect for me! It has a jasmine milk tea base, topped with brûlée crema and Oreo crumbs. 8/10 Brazilian Lemonade - This one was a really interesting drink. The person I was with enjoyed it, but it wasn't quite my taste since I usually prefer milk teas above all. He liked it though! Cost - Matcha Flight $15.00, Black Panther $6.75, Brazilian Lemonade $6.50 (Before tax).
It's so vibey and neon! I'm convinced it's a club someone decided to suddenly convert into a boba shop. Lighting is basically whatever glow comes from the bubble lamps, neon signs, and lamp tables. Chill music. Claw games in the back and an arcade-game-turned-table too. Seating is either at the bar, the aforementioned arcade table /booth, or some 6-person tables with couches and stools. There's also a couple tables outside the shop. So many boba options! All very cutely named. I had the Totaro because I rarely see jasmine and ube mixed together. It was great, would recommend. Next I'd probably try the Blush. You can order either through self-service or at the register. If you've got cash or want the BOGO, do the register. Fun tips: - You get 7% off if you pay in cash - You can ask for free samples - Right now at least, BOGO Mon-Fri for Sugar Hill or Basic - Matcha flights available - Sub any default add ons for free - Blended drinks don't have caffeine - Oatmilk sub any matcha latte - Milk cream is dairy free, somehow
We stopped in for drinks drinks the other night. There is ample parking available. The vibe inside is club like with low lights, great hip-hop music and even video games to play. The menu is amazing and we had a hard time trying to narrow down what to order. The staff is friendly and super helpful. They helped us narrow our choice down to 6 drinks. That's right, we got 6 drinks. First up was the seasonal Pumpkin Thai. A Thai tea with pumpkin spice, creme brulee and crushed OREOs. The flavors paired so well together! Next, we got a Barney & Fruit tea. Lychee tea with dragonfruit and mandarin orange slices. So cool and refreshing! The Open Sesame was next. It is a blended black Sesame with organic milk drink. You get that initial sesame taste but then it becomes almost peanut like in flavor. One of my favorites! We also got the Matcha Vibe. It was another blended drink with matcha, organic milk and creme brulee. Sweet and refreshing but not overly sweet. The Kona Coffee was next. Iced hazelnut coffee was strong, yet refreshing. Last but not least, the Brazilian Lemonade with blended fresh limes and condensed milk. So simple and so refreshing. This would be my drink on a hot day. So many options, great service and fun vibes make this a fun place to come back to!
TISANE IS IN OC AKA THE BAY AREA IS HERE TO BLESS US ALL!!!!!!! I am so excited that this place is opening soon (still soft opening for this week, they're open 3-10pm and offering a 50% drinks promotion) because all of their drinks are so delicious and now I can get a taste of home while I'm still in Southern California. Their drinks are amazing and the staff was very kind and let us try a bunch of samples of almost every drink. My favorites are: - RPM (Jasmine Tea with Red Guava, Passionfruit, Mango and mango jelly stars! Fruity and refreshing.) - Duke of Earl (Earl Grey Creme Milk Tea with Grass Jelly. Milky and delicious!) - Golden (Sweet English Breakfast Milk Tea, so creamy and yummy) The vibe of this place is very fun-- lights, sofas, music, and even Smash set up so you can play while you wait for your drinks. LA vibes in the OC Boba tea shop. I saw some comments where they said the boba was over cooked, but mine was great. Really appreciated the attention to detail with the decor, and the drinks themselves were great. As good as boba shops go, if you've been craving Boba, and are around the OC/ Westminster area, I would swing by this place. We ordered the Duke of earl, comes with grass jelly, but I substituted it for boba. GTA, honestly wasn't expecting much but it was really good. It was basically milky green tea with salted cheese foam on top. And Melon Rouge, which was very refreshing. Customer service was great and they do let you try 2 samples. Incase you are debating what you want to get. Will be coming back soon seems like a gem in such a random shopping plaza location. read more

First time at Tisane. They served us at 9:55 (closing time at 10) with such personable service!! The worker was so sweet she sat us at the bar and had us try almost all the drinks in shot glasses. She explained them thoroughly and even told us how they would best be served. All the drinks were amazing!!!!! We got a total of 4: melon rouge, Barney and fruits, peach please, and jade. They had a lot of options that you don't see anywhere else. Service AND drinks were 5 . So glad we made it! read more

Love the interior! The design, music, and the general ambiance is like you're at a night club . You can even play video games inside. There's a couple of seats inside and outside to hang out with your friends as well. It is super cool how they let you sample the drinks before ordering! Wow just wow. Loved everything about this place. I live in a predominantly white area where there is 2 boba places that people rave about in my area and it's absolutely trash. I have to travel far lengths to get good boba. This is like a 45 min drive for me and it was honestly so worth it. I got the blush milk tea and it was absolutely divine. I didn't think it was gonna be amazing but it was. Blew my mind. It also came with heart jellies which I thought it would have a very artificial flavor but it didn't. It wasn't too sweet and I didn't feel sick after which I usually feel when I drink milk tea. By far my favorite boba place! Also don't get me started with the decor. The aesthetics are so cool that I felt like I was in a nightclub (like look at my pic and see how cool it is.) It would be so fun to come here late at night but covid had to ruin it (wear your mask plssssssss!!!!!!!) Definitely coming back here once covid is over. Ugh I wish I lived here. sadness. Bad Service. Bad Delivery. The estimate delivery time was 8:15pm. I waited until 8:50 I walked outside and saw 2 drinks left in front door. Umm what would happen if I do not check. I was surprised they delivered 2 drinks only. I ordered 3 drinks for 3 people. I called and were told the purple silk is out so they only made 2 drinks and refunded 1 drinkWhat kind of service is that???? You should at least call so the customer can change the order. Also I think you just dont want to pay to just deliver 1 drink, if its out It should not be available when I purchased. It seems liked you care for the profit more than providing the right service. I have been waiting for 1hr30' long and now I dont have any drink. read more

Tisane is finally in SoCal! I've heard a lot of great things about Tisane from my friends, and I was hella excited to finally try it. Tisane is a trendy and really nice spot to hang out at, and they have amazing drinks and friendly staff. Price- 5/5 the price is on par with other boba shops I've reviewed. $5 for a drink is really reasonable, especially for the quality Food/Drink- 5/5 The drinks here are amazing. I always get the RPM if I'm feeling like I want something more refreshing, or I get the Blush if I want something more on the desserty side. The jellies are great! Customer Service- 5/5 Tisane has really friendly workers and are very accommodating Overall- 5/5 Overall, nothing more you can ask for out of this place. Great drinks, great vibes. I've been looking for one boba shop that has strawberry heart jelly in OC for years ( Im a Jelly girl) Right after Tisane tbar opened, I must say Im a true fan, I stopped by every week that they even remember my orders lol. Very tasty! With the recent COVID-19, my boba cravings have been immense. I heard about Tisane through my mom who lives in a different state (that's how I knew I had to try it). We ordered the Blush, Golden, Ride or Thai, and Lychee Tea. My top two favorites are Blush and the Lychee Tea, followed by Golden, then Ride or Thai. I was pleasantly surprised by Blush because the bright pink color threw me off at first but it was a perfect blend of strawberry and green milk tea with strawberry hearts. The strawberry hearts topping was a crowd favorite in my household. The Lychee Tea was super freshening even after it was kept in the fridge. I enjoyed the lychee bits in the drink as well. The only thing I'd note here is that the boba is not your typical consistency. It's not chewy and squishy as the traditional boba, it's more of a gelatin/jelly consistency. My household was split between the boba. Regardless, I think I'll opt for the strawberry hearts or venture off to try a new topping next time! We ordered through the DoorDash app. It was super easy to use with pictures of each drink and options to add toppings and adjust sweetness or ice levels. It's not available on Postmates but to be honest, I prefered the DoorDash interface more. I can definitely forsee myself ordering again in the near future! read more

my go to & fav boba shop in oc! i've been exploring boba shops in socal, but i haven't found one that beats this place yet. this is also one of my fav boba shops in the bay as well :) they do a 7% off discount if you pay cash & they do a 20% one drink on the weekdays w/ student i.d.! they also have a rewards system, so don't forget to put in your phone number to save up for your free drink! service here is great & they make the drinks so fast, by the time you're done ordering, your drink will be ready within a couple of mins.! plenty of parking as well, would recommend! read more

Came here on a Saturday night with some friends, the atmosphere is really chill. Love that they had a game system where you can play on together as a group. I ordered the RPM and it was a little too sweet for my taste buds so at the end of the night I asked for extra ice to tone down the sweetness. The staff or the manager was nice enough to offer to top off my drink with extra tea instead of just ice. 5 stars to the service here at Tisane. read more

Amazingly delicious tea bar! Excellent customer service too. Ms. Kon was very welcoming and made sure the customer was satisfied. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. I ask to make this a milk tea but they just made it as is. Tried calling the place but they wouldn't even pick up. Order 3 drinks and this was only the adjustment I asked for. Can't believe their unprofessional. If they can't do it they could have called to let us know and we could have gotten another drink. This is the worst never coming back again read more

This is my 2nd time coming here. The first time the cashier was really nice. They had a military discount so I asked if they have a health care discount. She said yes and gave Mr the discount. The next time I went. It was a different cashier and I told her last time they gave me a Healthcare discount but she just flatly denied me. I even took my other coworkers so we were disappointed. Calling all the boba baes to come to Tisane TBar! It's like the boba club of OC. We got the Barney and Fruits, Blush, and Ride or Thai. It was pretty busy when we went late Saturday night. Love the vibes here and the choices of music. However, the interior was smaller than expected with very few tables to sit. The IG worthy hallway with lights was blocked off when we stopped by. But this boba shop is picture worthy and trendy. They have really interesting drinks with lots of options on their menu. The blush had heart shaped jelly. It was like Valentine's Day in a cup. Overall, cool boba shop which gave the nightlife ambiance but wished they had more seating indoors. read more
