I have been following The Loft's Grace's great hair results on Instagram and saw her interactions on Nextdoor and I decided to have a new short style. Grace is welcoming and listened to all my preferences. She checked with me frequently to see if I was in agreement with her work, which I surely was. My asymmetrical cut is just what I had hoped for! It is so important to find a professional who is enthusiastic about helping the customer and takes the time to assess the customer's wishes. I am thrilled that The Loft, a beautiful and clean salon is nearby and I already have my next appointment!! Parking is plentiful out front or at the rear of the salon. She walked off at least 8 inches and gave me a whole new look in the hour timeframe she had. So thankful she was able to do what she did and she's so wonderful and friendly!
