Overpriced , average at best food. Customer service is non existent. Save your money, go somewhere else

Went here on Saturday to play some games and have a few drinks. Immediately the bartender had a serious attitude because one person in our group only wanted a cappuccino, she doesn't drink. They said they did have an espresso machine but had never made a coffee drink. When we asked if they had any flavors to add to the coffee her reply was "this isn't a coffee shop" The babies and kids in the Beer Room was really odd as well. I love the space and the games..but the bartender was a total bitch. Not planning on going in again. read more

The way they utilize their space is awesome! Multiple pool tables, an arcade and speak easy in the back! So great and the bar has a great "grab me a beer, time to watch some football" vibe! So many TV's comparable to buffalo wild wings, the food is pretty decent id say! their mushroom and swiss burger was tasty! The truffled french onion dip was yummy! Tasty cocktails! Stopped by the other night to try the poutine again and it was absolutely inedible and had a really bad funky taste I don't know if it was the beef or the cheese curds but I could not eat it and I love poutine . Also the bartenders don't seem to know how to pour a beer properly each one of my beers was way too much foam. The Irish nachos should just come off the menu they are terrible. read more

Delicious ciders, amazing atmosphere, wonderful staff but horrible appetizers. We went for the first time and we were greeted kindly and the wait staff were super nice. We checked out the tap room and tried a few different ciders which were all very good. We went, sat down and ordered some appetizers for 3 of us. We got the Italian nachos and the smell of them was absolutely vile as was the taste. Then we got the chicken parmesan pizza which is just a large flat chicken nugget with gross cheap sauce on it. Next time we go we will either eat before or order a burger. Even though the 2 apps we tried were disgusting, we will definitely be back soon to enjoy the drinks and atmosphere. read more

The restaurant is huge, and is clean and very well set up with a combination of booths, tables and high tops throughout. I am certainly not a person that complains regularly, and I actually enjoy noise in a restaurant, as in a brasserie. I had made reservations, and 4 of us were seated at a table right next to the huge arcade.....way too noisy! Even though there were a number of tables that were unoccupied, when I went to the reception person to see if we could get a different table, I got the response, 'this is a loud family restaurant, and we can't switch a table as we are all booked up'. So be it, we sat and ordered our meal. Okay, let's eat. My Kobe Beef hot dog was delicious, but the fish and chips were just 'so so'. The drink prices were reasonable, with a good selection of craft beers. This place should be fine for people that fully understand the atmosphere, but not for me. Also, I believe that the receptionist should have attempted to find another spot for us, but he didn't feel the need to do so. Oh, well. While I won't be back there, I admire anyone that opens a business in this environment, and I wish them success. read more

This place is like a smaller and more "grown up" version of Pinz in Kingston - super fun and great menu! Service was quick and prices are fair. I highly recommend the bagel pretzels with queso, and the wine they have on tap is AMAZING! It tasted so ice cold and fresh - I had never had wine on tap before this but will definitely come back for more! We also finished our meal with some time at the arcade playing games which was a nice time. Will absolutely return here! read more

Stopped in for a drink after work. Upon arrival we sat at the bar and waited six minutes to be even acknowledged by the bartender. Even though there was only three other patrons at the bar. The owner or manager was in the rear of the restaurant on an iPad and not paying attention as the bartender was unavailable to assist me and my guest who are ordering a drink. Finally, we were acknowledged And the price did not match the quoted price on the menu when the bill came. Overall, the place is very clean cut kind of like a Beerworks style design however, it doesn't appear to be a place that is highly visited as there was no one else in the restaurant on a Friday afternoon. be worn to stay away as well if you're looking for flavored drinks as they don't appear to have any of the flavored drink apparel in the bar back. Also, they advertise a lot of games however, all I could locate in the restaurant was about 4 to 5, which weren't even games. It was pool shuffleboard and a couple pinball machines. Stay away if you're looking for an environment to go to after work. There are much better places in downtown if you're looking for a nice place to go and chill. read more

My friends and I went to the G-pub last Saturday. The place was beautiful, clean and had a great country singer preforming. The best part of my experience was the awesome bartender Cherry. She was so friendly and made sure we had new drinks as soon as ours were finished. We will be back to see Cherry soon! read more

Great, great vibe. We had live music, which was awesome. So much fun with pool tables and arcades. You should definitely try the high limb cider taproom along with your experience (open until 8pm). The only downside was that the kiosks for the games broke and none of the staff knew how to fix them or could replace the game cards. They should definitely be trained on that, or have someone on site who can fix them/give you cards. But honestly it was minor for the experience. I really had a good time. I hope the place takes off! read more

Came here yesterday. Wasn't busy at all. The waitress got out drink orders and we got an appetizer. Waited about 30 minutes for her to ask if we were ready to order our entree but she never did. We just ended up getting our check and leaving. read more

Service was terrible. My table waited for 30 minutes at a time before our server came to check on us. And after our meal, literally waited 40 minutes for the check. Had to ask the hostess to help find someone to grab the check. The manager just stood around watching tv instead of helping the staff. Was only given the opportunity to order 2 rounds of drinks for my table in a 90 minute period. Then moved to the bar to try and get a drink hoping the experience would be better, and it wasn't. Waited 20 minutes before the bartender showered any attention. We then realized getting another drink would be impossible. I asked for my card to close the tab, and one of the bartenders couldn't find it and had to go ask another to help, instead of just asking me again what my name was and listening to what I was saying. They acted like I was speaking another language. Just pitiful customer service. Ruined my night and was genuinely one of the worst bar/restaurant experiences of my life. The food was subpar. Kids had chicken fingers and complained that they all tasted funky. Don't order hard liquor. Owners think they can charge $25 a glass for low to mid range scotch. Server was beyond rude. Made faces every time I placed my drink order. Never informed me that I was paying $25 per glass when the high end restaurants in Boston only charge $16. I honestly couldn't believe that I paid more for three glasses than an entire bottle. It was offensive and the server didn't give a flyin fk. I will never go there again and I will definitely let everyone know this place is a dump. Middle of nowhere in Plymouth. Customer service was shockingly bad. Arrived at 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday, saw lots of open tables and booths and was told the only table available for our party of four was in the back in the arcade. Moreover, we were warned that we had to be finished in 1 hour and 59 minutes because another party was coming in. He told us it would be embarrassing to make one party wait and to kick us out if we exceeded the time. Host was very stressed and was sarcastic and rude as he explained the reservation policy over and over to us. He told us every table was reserved. So, advice is to always call ahead and reserve a table because nothing will be available if you just walk in despite seeing 75% of the tables empty. read more

Asked the bartender to turn up the tv volume as he can't see it. she asked another bartender who replied "we don't turn up the volume on Sundays". I couldn't believe what I heard, on Wild Card week? you don't make an accommodation for the blind!!!! I am beside myself. I can't believe no one would even consider asking their manager. Went here for a bday dinner celebration last night. I drove about an hour and had high hopes for this restaurant. While the food was amazing and tasty, the service was awful. Being a waitress myself, I understand how crazy it can get on a Saturday night. Right when I got seated with friends, we could immediately tell the waitress was upset that we had a party of eight (mind you - we made a reservation a week in advanced). Instead of communicating that she was overwhelmed, she got more and more rude all night. We ended up not even getting dessert since we felt like it was such a bother. Went there for my birthday on 11/6. Was super excited to bring my friends here bc the last time I came, service was amazing. However this time, from the moment we got there the waitress,Heather T was miserable and rude. We sat in the back booths near the games. We ended up having to go to the bar for drinks because she didn't come back over at all. She then scolded us for doing so when we got back. The table behind us said the same thing to us, and was about to do the same. Upside, food and drinks were spectacular. We had spoken with the manager on duty and he was sympathetic and understood the situation and told me there has been multiple complaints about the same waitress. I understand how short staffed the service industry is and how stressful it is. However, that waitress was horrible. read more

Very cute decor and glassware. The food was yummy but wayyyy over priced. I think they thought we were in a luxury location and not a Job Lot parking lot. Our male, tattooed, glasses-wearing bartender was rude from the get go-- rolling his eyes, throwing receipts on the floor, and was "unsure of what to do" when my boyfriend tried to buy my sister and her friend a drink. Went tonight (Friday) for dinner with four people. We're sat quickly at a bar top which was good. But table service was average at best. Server seemed to be annoyed that she was working there. Regularly forgot to refill our waters and get our drink orders timely. Calamari appetizer was over cooked. Haddock dinner was good but portion of fish to side was off. Need to have a bigger piece of fish. Tuna was good not great. Rack of lamb was bad. Overcooked and chewy. Don't recommend it at all. Manager did come over and took it off the bill which was appreciated. Plus they don't provide knives which cut. Just butter style knives. Sat in bar area which is definitely a bar room atmosphere. So if you're trying to have a conversation forget it. Way too loud. Plenty of TVs to watch sports. Very clean and plenty of parking. Overall below average experience for a nice dinner. Probably a better place to just grab a beer at the larger bar area and wings. But dinner was a big disappointment. Don't recommend it at all. $200 plus for four people. Big ugh for that experience. Too bad because they are located in an area of the town where there are not many restaurants. So they need to make adjustments to grow their client base or people will just keep driving down to downtown Plymouth for a better experience. read more

I had heard great things about this place, so this morning I decided to make a reservation for tonight (Saturday), expecting it would probably be busy. When we walked in, there was a short wait and the bar and dining room were both busy and the noise level was a little high. The hostess greeted us politely but not overly friendly. As she directed us to our table, I was a little confused. We walked through the entire dining room, past an arcade with other seating for dinner, and finally to the back of the building, to a door way with a sign reading "Shhhh". When we entered the "speakeasy", I knew I had made the right dining room option on my reservation. The lights were dim, with a cozy and relaxing vibe. With an exclusive drink menu and special food options, it really felt like we were VIPs in the prohibition era. The craft cocktails were perfectly poured and delicious. The Truffle onion dip with house made potato chips was amazing. The seasoned French fries served with all the sandwiches were the best I've had in a long time. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly as well as flavorful and juicy. The desserts on the menu looked so good, but we were so full we'll have to try those next time. They had pool tables and a few other games, perfect for hanging out with friends and having a few drinks, without the fuss of downtown Plymouth parking and crowds.
