They were able to come out the very same day, within just a few hours, and had everything fixed by that afternoon. Our technician Tony took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, walked us through our options, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Had he checked that line the 1st time he came like he should've I wouldn't of had to call them back. They are not going to do the job right , they will charge you insane prices, and they don't give you an invoice saying what they did. I will never call them again!

We also did flat rate pricing as this company does. The charges for certain service are way out of hand. $425 for a run capacitor is way out of line. Shop around before this company takes you to the cleaners. The part is $100.00 to be fair as it is the turbo one and $325 for 30 minutes of Labor. I won't be doing business with this company anymore. Two men came to do the repair; one was the primary and the other was A novice. Originally the primary wanted over $600 to fix the one in MBdrm and the hall bathroom. I ended up paying $351.00 to have the valve replaced in the master bedroom. I realize than was a very poor decision on my part, I should have told them to leave and called another company.. the sad thing is a company works hard to gain trust of Their customers and a bad experience loses them a customer. Unfortunately during that process the air pressure knocked out a pipe out of place and one week later we had more water issues.
