Gaby's is a very solid, new-ish pizza place. I ordered from here on a Saturday evening and it was ready very quickly. There is some seating space inside, not very big but seems comfortable enough. We got takeout: large margherita pizza, a veggie calzone, rice pudding and cannoli. The margherita pizza is delicious, I really loved the sauce. Usually I find margherita pies to be rather bland (in fact I just had that issue the day before from somewhere else) but this one was perfect in terms of salt levels. I only had a bite of the veggie calzone but my fiancé raved about it. He got it with mushrooms and black olives (but you can add up to 4). As far as dessert, the rice pudding was really yummy! It was more along the lines of Central American style (with lots of cinnamon) but the cinnamon didn't seem too overpowering which is great. The only thing that fell flat here was the cannoli. The cream was on point but there was something really weird about the shells. It tasted like it was cooked in some really bad oil or something. It was probably just a fluke though. read more

So just ordered a cheese and ham calzone, now normally you would or I would expect for $13.95 a nice large ricotta, mozzarella with ham calzone that has a side of marinara sauce. Well as you can see by the pictures instead I got a flat small barely any ricotta cheese very little mozzarella cheese and almost no ham! Plus I received vodka sauce not marinara sauce. This is a top notch place. The owner is a very genuine person and he has excellent staff. The food is of the upmost quality. I hardly visit the same restaurants and this is my now my sole pizza place to be at. Every item I've had there has been very good and the service is second to none. I love coming to this place and have yet to be disappointed. This is a breath of fresh air in a market that has many cookie cutter pizzerias. Found this place new near me I decided to try Ordered Stuff shells Three slices of pizza with pepperoni and onions Two slices of Sicilian with pepperonis Buffalo wings Chicken francese came with salad instead or pasta Now why would I order all this food and you send me a small 3 inch piece of bread with such a big order? AND why would a restaurant serve me bullshit frozen wings? Terrible and salty. The pizza sucked too. I winded up giving it to my dog, and she didn't even like it!! Tostinos frozen pizza had more flavor! Because I feel they are new in town they offer nothing outstanding than any other pizzeria around. Talk about putting your best foot forward to make an impression on new customers! They only thing that was decent was the chicken francese, but that's cuz I had no choice to eat it. Really great pizza ! The First time I went there I had a Hawaiian whole pie and it was delicious ! I go there all the time with my coworkers since we work around the area .There's really great service . I'm also a big FETTUCINI ALFREDO AND SHRIMP Fan I tried their's and it's probably one of the best I've ever had. Its fresh , flavorful and delicious (Must!!) ; from now on when I go there every single time it's the only thing I get I definitely recommend all of the pastas from the Gabby's special to the Shrimp scampi :beyond superb ! There's a lot of options in the area when it comes to grabbing a slice. I grabbed a couple last week and here's my thoughts. The pizza looks really good: nice cheese to sauce ratio (I'm ALL about the ratio). There was a ton of grease though. I expect this from most local places but this was a bit more than usual. The slice was a bit thin but not too thin and not too doughy. The crust though was a bit tough and brittle. I should have just cut it off. This isn't a bad pizza place, just not a great one yet. I'd rate this 2.5 stars if I could because it's a bit better than average but not "A-OK" level. Also, they're open early which is great if you have a craving and skipped breakfast but they are closed on Sundays (sucks if you wanted a pie to watch the games). Stopped by for the first time yesterday and ordered a greek salad with grilled chicken on it. To say it was delicious would be an understatement. The chicken was tender and seasoned perfectly with salt and pepper. Also included fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and thin sliced onions. The dressing was light and zippy, if I had to guess, I would say lemon juice was in it. The only caution, preventing it from being a 5 star review was that the olives had pits in them, which is always a surprise when you bite into one. I will be back. read more

My husband and I live close by and have ordered from Gaby's a few times now! Even though Saddle Brook for whatever reason, has quite a few pizza options, we hadn't found one that we LOVED yet! So when this one opened up a few months ago we decided to give it a shot, and we haven't been dispatched yet! We usually get a pie, a salad and a pasta dish. Their penne vodka is always good, maybe a touch more sauce, BUT you could always ask for some on the side. The anti pasta salad, decent size, they never skimp on the cold cuts, but I do wish they were cut a litttle smaller (also not a big deal, we usually just do it ourselves), and I like the extra added touch of the sundried tomatoes! As for their pizza, their pies are always nicely cooked, we like a well done pie! Toppings are always tasty and their sauce to cheese ratio is on point. Nothing worse than too much sauce and soggy dough! We've gotten their Sicilian pizza a few times as well. It takes a little longer, so keep that in mind if you're order a Sicilian pie, but, it's really good. Not doughy or chewy which I feel like you get sometimes with Sicilians. The owners are really nice, their menus offer coupons (big plus), and very clean inside! Definitely give them a shot! Enjoys! read more

Tonight i decided to try a new place. Well we were not disappointed. My son picked up for us and the owner greeted him asking if it was his first time there and thanked him for trying Gaby's. We got a large pizza and it was tasty and cooked perfect, a calzone that was so big there is still half left and a soup that was filled with beans & pasta. Gaby's not only has unbelievably delicious food and an extensive menu but also has the most incredible customer service around. From the minute you walk into the door you feel like you're part of the family. Gaby himself is always there and is so welcoming and pleasant - my husband and I are happy to stand at the counter and speak to him while we wait for our food. The food itself is just delicious - the salads, pizza, pasta dishes, etc. are all out of this world. I HIGHLY recommend Gaby's.
