Attended a mini pizza party at a friend's house for Sunday football. We tried the buffalo chicken, cheese, and Margherita. My favorite was the Margherita. The crust is nice and thin and toppings and sauce were just right. However, I was having pretty bad acid reflux after having too much pizza + wine that night!

Absolutely the freshest most delicious pizza I have tried in a long while. Flavors mix well. And afterwards you don't feel as bloated. Absolutely recommend to try Gaby's Pizzas .. especially the Bruschetta (yummy!). Service is also friendly, neighborly .. with a smile. You can't go wrong here.

Gaby's is a very solid, new-ish pizza place. I ordered from here on a Saturday evening and it was ready very quickly. There is some seating space inside, not very big but seems comfortable enough. We got takeout: large margherita pizza, a veggie calzone, rice pudding and cannoli. The margherita pizza is delicious, I really loved the sauce. Usually I find margherita pies to be rather bland (in fact I just had that issue the day before from somewhere else) but this one was perfect in terms of salt levels. I only had a bite of the veggie calzone but my fiancé raved about it. He got it with mushrooms and black olives (but you can add up to 4). As far as dessert, the rice pudding was really yummy! It was more along the lines of Central American style (with lots of cinnamon) but the cinnamon didn't seem too overpowering which is great. The only thing that fell flat here was the cannoli. The cream was on point but there was something really weird about the shells. It tasted like it was cooked in some really bad oil or something. It was probably just a fluke though.

So just ordered a cheese and ham calzone, now normally you would or I would expect for $13.95 a nice large ricotta, mozzarella with ham calzone that has a side of marinara sauce. Well as you can see by the pictures instead I got a flat small barely any ricotta cheese very little mozzarella cheese and almost no ham! Plus I received vodka sauce not marinara sauce. I'm sorry sad and disappointing. You have lost our business.

This is a top notch place. The owner is a very genuine person and he has excellent staff. The food is of the upmost quality. I hardly visit the same restaurants and this is my now my sole pizza place to be at. Every item I've had there has been very good and the service is second to none. I love coming to this place and have yet to be disappointed. This is a breath of fresh air in a market that has many cookie cutter pizzerias. If this is going to be the new wave of restaurants then I'm all for it. If you want a taste of delicious food and five star service come here. If you want to spend your hard earned money in a place where you will get the best possible product, this is the place.

This is a honest review! Found this place new near me I decided to try Ordered Stuff shells Three slices of pizza with pepperoni and onions Two slices of Sicilian with pepperonis Buffalo wings Chicken francese came with salad instead or pasta Now why would I order all this food and you send me a small 3 inch piece of bread with such a big order? AND why would a restaurant serve me bullshit frozen wings? Terrible and salty. The pizza sucked too. I winded up giving it to my dog, and she didn't even like it!! Tostinos frozen pizza had more flavor! Because I feel they are new in town they offer nothing outstanding than any other pizzeria around. Talk about putting your best foot forward to make an impression on new customers! They only thing that was decent was the chicken francese, but that's cuz I had no choice to eat it. I paid 58 bucks for garbage! I don't mind paying, it's what I got in return. Crap don't waste your money!! Plus the sauce was very acidic. You know how that goes! Never again!

Really great pizza ! The First time I went there I had a Hawaiian whole pie and it was delicious ! I go there all the time with my coworkers since we work around the area .There's really great service . I'm also a big FETTUCINI ALFREDO AND SHRIMP Fan I tried their's and it's probably one of the best I've ever had. Its fresh , flavorful and delicious (Must!!) ; from now on when I go there every single time it's the only thing I get I definitely recommend all of the pastas from the Gabby's special to the Shrimp scampi :beyond superb ! Whether you're going there for lunch ,on a date ,breakfast or dinner this place is they will not disappoint I definitely recommend it and I'm and I will spread the word about this place to everyone!

I am so disappointed. I read through all the reviews and had high hopes. I just received my Sicilian pie and it's awful.... the crust is rock hard and separating from the cheese ... since there is no sauce ‍

Penne Bolognese!! So good!!

So so happy to have such delicious food so close by my house. The pizza is amazing, the crust is nice and crispy and it's all very fresh. The owner and staff are extremely friendly on every visit. My favorite thing to order is the penne bolognese, blows the neighborhood competition out of the water and they always put extra cheese on top for me;) I love Gaby's! Highly recommend!

Vodka shrimp platter with zucchini, ricotta and mozz

Updated review** this place is literally awesome! Our family orders from here pretty frequently and they are great with all kinds of requests. Over the weekend we ordered food and had to make it keto friendly for some family members and as always the staff was very accommodating and the food was delicious and super cheesy!

I felt a little like Ray Liotta in "Goodfellas". The service was excellent and our waiter rattled off an extensive list of daily specials and they all sounded wonderful. We settled on burrata and a fried vegetable appetizer. The burrata was good but the fried thing was even better. I wish I could remember what it was because it was so good. I guess that's what I get for writing my reviews 2 months later. It was some kind of vegetable stuffed with cheese, battered and fried. It wasn't too oily and all the flavors and textures went well together. For our entrees we went with linguini in clam sauce and cavatelli, broccoli rabe, & sausage. The linguini was a solid plate of pasta. Linguini, clams, sauce. It tasted exactly how you expect it would and the pasta was cooked well. The cavatelli was much more interesting to me. The different textures and flavors really made it a joy to eat. The pasta was al dente while some of the sausage had some crispy bits to it. And the broccoli rabe kind of made me feeling like I was eating somewhat healthy The ambiance was nice if not a little dated. Not bad though, it was cozy. I'd come back, but not too often. It's pricey.

The menu isn't massive, but they cover every category with extreme precision and do it really well. Seafood, pasta, veal, chicken, and all the classic appetizers you can think of from stuffed artichokes, zucchini blossoms, and house-made burrata. The ambiance is old-school Italian in the best way: timeless, romantic, and cozy. It works just as well for an intimate date night as it does for a small group dinner. Bonus points for being BYOB. We ordered the veal marsala and the seafood pomodoro. The veal was pounded to perfection and swimming in a ridiculously addictive sauce. The seafood pasta was cooked perfectly and loaded with fresh shrimp, clams, and mussels and you can taste the quality and care put in the food. Meals are served with a salad to start, and you can expect to spend around $35 per entrée, which feels more than fair for the quality. We were genuinely impressed and were treated with a lot of attention throughout the meal. The concept of the restaurant being run by two italian twins was honestly so sweet. Highly recommend if you're looking for classic Italian done right without trekking into the city.

We tried two of the specials: the orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe, which was absolutely delicious, and the chicken saltimbocca, which was fantastic -- by far the best dish of the night. We also had the cacio e pepe pasta, which unfortunately missed the mark. It was extremely undercooked -- even hard to cut with a butter knife -- so that was a bit disappointing. That said, everything else was wonderful! The desserts were outstanding -- their tartufo is unique and not like others I've had, and the Nutella ricotta pie was my absolute favorite. Very rich, very sweet, and a generous portion. Despite the pasta hiccup, we really enjoyed our meal and would absolutely come back again! Oddly they don't have a cappuccino maker and no regular coffee-just espresso I believe.

The carbonara was made nicely and didn't feel too heavy like other places. I thought the red sauce pastas were a bit lacking in flavor. Amatriciana didn't have any spice. Pomodoro needed some salt. Romaine salad was small and had too many croutons. Eggplant was delicious. We went during the day so there wasn't much ambiance perse. It is run by a family, and they were attentive.
