It was my first time going to this location. My car had a lot of milk stains, cookie crumbs, and dirt all over the back seats. They did a great job with the interior and exterior of the car. My car looks bran new! I don't think I've ever seen my car this clean. Also, I was recently rear ended and had a license plate mark on my bumper. Love coming here and getting my car hand washed. The owner is nice and honest which reflects onto his employees. Example: My buddy dropped $20 in my car, and instead of pocketing the money (Idk it was there) he gave it to the owner, which he then returned it to me. Not good enough of an example??? Example #2: Same buddy, drops a $100 bill this time. Of course I have no clue until the owner, approaches me, this time with a little smirk on his face, and says... "my guy found this under the front seat." I thanked him and his guy, and we all had a shared a laugh. Lol That's how you create a lifelong customer. I absolutely hate anything that has to do with my car, but it needs to get done. And this is the only car wash that I actually enjoy going to. The owner is extremely hard working and humble and RESPECTFUL towards everyone. They do an amazing job at taking care of your car and getting it as clean as possible and as quickly as they can. Horrible job on my truck. I didn't bother to check the front hood and grill cause it looked like they were doing a good job on it. When I got home, both were full of water stains. Not enough employees to keep up with the flow of traffic. My truck sat for about 20 minutes before anyone worked on it, so the water dried up by the time someone got to. They step inside your car with muddy shoes and don't bother to clean where they stepped on. Needless to stay, I won't be returning. read more

First time here , friendly service ....but I think for paying for the mini detail you would expect a bit better cleaning .as I opened my door it still had a. Smudge on it from my nephew touching it with his dirty hands. A towel that was left on the back was still there as if they didn't even bother on moving it to clean . They didn't offer air freshener in the car , which other places offer . Maybe next time I'll just get the regular car wash than paying the 35 for the "mini detail" wash . ‍ read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This is my third time visiting. The first time I had no problem. Second time, I noticed scratch marks on my windows tint. It was a fresh tint, few days old so I figured that could have been my fault and probably had done a better job letting the guy know for the third time not to bother with my windows. this third time really pushed me. The guy who charges had the audacity to call me a liar. I just got a brand new car about three weeks ago. When they finished my wash I saw two big scratches that are extremely noticeable. It's on my car dash screen. When I told him about it, he said that there was no way. I said well I can tell you it wasn't there. I would not waste my time arguing about something that I had caused. He said that there was no way. That his wash cloths wouldn't do that. Well It did!! And he called me practically a liar. I felt so disrespected. Insulted nonetheless. I don't have time to argue about something senseless, however, own up to your mistake. On top of everything i didn't get an apology when My brother returned back for the refund still indicating that it was our fault. The lady who I think is the owner even went about saying that she drives a range and how she trust her guys. Well first he never asked you that. All he wanted was the owners info. i just recently got my first car and this is the only place ive tooken my car to go get washed. Ive had my car for about a month or so now and ive took it to wash here 4 times in total. 2 of the times, this place had scratch and/or left scratch marks on my car. At first i thought that it was me, i thought i was parked somewhere and maybe someone just hit my car when i was not around. After a while i learned that hand car wash or just washing cars in general can make swirls on your car , and so therefore i came to find out the scratches were coming from this place. Second time i went i saw my whole car before i took it in and there was not a single scratch. after the car got washed from this place here, it got a couple of scratches and after that i knew it was forsure this place that did it. as crazy and dumb as this sounds, i still come to this place to get my car washed. for the reason being is because my family knows the Manager. I havent got a scratch on my car last time i went , and last time i went was a week ago. Note: The scratches are removable but they still look bad and scary and they are hard to remove. The scratches arent actually SCRATCHES, they are Swirl Marks but this place makes them big. They can be removed from Buffing or you can get a Polisher from Auto Zone and use about 30 minutes of your time to take them off at home. Keep in mind, the scratches i got here at this place are all gone bu it took time and money out of my pocket to take them off. other then the scratches, the manager and the employees here are Great. The service is great and the prices are the best ! i recommend this place to anybody. Just the scratches part is not good at all. read more

First time coming my truck had a tin of popcorn that exploded and my cup holders where trashed. I also spilled som soup on my dash all and all for 20$!!!! They fished it up. Came on Sunday at 8:30am I got charged $16 because is an SUV ok I paid and sat down for like 45min the honk I when to see my truck and boy they miss a bunch of details! They didn't vacuum the front seats,nonetheless they didn't properly clean out the door or dashboard and then on my second row they didn't even bothered to clean the windows or the stepping board that's on the inside,on my third row they not only did not clean the inside of the windows but didn't even bother to actually clean up the cupboards!!! I went on checking the vehicle around and sure enough the front had water spots and so did the back at this point I got very upset and spoke to the owner they fixed the problem but beware on the past his employees has stolen my spare change and inside pieces that cover the bolts/nuts inside my pathfinder. Bad business. I went to get my car washed and waxed with clay bar, I was told it would take 1 hour. I was asked if I would be waiting and I let them know I was going to go get a haircut and be back. I left and found the barbershop was closed so I went back to wait. I was not gone but 15 minutes but somehow I was told my car was ready. They used a spray wax while I was gone and tried to pass it off as a claybar wax. Clearly they were trying to rip me off. This place is a rip off. I asked for an 11 dollar wash. Because I had a truck my total 20 dollars. When I asked them why so much more for a truck, they said it was clearly marked o the sign. I read the sign and it said trucks extra, not 9 dollars more. I don't understand why a truck requires almost twice as much as a car. Took my truck to galaxy auto detail Tuesday after work, my truck is just 8 months old and had just had the yearly detail by the dealer two weeks prior. The truck had no scratches, almost perfect. as I walked to the truck I noticed deep scratches on the drivers side on the bed, almost all way down to the paint. I asked to talk to a manager, the manager wasn't there but the employees said I brought the truck that way. they said they had video of the wash so I asked to see it to prove that it wasn't that way when I brought it, the video was extremely bad quality and proved nothing. They continued to deny they did it and gave me a refund of $25 which is ridiculous because the scratch is going to cost my hundreds to fix. if you care about your vehicle I wouldn't take it there. I take care of my truck and I'm extremely bothered by the way they handled the situation. read more

The owner said open your trunk if you is to vacune your trunk I said ok. We go inside to pay and he says it's $12 I said but I'm here for your special and he said we don't have the special anymore I just haven't taken it down. So I told him no that's what it says and if you aren't going to honor it then you should take it down.!! He said because I wanted a vacuum in my trunk I had to pay more!?
