I simply needed his attention and this was the response. That's not how you speak to a customer especially as a manager, the person who should be setting the standard for hospitality. I later asked our server what his name was, without explaining why, and she told me it was Ed. Ed clearly needs a refresher in customer service because that interaction was completely unnecessary. The unique combination of ingredients in the crusts and salad (there are three options on the menu and they are different each time we dine there). Choose the crust/salad and add your choice if fish and you are rewarded with a delicious meal! Service cannot be better starting with a warm welcome upon entering the establishment continuing with a friendly and knowledgeable wait- staff and, of course, bar drinks. Location- Leftovers is easy to be missed given its location at Military Trail and University Drive but once inside you find yourself surrounded by murals depicting the Everglades and a beach scene, truly striking. Good food and relaxed atmosphere- what more can you ask for?
