But wow this store has been on a steady decline the last 8 months. The staff member with the blue hair is so unfriendly, I have interacted with her on at least 4 shopping occasions and all have been unpleasant. She's not friendly, makes rude facial expressions to her coworkers when working with customers and thinks nobody notices. She has never greeted me. The really friendly customer service staff have never lasted here, but all the unpleasant ones remain which is usually a good indicator that management is lacking. Now when I go to the store I just keep to myself, I'm too nervous to ask for additional sizes due to so many unpleasant experiences. It's not just the girl with the blue hair, but she does seem like the worst. Too bad, it's a beautiful store styled well and in a great plaza.

I was treated like a fellow running friend of Sarah's, and I was matched with a pair of the Saucony Triumph 24 at a competitive price at my local Fleet Feet Agoura. Aside from my new kicks, I get to continue the relationship and opportunity to learn and grow as a runner through the weekly Wednesday Night Group runs that Fleet Feet Agoura hosts. He told me to wait 20 minutes he had another and walked away without offering any context or basic customer engagement. I understand retail can be busy, but professionalism is simple: acknowledge the customer, communicate clearly, and manage expectations respectfully. As someone who runs departments in the film and television industry, I can say this plainly - if one of my team members handled a guest or anybody that way, we'd have a serious conversation about standards. Leadership starts with how you treat people in small moments. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Customer service is what separates a specialty store from a big box retailer.

I have been coming here for years, not only for my two kids but for my sister. Today we came to get my daughters all their dance gear for ballet and tap; leotards, tights, tap shoes and ballet shoes. The woman helping us was nice, not overly enthusiastic or wanting to more about us, but got the job done. Major bummer they did not have ANY tap shoes. Not one size even close to either of my daughters sizes. How can that be? Then their sister store in Simi Valley was ALSO out of stock of BOTH of my girls sizes. Say what?!So we had to drive 25 minutes into Canoga Park to my new favorite dance store. HUGE stock of all sizes and widths of MANY different shoes. Bummer since I love shopping locally.
