Dr. Wensley is a face saver~ Forthcoming, trustworthy and authentic ( no bs ) which I so appreciate. An M.D with an impressive background, he goes beyond the basics, explaining everything, from the anatomy of the face to the expected results. No cookie cutter approach which I have often experienced in the past. He has a unique perspective and conservative approach to treatments that he executes wonderfully resulting in a natural but clear change. It is a smaller waiting room so there's not enough seating for their patients. There is valet parking at that building, which has nothing to do with them so unless you find a spot which is rare and their parking lot to park, you do have to pay for valet parking, which is only three dollars at this time. The office staff is nice and friendly. The doctor came in with an assistant to take down all the information and he looked at my spots that I was concerned about and froze some of them off all my other ones on my back he said were fine. He seemed a little rushed. Suggested I get some certain cream gave me a pamphlet for my dry skin out the door they went after saying see you in six months. They should take a little more time with their patients and don't seem so rushed.

Before scheduling, I explained my condition to the receptionist and asked whether the practice treated melasma. I was told, "Yes, we treat melasma. Our owner treated his wife." When I arrived, I was surprised to learn there was no doctor available to see patients. I asked where the doctor was and was told that the doctor does not treat patients and that I would only be seen by a registered nurse. If I had been told this when I made the appointment, I would have chosen a different practice. The registered nurse immediately told me that I did not have melasma and that they were only sun spots. This was contrary to diagnoses I had already received from dermatologists in both South Korea and Russia, who independently confirmed that I have melasma. Despite this, she recommended cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen. After the treatment, my skin developed severe blisters and painful open wounds. Instead of improving my condition, the treatment left me burned and bleeding. I called the office on Friday, explained what had happened, and even sent photos of my injuries. The nurse never called me back or spoke with me directly. On Monday, I called again because the wounds were still bleeding and burning. I was simply told by the receptionist that it was "normal." I was also told they had emailed aftercare instructions on Friday, but I never received any email. When they sent it again, it was clearly a brand-new email, not a resend of a previous message. I am deeply concerned about the lack of follow-up, compassion, and medical responsibility shown after a procedure that caused significant skin damage. Patients deserve proper communication and appropriate medical care, especially when complications occur. One more thing prospective patients should know: although you may be charged as if you are visiting a doctor's office, you may not actually be treated by a physician. That is something patients deserve to know before making an appointment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and inadequate follow-up after an adverse outcome were extremely disappointing.

I feel like every office needs somebody like that. Dr. Bukaty was very thorough and was kind to us as well. She seemed focused on what she was doing but was willing to answer any questions we had in the moment. She seems so calm and at ease the entire time, and constantly check to see if my husband was Okay. He is not wanting to speak up so thankfully she would ask. Her assistant name was Maddie. Maddie continuously kept us informed throughout the process of what step they were doing next which was very helpful because when you're sitting there just waiting in silence you wonder what they're doing at that moment. We never had to wonder because she kept us informed. Which was great. Overall , if you're looking for a place, I definitely recommend this place. Dr. Zahedi texted me to say that:…read more 1) His office received a medical records request from my disability case manager. 2) That he won't be providing my case manager with my medical records unless I remove my Yelp-review. 3) He proceeds to fabricate a lie that I called one of his staff autistic, which is nonsense; The only rebuke I've mentioned about him and his staff are in my Yelp-review. [Frankly, his frail ego can't handle the fact that someone gave him a 1-star review, and now he's become unhinged; Updating, editing, and reposting lies about me several times a day. This type of behavior seems indicative of narcissistic personality disorder.] This is not only grossly unethical, but it's, also, illegal. As a result, I submitted a formal complaint to the Medical Board of California.

The office is hard to find because it's in a weird building that doesn't seem like a doctor's office would even be located there. Dr Martin was nice but didn't seem to be very experienced and he was a bit scatterbrained when I met with him for a skin cancer check and a few other dermatological (medical = non-cosmetic) concerns. The worst part, (which is why my score drops to 2 stars) is that Dr Martin never called in my prescription that he said he would. Long story short I called back SIX TIMES over the course of about a month - yes 6 times - and each time the office staff promised me that Dr Martin would call it in. However, Dr Martin NEVER called in my prescription despite calling his office 6 times. Horrible!!! They were so quick to want to schedule my next follow up appointment but had little care for actually helping me with my existing medical concerns. I will keep driving to Los Angeles for my dermatologist since this isn't good quality patient care.
