When it was my turn, the cashier helped me with my jacket exchange first. It was quick and seamless, and the order for the new size was placed within minutes. For the hemming, she explained the process and told me to go to the dressing room, and someone would help me there. The hemming process was easy. I tried on the pants and the fitting room person helped with pinning the pants to the length I wanted. After that she explained that I would get an email when my pants were ready for pickup. Come the day of pick up, I found a staff member and was able to try on my newly altered pants. It fits well, and you can't really tell that the pants have been altered!
