I've never dealt with a store manager as rude and unprofessional as the woman in charge at this GAP Factory (Orange Outlets). She talks down to her employees right in front of customers, and the way she treats customers is just as bad. Zero respect, zero patience, zero customer service. Gap factory always has a great service even though the line was too long and they were short staffed but it didn't make me to remove stars or not give them a great review. They are understaffed and but this store is always very clean and neat. Its well stocked and they have a great selection of quality products for what you pay. I love how they are arranging from S to XXL. Its never been a dull moment in this store and i always feel welcome. The store runs smoothly even though the waiting line is too long. I love how this location is close by to parking lot and its always my first stop of the day when im here. read more

I walked in this afternoon around 3:30 since I figured it would be a quiet time to shop. I went into the dressing room with a few items and asked the attendant if she could grab a tank in a larger size and she gave me an annoyed look. When she came back she told me that I could go get the items myself. Yea duh, I know that but you also work there!! I just thought it was rude that she did not want to help me. This is in our regular rotation of outlet stores to visit whenever we are at an outlet mall (I've been shopping at Gap since I was a teen in high school). We were able to find several items for our son (the clothing here is well-made and high quality). We had a coupon code to use too. And we were happy to join the Bright Rewards program, which only requires an email address. Checkout was easy and fast. Nice clerks at the checkout. The clearance racks are always a section to visit. At this particular store, the clearance items were all in one area, the mens, the womens, the childrens. It could've been a little bit more tidy, but maybe, some customers were to blame for that. I almost got some impulse buys but I stopped myself. I am really trying to make my purchases count nowadays (yes, thank Marie Kondo for that). read more

Well air-conditioned; perfect for spring and summer shopping in California. Definitely lots of great sale deals! Located at the edge of the outlet. You'll have to trek through the outlet to get here if you enter from a different side. The shelves were neatly stocked so it was easy to browse around! Employees are typically more busy at the cash register than on the floor, so we didn't get much personal assistance. You call the store to see if they even received the other and they confirm yes and tell you it has to be picked up today!!! They won't even do an extra day or two courtesy hold because it's the holidays. That's bullshit when it their duty to send notifications to let their customers know when when their orders are ready for pickup!!!!! Honestly they don't even deserve a 1 star!!!!!! read more

I'm only really knocking this location because it felt small compared to other Gap Factory locations I have been to. They do their best to maximize inventory in their space, but it just felt like it was missing a lot of stuff I would normally find at Factory stores. Staff here is very friendly. The person who helped us at checkout (Victor I believe his name was?) was very patient with my wife as she looked up her Gap card & coupons and Gap cash. He did it all with a smile on his face even though we could tell he was tired & ready to go home. That gets crazy points for me. Customer service above all else. read more

Not only can't you adjust an address right after you place your online order. You can't even cancel an order if you change your mind. I forgot to put the apartment number on the shipping address and it can't be adjusted. And if you contact UPS like they recommended you will have to pay a fee for address adjustments. STAY FAR AWAY!!! It's no wonder Amazon is so well loved. They put the customer first every time. As an online shopper I have never experienced such ridiculousness in my life! read more

I went to The Block to shop. The store is very clean and organized. The only problem = i need help with finding the right sizes and have a few questions abou the price but no one is there to help. I guess they are short in staffs. Only one register is open for check out. And they dont have gift tissue papper. Placed an online order with 6 items and paid 22 dollars for next day delivery. The order came with just 3. And of course the one I really need it was one of the items missing. The customer service claim that they sent me an email telling me they cancel the 3 items which is not true. Never got an email from them informing half of the order was missing. Well organized, clean, and straight to the point. I was shopping around noon on a Saturday. It wasn't too crowded and there was plenty of room to walk around and browse. I bought a long sleeve 70% for $6 and a shirt 50% for $12. What a steal. I just wish they had more shoe selection for women (only sold beach sandals and one style of slipper) and not in only size 7.5/8. The reason I give 3 stars is because there were plenty of people working at the register, but there still was a huge line of 20+ people waiting to pay. I think there was a lot of lag on the computers or something because we were moving annoyingly slow. read more

Interesting that I'm only the second review of this place...but I mean it's GAP and I'm not from the area so it could be new. Basic GAP outlet. When I went they had good sales and a decent selection. Mostly women's and children's clothes; the men's area was about 1/4 of the store. The employees didn't seem too thrilled but they were friendly. Good luck with finding a parking spot! Legit never coming here again. Management today, approximately 6-7pm 12/3 should be reviewed. People here are working at zero percent efficiency. You have FIVE registers but choose to open two when the line is literally down the entire store. Each person is taking 5-10 mins per transaction with a zillion items. I finally ask if they can open another register. Girl looks so confused and later comes back and says management apologizes but can't open another because under staffed. YET THERES A BUNCH OF PEOPLE ON THE FLOOR FOLDING CLOTHES and messing around. 15 mins later they finally open another register. Then person checking me out keeps touching her nose and face and wiping it in the clothes. Pretty gross. Place needs help fast. No team work at all. read more

And while my hubs and I walked towards the front a young girl was talking towards the back and shoved her way past us without saying "excuse me" so I said it for her..they obviously were done selling for the day but last time I checked if you work retail you work in the customer service industry! We went to the block of Orange looking for some tights for my daughter. We entered the gap store at 850. The website said they closed at 10 so I thought we had plenty of time. At 9:00 they turned off 1/2 the lights. Apparently they needed to straighten up the floor and move remaining guest along. We had several pairs of tights but that didn't matter. We waited at least 25 minutes just to pay for our items and when we asked if there's anyone else that can help them at the cashier, they gave us an attitude and worked even slower. My first time in this location and already have a bad impression. First, there were only 2 people on the cashiers. A bunch of customers were hoarding a LOT of items (large bags) , hence the long wait. BEWARE of their shitty return policy. They did not give me my money back but instead said that I was gonna receive a store credit. The clerk again took a few minutes to get my drivers license and enter my info on the computer. I was told that I was not going to get my store credit that day and that it was gonna be mailed to me. Havent heard of this before. read more
