Rigo is an awesome business owner and garage door technician. He is very honest, does a detailed job and charges a fair price. Originally, I asked Rigo to install a new Chamberlain garage door opener, but upon inspection, Rigo noticed that the wheels / rollers were too old and putting a lot of stress on the spring and the opener. Rigo put in new rollers and also tuned up the spring before installing the opener. Unfortunately, I just had the spring and drums replaced by a different company in August. That company did not even mention the rollers were bad and charged me a ransom to replace the spring and drums. I wish I knew about Rigo back in August! There are many aggressive and unethical garage door service companies, so definitely do your research before hiring.
