He was on time, easy to communicate with, and very reasonably priced. He also provided a clear assessment with helpful photos soon after the visit. A few months later, after an HVAC replacement, our solar suddenly stopped working. Justin responded quickly - even on a Sunday - and scheduled a follow-up visit within a few days. The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. I've had my area rugs cleaned several times over the years, but this was the absolute best customer service and quality I've ever experienced. Firstly, the communication was A+ and Dillon was super on top of messaging me to coordinate and match up our availability. Dillon and Jordan arrived promptly in the morning to accommodate my work schedule and were even careful to take off their shoes without my asking. They completed pickup in under 10 minutes, quoted me a timeframe for the rugs, and stuck to it without any hiccups and open communication the entire way. Drop-off was a breeze and, once again, they accommodated my work schedule. I forgot to take a Before photo but have attached an After photo showing how pristine their work was!
