Got 2 used tires for my truck here and it's been 1 year still going strong fast service and good prices

WORST TIRE SHOP EVER. Trust me these 1 star reviews are here for a reason. Ima keep it simple. OVERPRICED for cheap tires. RUDE SERVICE. Lady in the front needs to start worrying herself. Can't keep her mouth shut. Needs to get checked up soon. CHEAP TIRES = HIGH PRICE. ALL WORN TIRES. Trust me. Can't even help put tires inside the car for the price they rob you with. read more

My tire popped on me Saturday, I went to this shop to get it replaced. The next day the same tire I purchased was flat again!

Nails in my family's car tires repaired,flats repaired and air was needed. On a Saturday afternoon (past 3pm) this place was open, reliable and affordable (se hable español). He is courteous and friendly. (Ask for the owner). Sometimes I have waited quite some time but every minute was well worth it. This gentleman is so respectful. I have tried other spots and men can be such perros that I had to leave (while my children were present). I have been to other tire shops that were Refered and not only did they want to over prize but service was junk. I "HIGHLY" recommend this place guys. read more

I went here around 1127am today to change out my Four All my tires!!! Since the condition is rough on tires. This RUDE guy employee sitting there eating his lunch and pringles Completely ignored me for some minutes, no acknowledgment pretty much acting like he and I are invisible and acting like he doesn't work there. He clearly sees and looks at me and rudely makes an aggressive gesture with his short arms mouthing what it appears to be "what?!" But in a very very aggressive and RUDE unhappy-to-be there way. If you are the only one working they should hire more people in my opinion. At least acknowledge me saying you are on your break (if you are who knows maybe he wasn't and just looking at his cell phone and eating) and find another worker or ask me to come back. You lost my business FOREVER! He shouldn't be working there if he offers lousy customer service and clearly hates his job in my opinion!!!! I was very friendly just wanting some acknowledgment but was offered aggression and RUDE childish UNPROFESSIONAL behavior instead for no valid reason other than a miserable employee who probably hates his job!!!!!! read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear so that they could get your business. I called for a quote on new tires and OSCAR gave me a price which I took because it sounded reasonable. When I show up with my car two days later with a tow truck, the workers told me that the price was wrong and that it was going to cost another 70$ on top of the original price he quoted me. They called OSCAR and he went on to deny his original statement which is all around futile and definitely not the way that a business is ran. When I got on the phone with him he was more focused on his time in Vegas and trying to convince me to wait for him to get back on Friday ( 4 days w/out my car) so that we can talk about it, wow! I'm baffled by the treatment given by the "management". I will not be coming back here again. read more

Helpful and quick these guys hustle! They were busy when I got there about 4Pm but they helped me right away. Very respectful and courteous workers, they don't try to charge up because you are a woman. Very reasonable prices. Another couple that was there with a BMW left happy too . With all the potholes and steel plates around Downey that mess up rims and tires. It's great to have a good place like this! read more

So ive came here about three times and everytime i come by there fast cheap and there very helpful there shop is right in the cut and it is a little run down but when someone has your low profile tire without having to order it its a blessing come try them out pretty good guys read more

My husband's car got a flat tire and the original place I went to didn't have any used tires. I called Garcia's to see if they had a used tire to replace the flat. I told him the size of the tire and he said he had it so I went over right away and he fixed it in less than 10 min. The tire was in great condition and he charged 40 dollars. This place has a loooooot of tires and he works fast so if you are in need of a tire make sure to give him a call! The owner is Spanish speaking. read more

Girlfriends car has a flat the repaired it Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon I took the car out noticed it was low on air again I drove down there to have it looked at since It was originally repaired by them the day before. Long story short I didn't get it repaired the gentleman there said he couldn't do it because he wanted to go home. I understand it's Sunday and it's 330 but when u have a customer with a flat u can't just expect him to come back the next day understand we need a vehicle to drive to work the next day. Any how I believe that's not good customer service. Drove down the st and had another shop fix it. Who actually made me feel valued customer. I will not attend Garcia or recommend anymore read more

This used tire place looks old and unreliable, but the service is quite the opposite. I own a 2018 Honda Accord Sport so it was hard to find a used tire for it. I pulled in hoping they would have one and he was able to find it for me in less than a minute. He charged me a fair price and replaced my tire within 10-15 minutes. read more
