Garden China deserves its own holiday. The food is so good I'm convinced the chefs trained at Hogwarts. One bite of the sesame chicken and I swear I heard a choir of angels harmonizing over my takeout box. The portions are massive--like, "I had to call in reinforcements" massive. The fried rice? Perfect. The egg rolls? Crispy scrolls of happiness. And the staff? Friendlier than my grandma when she's trying to make me eat a fourth plate at Thanksgiving. This is some of, if not THE best Chinese takeout I've ever ordered. The "Pick 3" (or 4) family combo is a go-to. The Wonton Soup is also outstanding. The food was good ish. I had a four piece wing with fried rice and it came up to like $8.95 I gave only 3 stars because the fried rice wasnt authentic chinese style rice it was yellow rice with some diced onion but then carrots and peas?? wtf lol that is not regular. and their rice couldve been a little more softer in my opinion. But i like their wings was fried well and big so that was cool and the portioning of the plate was cool too. ***EDIT The oil the wings was fried in aftertaste tastes soo weird. its not a good aftertaste, could mean oil wasnt fresh But another thing that was questionable is that they still have the dining room cut off and the guy that took my order attitude was a smidge spicy Also the 5% discount is voided! Have been going to this restaurant for a while. I ended up moving and haven't been there in a few months. Went there today and I must admit I got the family meal for 4 different items and pupu plattet and it was horrible. The sweet-and-sour chicken was so dry it was not funny. The general Toso chicken was like eating rubber and the ribs were burnt chicken with broccoli was actually really good And part of the pupu platter was over cooked but ok. Visited here for the first time and specifically ordered a 2 piece catfish meal with fries and hush puppies instead l was served with over cooked thin cheap Swai Fish not at all what l ordered. The batter was very dark brown and burnt just overall very disappointed. The best part of the meal was the fries. The hush puppies were terrible. Go somewhere else. We found this place on Yelp (of course) when we were out running some errands. There weren't many reviews but a 5-Star is usually a good spot to try. The location was a little dicey. Not in the most fantastic part of town and I wasn't sure if they had seating inside so I sent my husband in to check it out. They had a few tables so in we went. It's definitely not fancy, but it was clean and smelled good. They had a nice selection for their lunch menu. The lunches come with fried rice and soup or a canned soda. We all chose the soda and just so you know, they have Pepsi products. I had the honey chicken, hubby had General Tso's, My eldest had pork loin and broccoli and the youngest had shrimp and broccoli. Every single one was really really good. There also was enough food that we can all eat lunch again tomorrow. My husband is a big critic of the general chicken and he claims this was the best he's had in a long time. My honey chicken was really tasty too. For fried chicken it didn't taste too much like the breeding and the sauce was divine. The fried rice was your typical fried rice with onions, peas, and carrots. It was well cooked and tasted good. We got their family meal with 3 entrees, if you don't like egg rolls like we do they let you swap it for more rice. The only Chinese place my husband will order from in this area. We usually order delivery from here once a week and it never disappoints. We have 3 kids so we usually choose 3 choices from the family special along with Lumpia, pancit, and crab rangoons. Sooo delish! read more

Don't be put off by what the neighborhood looks like, having lived right up the street for 15 years it is mostly elderly that live here. The food here is killer! The Sesame Chicken, lo mein, pancit, and fried rice are wonderful and the chicken lumpia are some of the best I have ever had! With large portions and reasonable prices this place is a wonderful stop for a great Chinese food meal. read more

If you want Chinese food but don't feel like driving to pick up your order, this would be a great place to try. We've ordered from here twice now, and the food was delicious! The wait time is a little longer than some carry-out places, but the wait is worth it. Orders over a certain dollar amount (I believe $15) get a free can of soda or egg roll. After seeing the 5 star ratings on Yelp I decided to give this restaurant a try. I was looking forward to 5 star food and was terribly disapointed. We ordered shrimp fried rice and shrimp egg foo young. The shrimp in both dishes were under cooked. The gravy for the shrimp egg foo young was sweet as if someone put sugar in it. It was awful! The lumpia was great! That alone made the trip worthwhile. Would definitely get more lumpia. read more

I have recommended them in the past! Even when people have complainted about the food to me I defended them and told them give them another try. I liked how they would make things right with customers and were friendly. They are no longer professional. I understand waiting your turn and have done so many times while they took a person order while I waited my turn on phone. Today I waited, she comes back to phone to take my order. Then she stops to answer phone ringing "after" I called and "after" I had been waiting. Taking their order. I would spent almost $30 every month for Chinese night my family and I would have. They knew me, my phone number and address so well, they already knew most of my order when I would call. Not including my family, friends and associates who would order delivery from there. I have given them a lot of business. When they start making enough business seems some businesses no longer care about professionalism. read more
