Can't do any better than this! I'm not really sure what happened with the other poor reviews I read here because not only did I get the MOST OUTSTANDING DEAL EVER(I did my homework and brought other quotes with me), but I was treated with true genuineness and care. I was asked what I needed and fit my budget & we worked out the finances and details until it truly worked for my family. I had Justin as a sales rep. and would recommend him & the dealership to anyone. Also, as I was in close proximity to others making deals(and waiting occasionally as Justin pulled up car after car for me to check out--I am not an easy customer), I overheard others working with their sales agents. I have never seen people look as comfortable in a car dealership as the numerous folks that went through there. Truthfully, they looked like they were sitting at Starbucks having a comfortable, but important conversation! Each left with smiles, had time and space to confer with each other during their sales work & worked out deals easily with the reps. AND NO PUSHY SALESMEN!! I was actually strangely surprised by how relaxed I was even after driving more than 18 cars at other dealerships and listening to lots of pushy, ill-informed, and patronizing sales persons at at least 10 other dealerships. You couldn't find a person more "on guard"(car shopping armor) than me and I was happily impressed!!! Would absolutely go there again!!! Maybe this time I could put my defensiveness down and just start at the right place--Gary Rome Kia in Enfield. I actually had walked out of a few previous dealerships & interrupted very rude salespeople at other places that were condescending and patronizing to KIND FOLKS who just wanted a nice car at a decent price---I told the folks they didn't deserve that right in front of the salespeople & that they should go ELSEWHERE! They even did it to elderly people although they had a pretense of "gentleness" at first--unbelievable!!!!..... BTW, I also overheard a salesperson at Gary Rome following up on a situation that a customer had called and needed immediate assistance,....he had called the person who would go assist them and spent no less than 5 min. instructing this person about how to properly treat the customer and care for any needs, be genuine, put yourself in their shoes----trust me, it's how you would want to be treated! Lastly, no promo of any sort for the review, just a giddy(not my "make a deal face"), happy, well-pleased customer who likes straight forward honest-talk people & had to hunt to find them!! ;) Grateful! My husband and I want to say that we were very impressed with the services provided at Gary Rome Kia. Everyone had a warm smile and was quite welcoming. The place is very clean and very accommodating. From the welcoming hello's from everyone, to the refreshments provided and all. We felt very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience, walking in I in particular as the buyer was very skeptical and wanted to inquire about an Hyundai Santa Fe that was at a very great price and absolute low mileage. To my disappointment, it was sold and I thought it ended there with that deal. Not at all!!! We met this wonderful sales person by the name of Michael Robare. He was very patient, efficient, very knowledgeable and quite welcoming. He went above and beyond to work with our budget. He had reassured us he had something much better to show and I very impressed. I walked out of Gary Rome as a very happy and satisfied customer in my new Hyundai Santa Fe Sports car. Always quick, always pleasant.. I bought my car here and this dealership isn't like the stereotypical "car dealer". The sales staff are always welcoming, respectful, and very knowledgable. They listen and aren't "high pressure". Service is usually pretty busy, but quite engaging. Angela, Kristine and Al run a well oiled machine. Each time I've had my car worked on, I've been "kept in the loop" and involved rather than not knowing and "kept in the dark". Regardless of how busy they may be, I'm always greeted with a smile in addition to having any and all questions answered. The sales staff seem to have a great time with each other and their respective clients. Customers seem to be involved and engaged; almost looks like they're having a blast! I visited Gary Rome Kia after gong to another KIA dealer that was closer to my home. Both the salesman and manager were inviting and made my purchase more comfortable than the previous dealer I visited. I was treated professionally and they took the time to listen to my unique needs and created a finance program that fit my budget. The sales staff made my purchase stress free and enjoyable. The service department worked with me on the service of my older KIA. They were attentive to my requests and needs. Overall the dealer has it together. The Manager, Sales and Service knew what my expectations were and delivered. My son was recently rear ended and his car was totled. I needed to get him a new car. He was in school in Oklahoma when it happened. I went back to Gary Rome Kia dealership as my family has purchased five previous cars from them. I was so lucky to get John Bruso as my salesman. He called Gary over who greated me and asked how the family was. John explained what had happened to my son. They worked so hard to give me a great deal on a new Kia Rio. I purchased a 2012 Sorento from Gary Rome, and it was an excellent experience. Bill Maki was my salesman, and Richie McBroom brought me into the dealership. The dealership had a nice selection of used vehicles, and I found myself choosing between two good options. After purchasing the Sorento, I arrived home to realize that a plastic piece used to secure the third row was missing. I called Bill Maki to let him know, and although I said it was no big deal, he insisted that he overnight the part to me at no charge. It is a small detail like this that will make me purchase my next car from this dealership without question. Nice job, guys! read more

My experience at Gary Rome Kia was quite positive. My salesman (Mark Johnson) was exceptionally accommodating. He allowed me the time I needed to make a decision, and did not rush me at all. I was told it would be about an hour to an hour and a half for the work to be done. It was done in just under an hour. I expected to be there for at least 1 1/2 hours. Took my car in on time too.
