    Nick the service writer, Juan and Jonathan the technician helped me this afternoon, so that I can be back on the road tomorrow early morning. If there is 10 Stars available here on Yelp, I would put it for them! So here is the story! I was driving on Wurzbach Parkway this noon time, and left wheels went over a huge ditch at 80 miles an hour, that instantly threw off the alignment on my truck. Because I have to leave town tomorrow morning at 7 am for business trip, so that means I need to try to get the alignment done, or else I will be driving the truck with new tires that are less than 5000 miles for the next 1000 miles road trip with bad alignment. On typical Saturday at 2:30pm, it's late, and I called this location and expecting that they might not be able to help me, sure they will have cars lined up waiting for services just like me. Over the phone Nick asked what are the things I need them to work on, then he went and checked their schedule and asking if I can come right away and leave my truck till 7pm, so they can have it work on after other appointments. I rushed over and got here around 30 minutes after the call, and they do have lots of cars in line waiting for service, and Nick assured me again that they can have my truck ready for me at 7pm. I had to wait there because I had no other rides to take me home, then I heard they were having conversations with two customers who had extra problems that came unexpectedly, so it did slow down their work, but because of this, I saw the details that they are looking out for the customers, and that is not simply because they want to make money off you, I can see that the guys they cared about the customers, that is why they go beyond. As to my truck, I bought the Lift Time Alignment, plus the same for tires rotate, mount and balance. So I didn't have to pay extra while here doing the service, just had to pay the oil change. Guess what, because the guys promised they will get me out by 7pm, the delays of other jobs made them stayed till 8pm to finish up the work for my truck, I really appreciate how they are taking care their customers. I do suggest that everyone to come and ask for Nick, he is great guy and will do his best to assist your need.

    This is gonna be a slightly different review. I got some great deals on fixing a tire, and lifetime alignments. Service was great and I was out the shop at a reasonable time. About a couple days ago I got my battery replaced after a battery light appeared on my dash. With my prior knowledge of knowing my used/new car had a battery that didn't quite support that car. I was sure it was just the battery. I drove out and later to find out my battery light came back on. Diagnosed my car all day and was sure it was the alternator now. I woke up earlier today on 6/1. My car started (Thank God) and was able to make it to the shop (Again Thank God). Let's see if it was the alternator and if any other issues arise. I'll be editing this review after they finish the labor on my car. All problems are taken care of. Brand new battery and alternator got installed. My chrysler is running smoother than before. Thanks guys! I would 10/10 hit firestone up for any car issues you might have.

    Come here if you want to wait 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when you've scheduled the an appointment. Garbage garage

    I'll take my five elsewhere! I am usually a big fan of Take…read more5 Oil Changes, and have used them all over the place. This time, I went online, and made a reservation, so I could hopefully be whisked to the front of the line! On the reservation registration webpage, they specifically ask what kind of car I'll be having serviced. I filled it all in, and got a confirmation of my appointment. I showed up, and ended up waiting in the sun for 25 minutes past my appointment time before someone comes out waves me into the bay, where I wait some more before someone comes and talks to me. It's the mechanic, with a compass tattooed on his hand. He said that my car is difficult to change the filter on without burning his arms and he'd rather just not do it, and encouraged me to get my oil changed at the dealership. I was stunned. I don't drive a Lamborghini or some exotic car. I was displeased that they had the opportunity to tell me that they didn't want to work on my car when I made the appointment online the night before. They had another great opportunity to tell me that they didn't want to work on the car when I showed up and waited in my car for twenty five minutes. Any time during that twenty five minutes I was waiting in front of their garage bay door would've been a great time to come and tell me to quit waiting, because they didn't want to work on an imported vehicle. Even after I got guided into the garage bay, and as I sat in the garage bay and waited, they could've come out and said something about how they're not into imports and go find a dealership. They wasted my time. I'm not coming back. They certainly didn't get a honk on the way out of the service bay.

When I asked what happened, her response was "life be lifing." That was the first sign that there was going to be no professionalism or accountability for the delay. Because what does that even mean?! I explained that I had a confirmed appointment at 7:30, and instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, Paula immediately became dismissive and implied that I was lying about having an appointment. When I showed her the confirmation, she brushed it off and said they "just put her name there." Being accused of being dishonest when you have proof in front of you is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. At that point I made it clear that all I wanted was a simple apology for the delay. Instead of showing any accountability, she responded by telling me that if I had the week she had, I would understand. While everyone has difficult days, that is not an excuse to treat customers poorly or dismiss their time. People make appointments because their time matters. I arrived early and ended up staying until 9:00 AM, which caused me to miss other commitments. The issue was not just the delay it was the tone, attitude, and complete lack of customer service. Being rude, dismissive, and accusing a customer of lying when they are simply asking for basic respect is unacceptable. Management should be aware of how customers are being treated here. A simple apology and professional communication would have resolved the situation quickly. Instead, the interaction was unnecessarily confrontational and disrespectful. No customer should be spoken to this way when they show up on time for a confirmed appointment. I've been a long-time customer of Midas at this location, so it's very disappointing!

    My daughter is a UTSA student living away from home. She calls me and says her 2018 Hyundai Elantra…read morewon't start but she knows of a mechanic close to her apartment. She has her car towed to Chad Miller Auto Care and calls me to say she needs a new battery and is being quoted $645. I ask her to hand her phone to an employee, and when I asked why this is so expensive the employee raised their voice at me. I asked for a manager and was informed it was Chad himself I was talking to. I would NOT suggest this mechanic. He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.

    So I read good things about this place. From what I read, they seemed like they knew what they were…read moredoing and maybe they do, but of the two vehicles I took there, both over 10 years old and with a variety of problems, they were able to fix some things,but not all. Mine has an oil leak at least 4 different places haven't been able to figure out. Chad's garage gave me some hope, but they were never able to fix it. I take pretty much all "guarantees" with a grain of salt. "Bring it back"...pffft why would I? You couldn't fix it the First time? More likely, I'll just be dumping more money in sonl you can "half fix it" a 2nd time. One mechanic even told my wife to "hit the dash when her A/C wasn't kicking on...AFTER they fixed it. GTFO... Really!? Cost wasn't exactly on the cheap side...maybe fair, but ONLY if they fix the problem. My impression is they had way more cars than they could handle and were trying to rush them outa there. Fair enough, but I will not be taking either of ours back. Fair warning to those that do.
