I recently came here because my normal go-to shop didn't have a fuel filter in stock so I came here and gave this store a chance. Thankfully they had it and actually at a much better price for a reputable brand and I couldn't be happier. Staff though is constantly flooded with business,customers and people coming in dropping off stuff while the whole shop is being ran by 2 people. Called my local…read moreAuto Zone who (on the phone) assured me they'd not only have a battery in stock for my 2015 Ford Focus but they could also install it for me... "no problem, bring it in." Brought it in, was told the only battery they had available for my year/model was $159 and that my make requires 45+ minutes to install so they couldn't even install it like they said they could. Thank God I didn't shut my car off and could drive away. I called Delta Sonic in Crestwood, IL from Auto Zones parking lot--30 short mins later my battery is being installed by Delta Sonic.
