Went for an oil change Monday, 12/13 because the dealer was backed up and my car was overdue. The tech checked the oil, said it looked clean and did I really want to change it ? I said yes, it was 3 months overdue. When she took out the stick she told the tech in the pit it was full. After about 10 min she says I have a crack in the oil pan and oil is leaking out. I said how did I get a crack ?? She said I probably hit a speed bump. I asked her to take a picture. She was very eager to give me a refund. Now I'm paying to have a new oil pan installed along with the oil. Never ever going to a Jiffy Lube again. read more

Went this morning for an oil change on my current vehicle; hadn't been there in almost 2yrs with my old vehicle. As soon as I arrive I was greeted with such positive energy from everyone! I took 3 CC's plus a debit card with me because I was so short on cash and knew what I'd been charged with my last vehicle. Much to my surprise they absolutely didn't try to sell the most expensive products to me or tell me I needed this or that extra. Quite the contrary, this time everything was spelled out for me after which I said "I'm still not sure what I should do". Long story way short, my synthetic mix oil change was the best experience I've Ever had with any mechanic in the 30 something years I've owned vehicles! While I was waiting I called another jiffy lube and said I wanted to get an oil change. They asked for make and model and quoted 79.99. I said what is your most expensive oil change? It was 89.99. On May 27, 2022 I stopped to get my car serviced. I told the technician Flavio H. that my car was hesitating to start after I get gas. I thought that I only needed an oil change but Flavio H and the mechanic Robert L. educated me on what kind of service my car needed and the repairs. They were patient with me and my questions and answered them in Lady's term so I could convey the message to my husband. He even allowed me to take pictures. I watched how the manager treated and trained his staff and it was a pleasant scene. They told me I need high mileage oil and because I was not prepared to pay the higher cost, the manager offered me a discount so that I can see how the high mileage oil works better for my engine. Additionally, I was told about the service to improve my headlights. My headlights have not been the greatest for a long time and I was offered a great price for the service. Entered on a lazy Saturday and they changed the oil and filter. Came home and 1 hour later backed out of the driveway but stopped when i saw the pool of oil. Checked level and it was 2 quarts low. Drove right back to the Jiffy Lube and they tightened the plug and apologized. Next day, more oil of the garage floor. This time went to the dealer who fixed it right, cleaned the engine where the morons at Jiffy Lube screwed it up. Went back to let the owner see the mess their people created but he wasn't there. I was promised an apology call from him that day. Its been months. Still waiting. Lesson learned. Down get your oil changed by idiots. read more

Not only did they do a great job the store manager went out of his way as to help me out after my service.... This review is on the Jiffy Lube franchise and their guest relations. 20 days ago my wife, Marie M. posted a review on the poor service this Jiffy Lube provided. Two days later a customer relations representative from jiffy Lube responded to the review and requested our telephone number and best time to contact be sent via email. We emailed guest relations two weeks ago and to this date we have not heard from them. Be weary of any responses from jiffy Lube to negative reviews. They are trying to make it seem like they are attempting to rectify the negative experience from their customers. They NEVER call you back. I will stay away from all Jiffy Lube locations. read more

My husband and I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for the past 2.5 years. We bring our three vehicles to this location. We have always received fast and reliable service until today. Prior to today, the customer representatives were always friendly and personable. My husband brought my car in today and he was told ownership has changed which explains the drastic deterioration in service. He arrived at 10:30 AM and was the only customer there. He requested the Signature Service Synthetic Oil change and cabin air filter replacement. We understand that our service includes more than just an oil change as promised by Jiffy Lube's franchise. Before management changed, we were always taken back to the bay area after the service was completed and shown what was done to the vehicle. If any fluids were topped off we were informed what they were and how much was added. Today, my husband just paid the bill without any explanation of what was done. The floors on my vehicle were not vacuumed and the exterior of the windows were not washed. The tire air pressure was not checked because the readings on the bill did not match my own inspection of the tire pressure. I doubt that any of the other fluid levels were inspected. Today, it felt like thank you for your $137 for the synthetic oil change and air filter replacement but that is all we will do. This location did not deliver on the Jiffy Lube promise of a SIGNATURE SERVICE. I will not be going back to this Jiffy Lube location and will recommend to my family and friends to stay far away from this location. read more

Their service is good if you are willing to spend 76 bucks on an oil change and tire rotation. I don't know if that's what you should expect to pay for that type of service or not but that's how much it cost after a couple coupons were applied. They did vacuum my floor mats and sqigee my windows. It's included with the oil change. I was a Lil disappointed that after spending that type of cash that they didn't reset my oil change reminder light in my car. Since I didn't know how to do it, I had to ask my husband when I got home and needless to say, he was not happy. read more

they were open when no one else was, with out them my car would have been dead. diffrent oil place over filled my engine ,thank goodness I knew the smoke from the tailpipe was telling me just that. it was laborday weekend and I drive to far not to get it emptied. they didnt complain they just let out exactly how muchs needed to be let out and didnt charge me. I still tipped her enought to get lunch, small price to pay vs a new engine. This jiffy lube isnt perfect but they are customer service driven. My next oil change will be here. read more
