Ok, I get the idea of this place, like other family pizza joints (without naming the most famous one) with games and entertainment. It's a buffet-style restaurant with salad, pasta, pizza, etc. All of the typical buffet items you would expect. More like bad cafeteria-style. Heck, my high school cafeteria pizza was better. The pizzas were overcooked and sat out for awhile. Tasted like bland and flavorless cardboard. The kicker for me was watching an employee restock the buffet. I am a huge gatti's lover and was surprised to find this location! We didn't know they closed at 8pm and walked in at 7:15pm. I was surprised to see that it was still packed at this time! This location definitely looks like on the older side, so there's a lot of stains on the floor and seats. The staff was friendly and accommodating! I was able to get all the pizzas I wanted to eat and still have fun at the game room. They have quite a few selection of games to choose from and a wide variety of prizes. Buffet was lacking. Dining area was cramped and filthy. There were like 5 types of pizza and all of them were old and dry. The candy cotton machine was pretty cool though. The salad was fresh and the toppings were well kept. The drink station was kinda dirty and ran out of cups for whatever reason. Finally, when we did get to the game room I will say it looked promising...until you actually walk around and realize it's kinda small. Most games were out of order which was a bummer. Got sick eating here from my grandson's babies birthday party. You can tell they were very busy. We chose this place for our family because food variety and since the baby's birthday is in January, it's very cold to have a birthday outside in the yard. You could tell that the employees were very frustrated with how dirty the place was, and dealing with the large crowd. They need at least 2 to 3 people outside the buffet area at all times sometimes people are very dirty, touching, or sneezing on food. Overall, we had a great time. But the food area was messy in the floor, and the food seemed so limited, when we got there there was maybe 4 pizzas to chose from.. and there were a ton of people trying to get food, honestly I ended up just getting a salad and waiting roughly 20+ minutes to await some pizza. This was a fun experience for my family. We have two young children who had a blast with all the pizza and sitting in the theater room was definitely a big highlight for the kids. While the staff are generally always on the younger side, they were all very respectful and kept the pizza hot and fresh. We did have a slight hiccup when trying to redeem points at the prize area, but they made sure to get it corrected immediately, so it was only a minor issue. Okay, been to like six kid's birthday parties here in the last couple of years. First, it's a pizza buffet. There's no good Pizza buffet on the face of the planet. So I won't hold that against them. Honestly, it wouldn't be a terrible place for kids parties at all with one exception... Every time I've been here it smells like sewage. I don't know if the management or staff is nose blind to it but this place smells awful. Like poop. And pee. It's gross. I asked the attendant if someone could operate the frog ride and he let me know he was the only attendant on duty and he would be there in a few minutes. I'm in town from New Orleans. My son picked pizza for dinner, I figured a buffet was a good choice. The buffet literally... has one piece of cheese pizza... and two pieces of pepperoni.. and a supreme pizza. Disappointed doesn't begin to explain it. Then , the restaurant is a mess.. no one is walking around cleaning anything. Staff was nice, but seemed overwhelmed when the place has three occupied tables. I'll start off by saying, the way y'all have the layout for Social distancing is good. Having the employee serve the pizza, salads pre made, and having the toppings in their individual containers, cool. My problem was when I walk in and see a sign that says, "Mask Required, for sale inside for $3." Really? Charging for a mask? A mask. One mask. Making it a requirement for mask is fine. However, charging $3 for a mask that the person only has to wear when getting their food is ridiculous. If anything you should be able to provide the mask for those who don't have one. I had to wait twice as long as originally told because I ordered a medium two topping pizza that was on special and they only put one of the toppings on the pizza and gave it to me like that instead of telling me that they had run out of the other topping. Went in this evening to enjoy a night with my family and as we went to the buffet all the pizzas were soggy and looked like they had been there for hours. Then we went to sit down and my daughter accidentally dropped her drink so I quickly tried to clean it up. As I was doing so the employees were just sitting there laughing instead of helping. I just saw one staff wiping down the tables with the broom he just used to sweep the floor. This location did not have fresh pizza out. Yet, the one in Round Rock, Tx always ensured fresh pizza was laid out. However, once the staff member was informed that the pizza was not fresh he immediately notified the kitchen of the situation. The kitchen was quick to correct this, and all staff members were very polite and professional. The ones that picked up the plates were kind and very attentive to the customers needs. My family and I stopped in here randomly one evening to play some games. None of us had been here before so we were not really sure how it worked. When we approached the front counter we found out in order to play the games you had to purchase a buffet. We decided since we also had not eaten dinner we would go for it. The pizza buffet was $7.99 per person and it was Mom's night so my sister (the mom) got to eat free. You got a game card with some money on it, we opted to add more to it. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the buffet and salad bar. The pizza was fresh looking and it looked like better quality than Cici's pizza. There was a ton of stuff on the salad bar too. We ate in a theater room where my 3.5 year old nephew could watch the huge tv screens with cartoons on. Boy was he occupied. After dinner we headed into the game room. The game room was kind of like a Dave and Buster's for little kids. I guess it was similar to Chuckie Cheese but it seems like they had more games for a little bit older age. My nephew was able to play most of the games. He loved the video games where you sit in the car, sled, motorcycle or whatever else there is. There was one where it was a snow mobile that tilted side to side. He loved it! There was also a photo booth that was pretty cool. My sister, nephew and I all were able to squeeze in and get a portrait taken. My mom loved it! One thing that was pretty cool about Gattitown was that you did not have to worry about keeping up with the tickets - they go right back onto the card. Then when you are done and head into the prize room they just swipe your card and it tells them how many tickets you earned. Overall I thought this stop was a hit.
