I tried Gauchos for my first time and that Brazilian Steak Sandwich was delicious. The meat was tender and juicy and the sandwich was so full of flavor. I also got to try their sangria and it was good as well. Just wasn't a fan of all that fruit at the bottom. Other than that, the food was great. Service was quick and helpful. I will definitely be going back to them soon.

The place itself is actually classy and well-decorated inside with rich wood and leather textures. The unobtrusive Brazilian music sets a nice thematic tone inside. Other reviewer report super fast food times but our experience was much slower as it seemed they made everything to order although it was admittedly pretty empty when we went so I doubt they were churning out large batches of stuff. Food: We got the Beef Chimichurri fries and Ultimate Brazilian Sandwich and enjoyed both. These guys have AMAZING breaded fries that come out blazing hot fresh from the fryer. You could very easily have a unhealthy meal of just these addicting fries alone. The chimichurri beef was very savory with the lightly caramelized onions and tender thin-shaved beef. They did cook the beef in the chimichurri which I was less a fan off as it blunts some of the freshness of the chimichurri and blurs the distinction between the beef and the sauce. I would've preferred the chimichurri as a drizzle or side-sauce but this is just personal preference. The Ultimate Sandwich was definitely the star with perfectly seared beef and flavorful sausage, the tortilla strips were a fun throwback to days of putting potato chips in your sandwiches. Overall Gaucho's Fire is a great dining option, it serves very fresh food with authentic flavors. The portion size is very reasonable and with meat and potatoes being the staples, it will be plenty filling. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Happy with my visit to Gauchos…read more Greeted quickly when placing my order. Food came out quick. The sandwich had a hefty amount of meat, there was a good amount of sauce, and toppings tasted fresh. Minus one star as I thought the steak was lacking seasoning- but the toppings and dressing made up for it. Prices were kinda hefty in my opinion- but on par for the other restaurants in the Garage so can't fault them for it. Would definitely explore other items on there menu if I'm in the Garage again!

I looked forward to the Brazilian twist. Our food came out within a few minutes. They provide table buzzers so you can sit down while you wait. I got the chimichurri steak fries with a side of Brazilian cheese bread and Brazilian limonade. The limonade was probably my favorite of the three. It's more lime based, and has some cream in it as well so it is very refreshing with a little more indulgence. The chimichurri steak fries were pretty good too. They add a good amount of the sauce to the steak and they use the battered fries which are delicious! The Brazilian cheese bread was okay, it wasn't very cheesy as far as I could taste and was slight greasy. I'll admit here that I could be wrong though and this is how it's supposed to be. At least for my preference, I want a cheesy bread to be really cheesy. Overall it was a good experience. With all the choices in The Garage, I don't know yet if I'd be rushing back to this spot as a new favorite, but I'd certainly come again to try something different!

Our server, Flor, was fantastic. I absolutely loved her and she had a great attitude the whole night. Her attentiveness and spot-on recommendations made our whole night so fun! I would 100% recommend everything we had that night: Started off with the queso and Pao Drank the spicy pineapple martini (10/10) and the caipirinha The Picanha was one of the best steaks I've ever had - packed with flavor and cooked to tender perfection, and the sides and caremelized onions with it gave new flavors with every bite 10/10 spot and definitely recommending it to everyone. Can't wait for our next visit!

I went there for drinks with a friend so I didn't get a full meal , but let me tell you the meals looked amazing. We had ceviche and queso. The ceviche was a little too fishy for my liking and took away from the whole dish and the queso was a little blah...it was "just queso cheese" no razzle dazzle. The chips were delicious as they were house made and the caipirini flight was amazing...that definitely was the star of the afternoon. Bar service was great with a decent number of regulars but the bar tender was still attentive and explained all the drinks to us. Gotta come back to try the entrees.

I love Fogo de Chao, but had never been to this location in Indianapolis. Of all the FdC that I have visited, I have to say this place had the best service by far. The waitstaff and the person whom I assume was the manager were always asking if we needed anything, and if everything was ok. I got nice thick cuts of meat every time. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures because I was so hungry and excited to eat, but my friend got the salmon and enjoyed it (pictured below). The meats were grilled really well. The char on the outside was perfection. The salad bar had a lot of choices, and everything was tasty. I'm going to have to stop by here whenever I'm in town for business.

From the start, the servers were friendly and super attentive, constantly coming around with different cuts of meat for us to try. Our favorites were the ribeye and the picanha both were cooked perfectly. I loved that they made sure to give us the best pieces too, like the perfectly charred, flavorful edges with that crispy salt crust. The Brazilian cheese bread was so good, and we also tried the warm grilled cheese with honey (not sure what it's called, but it was amazing). Everything tasted fresh and came out hot - maybe because we went for lunch on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. We grabbed a few things from the Market Table, which were all good, but we mostly stuck with the meats. The sides were great too and nice to have when we needed a little break from all the meats. Since we mentioned on our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, our waitress told us we could get a complimentary dessert. We chose the tres leches cake and it was delicious. They even brought it out with a little "Happy Anniversary" plate, which was such a nice touch. The restaurant itself felt upscale but still comfortable, and everything especially the Market Table was kept really clean. For the price, especially at lunch, it felt like a great value. At other nicer restaurants you'd easily spend $50+ on just one steak, but here you get to try multiple cuts. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend, especially for a special occasion.

One of my personal opinions is that the mark of quality and attention to detail in any restaurant that moves large volumes of food is cleanliness - and the salad bar was pristine! From the charcuterie to the fresh vegetables, everything looked fresh and delicious. The fact that there was not one speck of food or debris littering the floor or the areas surrounding the bowls was clear indication that someone was monitoring that area with meticulous detail. The meat options brought to our table were diverse, well prepared, and brought to the table slightly faster than we could eat them! We never found ourselves waiting for anything as the service was incredibly attentive. A very nice and much appreciated personal touch was added by a couple of check in visits during dinner from Gabriel, the sales manager and Sebastian, the general manager - both of whom showed genuine interest in how our experience was. Add to this outstanding service from our server, Jessica. We learned that this is a family owned and operated restaurant which explains the pride that was clearly apparent in every aspect of this dining experience. It's not often we eat such large volumes of food - but as soon as we're ready for another truly indulgent dining experience, we will be going back to Ten Cuts - even over some of the more popular and well known Brazilian steakhouses!
