The Gazeebo Burger (1/2 lb.) & Cheese Fries
    Devin C.

It's a typical burger joint but with a slight twist. At their topping bar, you can customize your burger with a variety of fresh ingredients, including onions, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, jalapeños, ranch, mayo, and ketchup. With plenty of seating and a welcoming atmosphere, this place is perfect for a relaxing meal. It's a bit more expensive than it should be, but I really enjoyed my burger and the cheese fries (with ranch). Having the freedom to pile on as many toppings as possible is a huge plus. The service was also speedy!

We decided to come here today, bc we haven't had burgers in a minute and happened to be jonesing for them. It's located across from the Texas Health Presbyterian. I didn't know what to expect to get bc I've never been here before and I'm so glad I did. This place reminds me of my favorite burger place that closed down during Covid: Fuddruckers! They have condiment bar(just like Fuddruckers did)and you order and pay at the counter. I personally love to be waited on, but it is what it is. We were the first customers after 11am and slowly more customers started to roll in. I'd bet this place is packed during the week!! I got a Alaskan Salmon(I don't like Alaska, but love wild Salmon)burger with Avocado and grilled mushrooms(I missed grilled onions and grilled Jalapeños on the menu, otherwise, I'd had gotten them too). PB ordered regular burger with cheese and large cheese fries for us to share and 2 drinks. They weren't cheap, but they were so delicious just like Fuddruckers!! The only thing was that Ranch dressing(for my fries)was kind of runny and I wished that it was a little thicker! I love Ranch dressing with my fries, but this time, I had them with mayonnaise which is another way for me to enjoy my fries. The nice young lady was very welcoming at the counter and our food came out fairly quickly. Inside the restaurant is on the dark side and the ceiling has nice acoustic to bounce off the noise. This will be our new go to burger joint from now on.

Plain chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries

Best chicken sandwich in Dallas. My wife and I discovered Gazeebo Burgers as a referral from her hairdresser and we are so happy to have eaten there today. I had the plain chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries and my wife had the chicken sandwich with avocado and cheese. There is a buffet area with all the fixings you could ask for. Taste was great and we paid about $15 each with tip. Restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. And, you get to see them cook your order, if you like. Friendly staff and casual atmosphere. I am telling all of my friends. The sandwich is very large , so bring a good appetite with you.

This place is always good I been going there for a long time and every time food is good. Service is ok they take your order in a good manner the rest you do it on your own but a definitely recommend a visit you will like it.

I had no idea this place existed until a friend took me and I can't wait to come back. I got the turkey burger with sweet potato fries - I was full and satisfied when I left. I love that they have the condiments bar and all toppings set aside so you can pick what you want for your burger. They can also do any of their burgers on lettuce if you don't want the bun. A little on the pricy side but good. Staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. Casual, good for families and large groups. Great place for a quick lunch.

Old fashion hamburger. Beef or Turkey Buns are grilled for that perfect taste and texture. Make your own selections from the condiments bar( always fresh and clean). Decor is inviting and the Saltillo tile flooring is fitting with the brick wall appointments. The Preston/ Royal is back from the destruction of a direct tornado hit. The menu has other options I highly recommend trying this burger haven.

Overpriced, Good burger and fries, Very friendly staff, and clean nice tables! so overall a good experience

Great little burger joint on the corner of Parker and tollway Finally a place that is smart enough to put toppings on the side Remember McDonald's mcDlt?! So good lol they need to bring that back But gazebo does it just as well without all that extra packaging They cook the burgers just right The meat to bun ratio is as you like it (They have 1/2lb or 1/3 lb size) Not too thick patty so if you like a good double double (I see you in&out) gazebo can do that too. Fries and onion rings are tasty and not over salted You can add toppings like cheese bacon or jalapeños too Now that's what I call a good side dish.:. Yum Oh and btw If you eat there they have a nice little topping bar! Plenty of parking too Go on and Get your burger on!!

Sunday lunch is popular with friends and families. Good size crowd enjoying the food and better conversations. Its been four yrs since our last visit. Lots of hamburger and other venues to temp our food interest. They serve very likely the largest burger/bun in the county. And that's all as you have opportunity to put on it all the other stuff; lettuce, tomato, pickles, red onions, etc. I think this is only place in town where the customer puts on the fixins. We got the sweet potato fries served waffle style like at that chicken place. Not so good. Go for the regular french fries next time. They have added a touch/pay at register. See photo.

Top knotch burger in Plano. Friendly folks , tasty toppings, clean restaurant . Had a 10/10 experience here and would surely go back . I liked the do it yourself topping bar and the onion rings too . I took a picture prior to loading my burger with all the garnishes

    Eric B.

Nothing bad to say over all pretty good . Just nothing really memorable or unique . Prices were fair, place was clean, people were not rude . The wife and I split a burger and a club sandwich.

The Old Fashioned Cheeseburger was excellent, but the fries could use an upgrade.

I really enjoyed the American cuisine here--great food and a nice atmosphere overall…read more I ordered the French onion soup and the Reuben eggrolls. The French onion soup seems to be popular here, and as soon as I saw that buttery-looking pastry puff baked on top, I knew I had to order it! It was definitely hearty, with plenty of onions (which I love). However, it was a bit saltier than I prefer. I do wish there were an option to substitute the onion soup with a chowder, like clam or corn chowder. The Reuben eggrolls were surprisingly good! I'm used to traditional Asian eggrolls, so I really liked this creative twist. The house-smoked pastrami, sauerkraut, and melted Gruyère cheese worked so well together. They tasted amazing with the spicy Russian dipping sauce (which I appreciated wasn't too spicy). It was such a flavorful and memorable dish! I'm glad I gave it a try.

The servers and food…read moreare good, but we have had some recent issues as a result of the new general manager, who is very sloppy and unqualified at his job, which is why we left upset and took our business elsewhere the other day. We went in on a Sunday afternoon so it was not too busy at the time. My girlfriend and I like to be seated at a "low top" because she has back issues with climbing up into higher seating. We don't mind waiting for that as inside "low tops" are limited. The hostess was very nice, as they always are. She took us to the middle of the venue to seat us and then walked away while we were waiting on our server. I stood up to walk around the table so that I could sit next to her instead of across from her. She stood up to move over and pulled out the chair next to her so she could sit back down. At that moment the new general manager walked up, and without offering any explaination, took the chair out of my girlfriend's hand and said, "We need this table for another party." He walked away and left us standing there without offering us another solution, and apology or calling the hostess over to seat us elsewhere. We were left standing there dumbfounded and looking around unsure of what to do. We started walking back toward the front of the venue as we spotted another open "low top" near there. At that same time the female hostess saw what had happened to us, and she started to walk toward us. Meanwhile, another male server - acting as host - seated some people at the new table we were about to get to with the hostess. We got mad and said, "it feels like someone is playing a game on us!" The hostess apologized as she could see we were aggitated. It was not her fault, and we do not blame her. We blame the rudeness of the general manager. We left to go eat somewhere else. This is not the first incident with this general manager, though. A few days prior, we were eating in there and had a good vantage point of one of the side kitchen entries off to the left of the bar toward the ffront half of the venue. A bus boy sloshed water all over the floor while moving wet dishes in a container back into the kitchen. He didn't have a chance to clean it up because he was buy walking back and forth doing other things. No big deal. The general manager walks up and proceeds to yell at another female server about the water who had absolutely nothing to do with the spill After she walks away, he did not take any real care to clean the spot up himself. He comes back after a minute to clean it up but not with a mop or anything. He takes two towels off the bar and mushes it around on the floor with his foot. He , then, proceeds to kick the wet towels under the bar before walking away. Talk about a safety and hygene issue. This kind of left a bad taste in our mouth. He does not treat his venue or his staff very nicely. We wantedd to get up and tell the other female server that we were sorry for her. This venue would be great if they would fire this rude and sloppy general manager. It's a shame because this used to be one of our favorite venues to go to all the time. The experience is starting to feel cheapened and sullied now.
