I stumbled on Pedro because my dumbass self was trying to clean out my dryer duct with a $20 dollar DIY kit from Amazon on a Saturday morning. After my first attempt, I got the brush stuck in the duct and had no clue how to get it out. I called Pedro and he was able to pop by after hours to help me out. It turns out, I wasn't even cleaning the right duct! Pedro explained that my duct outlet for the dryer is on the roof and what I was cleaning is the toilet exhaust duct for the guest room. Moron! Pedro spent the first hour trying to undo my stupid mistake and was able to fish out the brush. Then he unpacked a massive 26' ladder and proceeded to scale up my house like Spiderman. After about 20 minutes of suctioning out the lint he came down and packed everything up. That's not all. He proceeded to sweep my driveway, clearing out all of the leaves that were knocked off while he was climbing my house. He left my driveway cleaner then he started with. Then he threw on some booties, lugged a 200-gallon wet-vacuum upstairs, moved the dryer with one hand and vacuum the crap out of the laundry room. This guy does not mess around. I highly recommend Pedro for cleaning. He's punctual, hardworking, and very professional. My dryer duct, driveway, and laundry room are all sparkling clean! Pedro was hired by us on two different occasions. I hired him a second time based upon the good work completed the first time. Initially, I reached out to Pedro via Yelp to explore services provided. He was prompt in responding and in explaining the duct cleaning process to me. He quoted a very reasonable price to have the duct cleaning service. I was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient. Pedro and his helper were efficient and thorough in cleaning the ducts. They were polite, professional and friendly. They were very conscious of cleaning up after themselves and respectful of our property. Anywhere the large suction hose went inside of our home, a protective cover was placed under it to protect our flooring. A vacuum was used to clean up any debris as the cleaning process continued. Pedro also provided information about the current condition of our ducting system in which the inner linings were deteriorating. The ducts had not been changed in several years by the original owners and the wear and tear and deterioration was evident. Pedro showed me the photographs that he had taken. In the photographs I could identify my property and not some fake photographs of someone's else's property. I hired Pedro a second time for duct replacement. So far, so good! Pedro and his team did an incredible job at my home. I messaged a few companies on Yelp for a Dryer Vent and A/C Duck cleaning. GE&AI was the quickest and most professional one to reply. They scheduled me within the same week, called me to confirm the appointment, and came right on time. They were genuinely respectful, honest, and quality work. Pedro and his staff used shoe mittens upon arrival to ensure they won't bring in outside dirt. I found that to be very respectful and neat. He examined my dryer vent, looked at my A/C area, and provided me with the exact quote he originally stated in our messages. No haggling, up charging, or price changes. They were sincere, and I found that one of the best things about this company. Other companies would quote you an amount, and upon arrival, they would say "Oh this is much more than expected, or I have to charge you more because I have to go on the roof" ETC ETC. Not GE & AI cleaning; they are honest, prompt, and reliable. In addition, Pedro found that my A/C filter had been bad; you can see the photos. He went out of his way to the nearest Home Depot and replaced it for me. That alone shows how much they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and honest work. Oh boy, did a lot of lint and dust come out! My dryer is drying my clothes faster than it did before, and I can finally breathe without having dust from my A/C vents. They even used professional sanitation to eliminate any odors and bacteria. After everything was completed, Pedro and his team cleaned up any leftover lint, dust, or trash around the home. They also wiped down my nightstands and tables. They even vacuumed the carpet and cleaned my bathroom exhaust vent. I need someone to come out fast to see what going on with my dryer vents. Pedro came out the next day. Too found out that my exhaust vent tube was disconnected in the wall. He till performed the cleaning from the dryer side of the vent . And informed that I will need some to cut open a small portion of my wall to reconnect the tube. I needed to have my heater ducts cleaned to remove possible mold toxin exposure. Pedro and Xavier came a long way to provide that service, which they did, also the deodorizer, and the dryer vent too. I was surprised how much debris I could hear rattling through the tubes so they cleaned a lot. I'm not sure they actually used negative pressure (is that what the huge tubes were?), judging from the amount of dust on the furniture near the duct vents after they were gone. It may have defeated the purpose, by spreading about some possible toxins. His price was so competitive that I couldn't pass him up. read more
