I stumbled upon Robert after a multitude of other tire shops informed me they couldn't help me purchase the rims I needed. Robert was really kind and asked me to bring my car down to ensure we would get the right ones. He showed me the available options and gave me a great deal on all four rims. As promised, he called me on Friday to remind me the rims were already delivered on Tuesday, and he even called Jalisco's Tires to let them know I would be coming to have the rims installed. Robert was seriously a dream to work with, even though I wasn't going for anything super fancy. He's an honest guy and simply the best. Thanks, Robert! Rob is an honest business man with great customer service and low prices. I'm from San Diego and found GearheadZ International on Instagram. I contacted Rob and ordered authentic JDM parts (Tein coilovers, Weds SA-10R wheels, and Mutekis) for a great price. There was a delay on some parts, but not his fault whatsoever...that's what happens when you have a car (CT200h) and the parts aren't stocked here in the US (special order item only from Japan). What I really appreciate was how Rob was available, by phone and text, and provided updates on a regular basis. He was responsive to all my questions/inquiries about parts and pricing. His tech, Keith, did a great job on the install. Keith made sure everything was perfect and that the coils were set evenly all around before my drive back to San Diego. As a bonus, Rob referred me to a tire shop that installed my rims perfectly, without any issues. Robert is awesome. Warmly greeted upon entering, fair prices, he can order what he doesn't have in stock, and gave me a first time customer deal! Highly recommended. It's very hard to find quality honest aftermarket shops, and I'm glad we take this route to work - or we never would have found him! I bought an HID headlight kit which didn't end up fitting, so we brought it back and he ordered the correct one (which cost more), and he took care of us. I ordered another bulb and paid for it, but it wasn't available. When my bf went to pick up the ordered HID bulbs, Robert was pulling out cash to give for the unavailable bulb (when he already took care of the HID difference)! We told him to just keep it for store credit, as we will be coming back again! He has repeat customers - unlike the previous shop we went to. Thank you for being great! read more

He went on to say that he had no intention of following those instructions and would simply wait for the manager to walk away before taking his phone back out and continuing to use it. This conversation took place in front of customers and created an unprofessional atmosphere. Throughout the interaction, the cashier came across as rude and inattentive, showing the same dismissive attitude toward customers that he was expressing toward his manager. After I paid for my items, I asked for a bag. The cashier abruptly responded "We don't have any" and shrugged his shoulders. He made no effort to offer an alternative solution or even acknowledge the inconvenience. My merchandise was simply left on the counter, leaving me to gather the items and carry them out myself. Customer service is a major part of the retail experience, and this interaction reflected poorly on the store. Employees should remain professional, focus on assisting customers, and avoid discussing workplace disputes or disregarding management instructions in front of customers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the customer experience. This took place on Tuesday, 6/16/26, between 5:00-5:30pm at Register 4.

I've known about Robs shop for about a year or two know and never went because I never had a reason but today I finally had one! I was on the hunt for a quick release for my car and decided to ask him on his Instagram the hours that the shop was open. He responded with in what seems like less than a minute . But right when I got to the shop to the moment I left he was one of the coolest guys I've met not to mention he gave me a great price for my Nrg quick release set. He welcomed me into the world of cars and gave me some great pointers as to what I plan to do with my car.
