They had my project hanging around for nearly two months before ultimately telling me they couldn't get the installation done. I tried another highly rated shop after that. Nothing particularly wrong happened, but after talking with them, I just didn't have that feeling that made me comfortable handing over my vehicle and a couple thousand dollars. Then one afternoon I walked into Audio916. Before I had even spoken with Sean, I overheard him talking to another customer who wanted an inexpensive off-brand radio installed. Sean explained that he simply doesn't operate that way. What caught my attention was essentially this: "I only install high-quality equipment. I'm not going to put something in your vehicle that I wouldn't put in my own." That told me everything I needed to know. When it was my turn, I explained what had happened with the other shops. Sean wasn't intimidated by the installation for one second. No BS. No sales pitch. No scratching his head. He knew exactly what needed to be done, explained the equipment he recommended, explained why, and gave me an extremely fair price. A few days later, he called and said all the parts were in. I dropped off my 2017 Ford Expedition. One day later, I picked it up. When I saw the finished installation, it was honestly like Christmas morning. I have a trained ear, way better than any "salesmen". They said I came to the right place. I suspect they say that to everyone. I wanted an amp, perhaps with a signal processor. He showed me stuff, and I said several times that I wanted to hear it. I wanted to hear the difference with the Signal Processor on and off. Maybe all I want is an amp? Which unit? He said I could turn it off in my car. They were several amps. What is the difference? I had to hear them to make any judgment. I asked again if I could hear it. They kept ignoring my requests. They threw out a quote for around $1850 but never let me audition for what they wanted me to live with in my car for the next few years. What's the purpose of a showroom? I select musical equipment mostly with my expert, professional ears, not a salesman's talk or my eyes. It was a waste of my time.

Their communication system is very easy to understand and I got quick and speedy responses and estimates. The best part? It's been a few days after, I want to change a button function on the steering wheel connected to the maestro module behind the head unit. It requires taking the unit out to connect to the module and they said they would do it free of charge. These guys have what many shops don't. Honesty, integrity, transparency, and respect. If you need anything audio or electrical (whatever services are advertised), these guys are the ones you have to go to! There's a reason I picked this place, because the reviews were very positive, I just want to add another review onto their many reviews showing my gratitude for their work and service. 11/10 would recommend.
