If I'm being honest, the experience wasn't good. The food itself was amazing, but the customer service completely ruined it. The employee who helped us (she spoke Spanish) was rude and dismissive from the beginning. Every time we asked a question or tried to clarify something, it felt like she ignored what we were saying or acted as if we were being unreasonable. There were multiple moments where she came across as mean, and the whole interaction made us feel embarrassed. The service also felt disorganized and messy, which only added to the frustration. As for the drinks, I do not recommend the gelato milkshake. It looks nothing like the picture and was very disappointing. If you're looking for coffee with ice cream, save your money and order an affogato instead. The food is great, but the service and the gelato milkshake were a huge letdown. read more

The man upfront was happy to let us try a ton of flavors until we were satisfied. We ended up getting the Nutella bar. I really wished the wafer top was a bit crispier. I really liked how it has dipped chocolate on it with nuts. I felt like it really added a crunch. The inside was full of delicious hazelnut gelato. Great gelato and tasty varieties. We got coffee, pistachio, mango, tiramisu, and coconut. Ice cream were good but the staff is a bit too rude. We were 6 of us and upon asking for our forth sample taster (like less than a tip of gelato for tasting) the staff rudely said that only 3 tasters are allowed. We spent like $55 on the gelatos and thinking back maybe shouldn't have left a tip. Not going back. Hope they go bankrupt and the ungrateful and rude staff become jobless. read more

As an ice cream enthusiast myself, I knew I wouldn't be too critical but I must say, their gelato was very delicious. Upon entering this establishment, I couldn't help but notice the long line which immediately gave me the impression that this place must be worth trying. What's even better is that they allowed us to sample any of their variety of gelatos, without hesitation. I opted to go for their three-scoop ice cream cone, choosing coffee which had the perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness, coconut which had a tropical and nutty flavor, and pistachio, which distinctly tasted like real pistachios without any artificial taste. Overall the gelato was incredibly creamy and not overly sweet. I went on a Sunday around 6:30pm and even though there was a constant line, it moved quickly so I was able to be helped in minutes. I got to try a few flavors before purchasing and went with a medium cup ($7.38) of pineapple orange and chocolate sorbet. The fruit flavor was very refreshing, and the chocolate was surprisingly rich and creamy for a sorbet. As someone who doesn't eat dairy, I really appreciate that they offer so many delicious sorbet flavors that are all vegan. In addition to ice cream, they have an enormous menu of milkshakes, baked goods, tiramisu, popsicles, cakes, coffee and more, so it's definitely a place you have to go to a few times to really experience all they have to offer!
