When i was handed my food it was hot and fresh and most important it was accurate! The only issue I encountered was I ordered the apple pecan salad and it looked to be in a smaller container. It could be they ran out of the normal larger containers or maybe Wendy's is doing like most other fast food restaurants and making their portions smaller. The salad was delicious despite appearing to be a smaller size for the same price.

At the 10-minute mark, I finally asked the manager if my mobile order was ready. He simply said they were "working on it." He eventually placed my order on the counter and walked away without any apology for the delay, no explanation, and no basic courtesy such as "thank you" or "have a good day." The food was warm and on par for McDonald's. Mobile ordering is meant to save time, but this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and poorly managed.
