She was so thrilled for the theme that it got me all amped for it, too. I was surprised how quickly the fitting went. I thought this was something that takes at least a half hour but she had me measured, signed up, and paid out lickety-split. The tux was delivered several days ahead of schedule. So much so that I didn't try it on for a while. It was nice to not have to worry about it arriving in time. I will say, the -1 star was because of the final fit. Disappointingly, the jacket sleeves were as long as I wanted the shirt sleeves to be, and the shirt sleeves were as short as I wanted the jacket sleeves to be. For all anyone could tell, I was wearing a short sleeved shirt, and no watch could be visible. TBT does offer a $15 credit to hem wherever you want, but that cost generally exceeds that anyway, and I didn't feel like spending even one extra dollar when the rental was pricey enough for me. Still, it was a great suit - emerald to perfectly match the theme. Got lots of compliments on it. Made me think I could own an emerald suit in general. Instead of shipping the box myself, I took it back to Calli because I was so grateful for her professionalism and enthusiasm that I wanted her to see the final product along with my girls in their pretty dresses. She was overjoyed, and she gladly took care of the return shipping for me. Quality and service are second to none at TBT. I would rent from here again, but if the final fit fails again that would unfortunately be the end of it for me.

I can only speak to the Dallas location at Knox/Henderson. I have probably bought 8 suits, numerous…read moredress shirts and so on over the years. I worked in retail before and the fabrics and workmanship have always been great. The service is nearly as good as what you would get paying for a $3,000-$5,000 suit from a local tailor. The measurements and fitting process is virtually identical, except that they put the measurements into a computer. Yes, made in China and shipped DHL. I have alway received mine within 3 weeks. The big difference is the cost. Even with upgradees to the top fabrics you are usually between $600 and $800. compared to 5x that from a local tailor. Yes. It is busy there, which should tell you something good. I read a comment about someone losing their shipment via DHL and expecting Indochino to cover that. I'd suggest setting up DHL (you get a confirmation when shipped) for signature required if you have any concerns about the security of your delivery drop. That way no signature means you didn't get it. Hope that helps. It has never been an issue. I recommened this to my future son in law getting a suit for the upcoming wedding. White they said the staff person they worked with wasn't the sharpest, they are over the moon with the quality and fit of the suit. (San Antonio location)
