i've come here a couple times after school to get pickup. Almost everytime i've came, there was…read morenever any person at the front and no bell to ring to let someone know i'm there, so i'm usually waiting forever until someone notices i'm there. I got pickup today and it took forever for someone to come up. The person who was cleaning had to come and give me my food and it was prepaid so all she had to do was hand me it, but it's kind of ridiculous that the person cleaning had to be the one to do it instead of someone who's actually suppose to be up front. I usually like their food because I like buffalo wild wings but I got honey bbq wings and it came with barely any sauce. Luckily i'm fine with not a lot of sauce and i'm not someone who will go inside and complain but my wings and a side was $20 so I'm kind of disappointed for how expensive it is. I would say I don't really recommend pickup because it's a 50/50 shot that the service will be good. Overall I would say it wasn't a huge inconvenience for me but still a little disappointing for the price.

I quickly pulled up my yelp app, and Roosters Wilmington pops up less than a mile away. We steered the hungry group to Roosters and everyone was seated in less than a minute and our service was top notch! The server took care of the drink orders, and quickly took some painstakingly specific orders from the group. The orders came out of the kitchen quickly and best of all accurate! He was terrific and did not blink when he heard "Separate Checks!". You can never go wrong at Roosters!!

Tried to make a delivery order and pay with cash to help out a local business even though we have had a couple bad experiences with the food I figured to give it another shot but after the kid took my order and info he put me on hold.
