Nobody said anything about a delivery charge but when the washer was fix (or so they say) they expect us (we're in our 60's) to load up their washer, take it to them and get our washer. If a delivery fee was mentioned up front we wouldn't have gotten the loaner. My husband tried tallking to the owner but she was rude and told him they just bought the busiuness and that gas was expensive. I wouldnt' ever buy anything from this compnay again.

After more than a year in fear of the system failing during a cold snap or a heat wave I decided to get it replaced. Based on my son's recommendation I hired SHSM. They were great to work with! They came when scheduled, they were friendly and respectful, and they were extremely careful not to make a mess. In fact the area was cleaner when they finished than when they started. Just save yourself some time and hassle and START with Melton's! Not only did I get what I needed but I got what I wanted and the products Melton's use are tried and true brands I recognized with good warranties AND Melton's had the best quote. Today, Jimmy and Frank showed up just after 8 AM and were here until roughly 6 PM. My furnace is located under the house so there's that but the accomplished a single day install.
