They forgot the toasted bagel with butter, so I had to place another order. When I asked if I had already been charged for it, the employee said he couldn't remember. I ended up paying close to $24, and I couldn't justify the total because I was not given a receipt when I paid. Prices aren't posted on the menu board, and with mistakes on the order, the cost is hard to justify. Very disappointing.

Absolutely vile behavior. When I called to explain the mistake (again), she didn't apologize--she got defensive, rude, and downright nasty. I asked for the owner, who's usually reasonable, but she wasn't in. Instead, I got this manager on the phone, and what followed was completely unacceptable. She tried to blame me for their mistake, told me I'd have to drive 30 minutes back to fix their error, and then--get this--started swearing at me. Profanity, name-calling, and even threatened to ban me from the deli. As if I'd ever go back after being spoken to like that. This person has no business managing a lemonade stand, let alone dealing with paying customers. The owner seriously needs to wake up and realize this manager is driving people away with her disgusting attitude and lack of professionalism. There are dozens of bagel shops around--don't waste your time or money at this one. Unless you enjoy getting the wrong order, being blamed for it, and verbally abused when you speak up. I'll never step foot in this place again.
