I must admit, I don't expect a whole lot from any Little Ceasar's. If I am in a delicious "junk food" pizza craving on a budget, though, they're my go-to around here. For this particular visit, I planned to grab some pizzas as a thank you lunch treat for our veterinarian's office. Since I knew our morning was going to be busy, I attempted to order ahead online. The bonus was that if I ordered pick-up online, I was able to use a $3 off promo code. Unfortunately, it kept stating that there was an error in their system and to call the location to place the order instead. Thinking perhaps this was due to the order being placed online after hours, I decided to wait until the next day and try again. Morning came, and I waited until this location was open and attempted again to place a pickup order online (both with and without the promo code). No success. I hopped on the phone to call, and no one answered. Called again 25 minutes later, but still no one answered. Looked like I was just going to have to go in the morning of and place the order in person and pick-up then and there, and fingers crossed they may honor the $3 off online promo code. The morning of came, I waited until they were open, and I gave the phone call a try just one more time. No answer. So I headed on down. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly young man, I believe his name was Tyler. I ordered and let him know that online was not working and if he'd honor the promo code since online and phone ordering was not successful. Unfortunately, he said he could not. I placed my order with him, and 20 minutes later, my pizzas were ready and looked and smelled amazing. While I was waiting, I noticed that Tyler looked to be the only one running this location. Also, a lot of construction workers came in and picked up a large order of pizzas as well. I take it this location is a "one man band" operation and is perhaps why the phones don't get answered. Nonetheless, Tyler was friendly, and this was perhaps one of the cleanest Little Ceasar's Pizza locations I have been to. read more

Little Caesars Pizza was founded in 1959. The first restaurant was opened in Garden City, Michigan. Thus, they were voted best Deep Dish Pizza in the Motor City (Detroit Style) in 2013. Little Caesars "A family company" has hot and ready large pepperoni pizzas for only $5. You don't have to call it in for this special either. Just drive up and walk in and it's already and always ready. Hence, the name ( Hot and Ready). I got the pepperoni pizza and came home and was surprised at the value of price for delicious pizza. read more

This location is the absolute worst!!! You advertise Hot and "Ready" but, there's never anything ready...ever!!! They hire peoe that have no customer service skills WHAT SO EVER!!! If I'm standing at your counter waiting to order...dont just stand there staring at the girls ass next to you. The management...well, is there any management there??? I do not recommend going to this Little Caesar's. We called in our order and they did get it right however on the phone the total was $22.90 but when my son went in they charged him 29.90. When I called to see why the price difference the manager told me he didn't know. He offered no explanation than I don't know. I told him I hope whoever pocketed the extra $7 I hope they really needed it. read more

Excellent customer service. The young lady who greeted me as I entered made me feel welcome. Prompt and courteous.

For the past 2 months - each time I've gone in to get a simple pepperoni pizza - none have been available - doesn't matter what time either. Today was the last straw. Manager was working fast and furious on call-in/internet orders and there were no pizzas being put in the oven for walk-ins. I asked how long it was going to be, was told 2 minutes ... and 10 minutes later asked for a refund. Counter cashier couldn't get the manager to come to the register - she was still too busy. Waited 2 more minutes for a refund then left telling them, I would not be back and would encourage friends and family to avoid them as well. Left - Ordered a Pizza Hut pizza and had it in 9 minutes. Zero customer service!! No one ever said a word to me. I picked up @ the portal inside the restaurant and I was never greeted or thanked. I would rather pay a little more @ other pizza places where @ least your business seems appreciated. read more

They are so slow and never prepared. They have never got my order right and the customer service is horrible.

After a busy day, I decided to stop in and get a plain cheese hot-n-ready. Got home (5minute drive) and needles to say our pizza was not so HOT. I think the only thing hot was the box. What a let down because I usually love little Caesars. read more
