Was searching for a place to eat and was told to try this out. Walked in and was greeted and asked if I been here before, I said no and asked about the food there. The guy told me to try the copper sharp steak, ordered that with grilled onion and sweet peppers and a side of French fries. Very delicious, very fulfilling, will definitely try this spot out next time I'm in the area!

Different Cheesesteak #1163. My 2 takeaways from Geo's are; 1. Geo is handsome. 2. This cheesesteak needs an Identity. All very good components (of the cheesesteak) but they don't work well together. The mushrooms look and taste great but they are laying on top of the cheesesteak. Good amount of melted cooper sharp cheese that ended up on the bottom of the cheesesteak. Good amount of good meat. But, it's a thicker slice that's clumped in the middle and slightly cumbersome to eat. With all of that said, this cheesesteak is very close to being great!!

Delicious fresh cut fries! So amazing!

Although out of the way for me, on a recommendation from my coworkers I decided to give Geo's Steaks a shot. The seeded roll was delicious 5/5 great quality bread and it hit the mark. As stated from other reviews meat isn't chopped up completely leaving slightly longer pieces, not a big deal but I prefer mine a little more chopped, the long hots were amazing and added a great touch. The reason I'm giving this 3 stars is more for a blandness for the meat taste. I could definitely taste pepper, but the meat just lacked overall flavor / seasonings. It wasn't a messy steak so I'll give a 3 out of 5. The fries however were absolutely amazing! 5/5 for them! Will I go back? Prob not it's out of the way for me and I have better places closer. Service was good.

Great sandwich. It's about the bread and this didn't disappoint. Hand cut fries hot and crisp. Sandwich was stuffed and huge serving of fries. Why would you go to Five Guys when you can go to Geo's? Compared to McDonald's this was a Value Meal. Get more for your hard earned cash. Try Geo's.

Cheesesteaks, piled high with meat and fried onions.

I gave Geo's Steaks in Aldan a try. I created my own instead of picking off their menu. I went with chop steak, Cooper sharp, fried onions, seeded roll, salt and pepper. I wouldn't put it up there with the very top cheesesteaks (Angelo's or John's Roast Pork) but it's pretty solid and one of the best ones in the area. Steak was a bit thicker than I prefer (I know some people prefer thick or even slab) but still tender. I really don't like when the onions are piled on top like an after thought. That's what they do here. I want the onions chopped and integrated with the meat and cheese. When piled on top I find they just fall off with each bite. All-in-all, a descent sandwich. Not sure I'd travel out of my way for it, but it's in my neighborhood. If you're in the neighborhood, I'd recommend it. I'll be back!

If you're looking for a great tasting cheeseburger, salmon, or cheesesteak this is the place. Always great customer service in a peaceful charming atmosphere.

    Gristle

Steak was full of gristle. Source better meat or trim as needed. Owner took complaints terrible wanted to fight about it. Will not return. Will not recommend. Insult from a sandwich business Owner Is a first. Some people just in denile of their products.

SOOOOO GOOD. Shared the Geo Steak and cheese fries... absolutely delicious. Will eat again next time we are in the area. Workers were also very nice and inviting

    Cheesesteak

I've been to geos 3 times now. Each time the experience has been different. Today's cheesesteak was not the best at all. Barely any cheese on there as you can see from the picture. The pepper that the steak is seasoned with is A LOT and very overpowering. While My first two cheesesteaks from Geo's were enough for me to give it another try (mostly because of how close i am to the location) i don't know after this one.

Food was good, it is a little on the pricey side but we had more than enough for a second meal.

Sidebar: I've got a fun'ish story from about 50 years ago involving the intersection right in front of Niko's. That's a story for another day. I ordered my usual cheesesteak with fried onions on a seeded roll. While ordering, I watched them make another cheesesteak. I liked that they cover the meat while it cooks. I was a little concerned watching them layer and fold the meat together as it cooked. I took my cheesesteak over to Ship Bottom Brewery Blendary and Barrel House in Swarthmore. When I unwrapped it, I could tell immediately this was going to be the tale of two cheesesteaks. Top bite: meat and roll. Bottom bite: cheese and fried onions. Now, after watching my own video this morning, this might actually be the tale of three cheesesteaks. The leftover half looks like it has a lot more cheese and onions -- and that half is looking very promising. Also, I absolutely love the off-season hazy sour from Ship Bottom Brewery.

So to really dig into what I love most about Napoletano is the fact that it's local, has some of…read morethe most down-to-earth, friendly people running the place, should you take time to stop and have a conversation, good coffee and espresso, and hands down, one of, if not the best offering of breakfast sandwiches in Delco available, and I will defend that assessment tooth and nail. When I first stopped in here it was in a whim, and although they do have a selection of whimsical, sweet, dare I say, ridiculous and sweet coffee beverages, they were able to make me a traditional Italian macchiato. I had been unable to find a good, even passable REAL macchiato anywhere, and they delivered in spectacular fashion. Not only was the drink silky, strong, and small, it was made with outstanding Italian roasted espresso that has a different character than the standard, heavier-roasted American palate has come to be used to. This alone would have been enough for me to return time and time again when I was in the area, but after getting breakfast sandwich on a whim, this instantly became a weekly stop; more than that, a destination. Fast forward a few years and the initial attraction of coffee, sandwich, and friendly staff has transformed into a beautiful relationship where I can easily walk in, everyone knows me before I am all the way through the door, and even knowing my idiosyncrasies, are still excited to see me and listen to me prattle on about whatever might be the story of the day. The time spent here has given me the opportunity to try nearly everything on the menu and try every drink available. Including all the dry goods, pasta for sale, frozen trays of delicious Italian staples, and more. I am not one to just stick to the things I know I enjoy as I am always on a journey for something interesting and exciting, so whenever something shows up I am getting that rather than something in my "comfort zone". This has led to me traditionally losing interest or finding that the quality of a place declines for myself over time, especially multiple years. Not the case here at Napoletano, it has only done the exact opposite and gotten much more rewarding and somehow even more delicious and embracing of people and everyone who comes through the door. This brings me to my most recent food adventures into the menu here, the newest additions for the most part, the added amazing hoagie list. I have had two. The first I tried was the Gondolier, which I was enamored with for weeks. I had been there too early to order lunch time and time again, and then FINALLY, one day it was about time for lunch to be available and Michelle, the wonderful woman running the front of house and so much more, was able to get me this sandwich just a bit early. It had it all....outstanding bread, roasted red peppers, seriously premium meats, both standard deli and cured. However, something just missed the mark for me. I couldn't believe it. I don't know what and I don't know why. I was immediately disappointed, likely because I had hyped this up in my head for so long and I have come to expect so much from Napoletano, I simply couldn't believe that this wasn't the best hoagie I had ever enjoyed. That fact has eaten at me for at least a month now, but today that all changed, and is possibly why I finally found my voice to put all my thoughts together an write this after so many years. During my visit to say hello today, I realized it was once again right around the time where I could order sandwiches. I toyed with the thought of the cutlet sandwiches or even the Cuban which is amazing, but after going around and around and around talking to everyone working about this and that, I finally decided on another hoagie; the Sicilian. Kris, another of my favorite people along with Fanny (who was on vacation) helped me inch toward this one based on my description of my whole previous experience, and tbh is sandwich is so interestingly unique. Topped with lemon and orange zest, it doesn't sound like it would work, but once you take your first bite, you begin to examine your entire existence. Why have you never had a specialty Italian hoagie topped with citrus zest??? The question has been running through my head all day since lunch, and I still cannot understand why I haven't been enjoying something like this my entire life. So many years lost of amazing sandwich experiences.....this sandwich was so divine, despite looking slightly barren and strange, that it blew apart my entire disappointment I had been holding since the gondolier. I will absolutely try the other four in the list. I would have anyway, but this definitely took that mission off of life support and put it front and center. There are so many reasons to go to Napoletano. I could spend another thirty paragraphs writing about what is great about this place, the people, the drinks, the space, all of it. But instead of doing that, you should just go here. Even if you're not close, and enjoy!
