Gerald Subaru lies about the lifetime warranty that they pride themselves on. When I was told about the warranty I specifically asked if I could do my own oil changes and was informed that I could do them myself. The salesman said they would know if I didn't do oil changes because it would be gummed up or there wouldn't be oil in the crankcase. I got my transmission fluid changed exactly when I was supposed to by GERALD and now there is an issue with the transmission and now they are saying that I was not supposed to do my own oil changes and that they were supposed to be done by an ASE certified mechanic. My engine is fine and my transmission is the issue. They are liars and cheats. I was told the warranty isn't like the other dealerships and they are able to do this because only 1 out of 10 people keep their cars long enough to potentially have a problem. I told my sister about Gerald after I bought my car and she went and bought a Legacy from them and now she is mad and will be reviewing the company as well because she was lied to. I also bought a Pathfinder from Gerald Nissan before knowing the truth about the warranty. Vinod the top salesman there also LIED JUST TO SELL ME THE VEHICLE with the SAME SALES PITCH AS GERALD SUBARU! At this location, Gerald Nissan, I completed my credit application by hand then they printed a new one because they claimed it needed to be done on the computer, when they just changed my amount of income to approve me for a better credit rate which is credit fraud. They forget to put a new one on all the time and when they do, it was for a wrong date and mileage. I had unexpected repairs that were necessary, but due to an upcoming road trip the next day, I couldn't leave my car for the repairs to be done. At first they seemed like very decent people, they pretend to care, let you know to be careful with offers that are trying to get you in the door, then this is exactly what they did. The problem is I don't know if they were just playing games with me or the salesman messed up. He told his manager I said I had above a 750 credit score, when the only thing I told him was I didn't even know my credit score. The big problem was he told me I was wrong, and that on the first day that was exactly what I said. Customer service? Then they decided to bump up the payments 60 dollars a month and I could have it. I honestly would be careful when entering this establishment, they say they want to be more than a dealership, part of the community, but all they want is you money and time. Update: I decided to give them another shot because they called me saying I could get the price if I had someone willing to co sign. A week later I emailed them asking what was the credit score the co-signer would need in order to get the price you quoted me. John stated above 700. My co-signer has this, so I tell him I have one above this who is willing to sign, but doesn't live with me. Before I gave him any info on the person, he emails me saying sorry they wouldn't qualify you for this Tier 1 price. What a joke, they blame the banks but it really is them because another dealer accepted the co-signer. I had a scheduled appointment to test drive a new Subaru Ascent Touring at 1:30. I arrived at 1:25 after driving 25 miles to get there. There were no Touring vehicles to test drive as promised. No one notified me to cancel the appointment when their vehicle was sold and no longer available to test drive. They could have sold the vehicle contingent on allowing the scheduled test drive or they could have called and cancelled my appointment. Poor service. read more

My 2017 Forester with 2500 miles would not start. It wouldn't even turnover. I assumed it was a dead battery. I took the battery to a local mechanic shop to recharge the battery. He said the battery was pulling over 9 volts and seemed to be okay but charged it up anyway. I put the battery back in my Forester and the result was nothing. Like there was no engine even in the car. On Monday I called the Gerald Subaru and asked for the service department. I was transferred and got voice mail. You heard me right - voice mail. I guess no real person was available. I left a detailed message and my phone number and didn't receive a return call from the service department. I called again on Tuesday as guess what - yup, I got voice mail AGAIN! What the hell - where is everybody? Are all service people really on another line? I left another message and my phone number - no one called back. I called AGAIN Wednesday morning and got voice mail AGAIN!!!!!! I left another message as the prior two times and then called the dealer back and told the operator/receptionist of my plight in getting 'service' from the 'service department'. When I told her I left a message for Alexia 3 times she told me Alexia no longer worked there. Then why in the hell does Alexia still have a voice mail account and why am I getting sent to her voice mail when no one else seems to be able to answer the phone. She took my information and said she would take it to the 'manager' to give me a call back. At this point I am giving the service department a single star because negative stats aren't allowed. I will update this post if and when my issue is resolved Update: I did a call from Bob at the dealer. He gave me the Subaru Roadside Assistance number to call for a tow back to the dealer. Can't wait to see what's wrong with my car. Update #2: Right after my car was towed from my house I called Bob and I got his voice mail (what a surprise). So, I left him a message that my car would be arriving soon. I also wanted him to know that the windows in the car were unable to be rolled up because of the battery issue - no power whatsoever to the car. He did not call me back. I decided to call the phone number of the service department just to see if I could get through to anyone. Nope. All advisors were busy assisting other customers so I got voice mail. I did not leave a message and decided to call Bob's direct number. He leaves at 5 and I called at 5:10, so I got his voice mail and left him a message. I am 58 years old and have had many, many cars and I have never had this much trouble trying to contact an auto service department. It really is truly incredible. Maybe it's just me. Update #3: Had to actually drive to dealership to see if my car was safe and sound. The service department was closed so I received help from a sales associate, Kelly. She was very nice and helpful. We went to the service department and found my car safe and sound. I also received a call from Bob the next day assuring me they had received the car and it was inside, safe from the elements (since my windows couldn't be rolled up). Seems once you actually are able to make contact with a real person they are very helpful, professional and courteous. The bottom line is my car will be fixed and they offered to deliver the car to me when the work is completed. This was above and beyond what I expected. Gerald Subaru needs to correct the issue with bouncing calls to voice mail. You can't successfully service your client if they continually get sent to voice mail. If they can't handle the volume of incoming calls then they need to hire more people. I am changing my rating to a 3 star. I would give them a higher rating but I can't until they fix the phone issues. Zero stars for being able to handle calls into the service department and 5 stars for he folks who actually helped get my car serviced. read more

Didn't buy my Subaru Outback from them just shopped price. Despite telling the salesman to cease he keeps sending weekly emails. Several reply requests to stop have all been ignored. Spoke to Gen Mgr who confirmed the sending of the emails and the receipt of my deletion requests. He supposedly removed my email and was going to discipline the salesperson but an hour later another email was received. He confirmed the salesman controls emails no robo transmissions. Turning to Subaru corporate to see if they can help stop this harassment. Beware if you don't buy from them,flooding your email may be their revenge for getting a better deal. read more

I registered an interest in a vehicle online and immediately Marie Stepanek emailed me with a competitive price offer. I was looking for a good deal (not a steal) so this was a perfect start. We talked on the phone, she was very nice and friendly. She scheduled an appointment for me and an hour later I walked in right on time. About 10 seconds later Nick Gruic was there to greet me at the door. He was very friendly and easy going and he took me back to his desk. I told him the car I wanted to buy and then we ended up talking about cars and joking around for like 20 minutes. It's really nice when the person selling has knowledge and passion for the product, which Nick clearly does. I could tell he was genuinely excited for me. After a quick test drive I was back at his desk where he presented me with the same offer (on paper) that was emailed to me. No hidden fees, very straight forward, just a really nice offer. A short time later I was in the finance office where I met Tony Mazany. He was also great to work with, explained my options very clearly, going over the pros and cons, and no pressure whatsoever. A few signatures and initials later and the deal was done. Honestly I had such a fun time talking and joking around with the people there I did not want to leave. I took my Subaru in for a windshield wiper replacement. recall. I had recently had the 60 k maintenance done elsewhere, where I was told a light needed to be replaced. When I told the guy about a light that was out I was told several were out. They replaced them to the tune of 120.00!! He also tried to sell me the 60k maintenance I had already done. While sitting in the very nice waiting area the guy came out to tell me that I needed new brakes. I explained to him that I had just replaced my breaks a year ago. He said well then there must be something going on with the calipers. I said I would take it back to the place where I had them done the year before. By now I'm just want to take my car and leave. He left and people started asking me what was going on. Later he came out to apologize and said he had looked at the wrong paper work and my breaks were fine. Not sure if I believe him and will never go back. I wonder if they paid for there fancy waiting area with money they received for unnecessary repairs. read more

Our salesman Christian, was off the next day so we made the next available time we could meet which was Fri after work at 5:30. Christian said no problem. We called him back after we left to verify this plan. Fri morning we get a call "sorry we sold your car, this happens all the time". Complete B.S. Not the way a quality, and generally "trustworthy business conducts itself. RED FLAG!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! On top of that while we looked at the car "oh we have very few of these, they are hard to come by" But when they sell your car out from under you they can get an exact model within hours! read more

Let me first start by saying I had no intention of buying a Subaru so that you know how honest this review is. On 3/10/18, my fiancé and I were out looking at new cars for me and I had very specific ideas of what I was wanting. As we walked into the first car dealership of the day (not Gerald Subaru) we said to each other how we don't want anyone super pushy, but that we wanted to feel cared about. We walked around the entire lot without ever being greeted and then once inside we felt like we didn't really matter. Granted we were honest about having just started looking, but still. Now I will say it was a beautiful day and so we expected the dealerships to be busy and were prepared to deal with that. So we left and as we were driving I looked up Subaru as my fiancé was telling me about a friends and how much they liked theirs. So as I was looking at their website I saw the new model, the Ascent, which piqued my interest. We decided to go to the Subaru dealership to just look at it. Well it doesn't come out until July so that didn't help us, but we thought we would just look since we were there. The dealership was so busy, but a very kind woman named Kelly came right up to us to greet us, apologized for being so busy, and promised that someone would be available soon. Sure enough as we were looking around, which wasn't long, Leo came up to say hello and offer his assistance. Can I just tell you how awesome Leo is! He showed us what we wanted to see, answered all of our questions, showed us additional things, and really made us feel like he cared and had taken an interest in us. Again, we were up front about not really being sure if we wanted a Subaru or if we would buy that day. That didn't seem to matter though because Leo's service was awesome. A startling, but pleasant difference from the previous dealership. After we decided on the car, Leo was very patient as I worked with getting my insurance setup. Even Anthony in Finance was patient and kind while I was on hold with the insurance company. Every person we encountered made for a pleasant and comfortable experience. Just what we wanted, not too pushy, but made us feel important and that he wanted to sell us a car. Go see Leo, he's the best! read more

This place sucks big time! The customer service is horrible! The only people that were nice were the under paid staff that checked me out and drove me to work. I walked in with an appointment and was treated rudely! I had an appointment and also requested a ride to work. They said it would be 15 minutes but after 35 minutes I had to ask again and they were rude! Again, I was asked to wait. Finally a very nice young man took me to work only a few miles away. Later they called to try to tack more money on my ridiculous bill and I refused. It cost almost 800.00 for a 30,000 check up! Well, that I had to suck it up but when I called the Subaru dealer in Orland they said it would be less then 500.00. Ripped off! Service is horrible and you can get it cheaper somewhere else. I had to wait 45 minutes to check out because they let the staff go home early. The tip of the iceberg was when finally after 45 minutes of trying to check out my car was never cleaned! On 10/26/16, I received a recall notice from Subaru that my Outback had been recalled for a faulty wiper motor cover that, if not replaced, could short out and cause a fire. I called within the next two days to schedule an appointment to have this fixed. I was told that the part was not in stock and would have to be ordered and that when the part was received I would be called to set an appointment. After waiting a month, I called and was told the part still hadn't arrived, that Gerald Suburu had no way of knowing when the part would arrive and that they had now way of checking with Suburu as to when the part would arrive. I then waited until the middle of December (49 days from my original call) and called Suburu. They told me that Gerald Suburu would contact me within the next few weeks if the part arrived. On 12/30/17, I received a voice message from "Bob" at Gerald Suburu. The part has arrived and I was to call him to set an appointment for the "second week in January." I called one 12/31 and left a message forBob. No return call. I called Today , 1/3/17 left a message and got no return call. I then talked to the phone receptionist and she said that Bob is extremely busy today but she would leave a note for. His desk and that Bob would call mead soon as he was done with his current customer. I left her with both my home and cell numbers. That was at least 4 hours ago and still no call. That being said,I love my Outback but I will never buy a Suburu again. Their service is the worse ever. I also own a Honda and their service is amazing! I have never waited more than an hour for service. At Gerald Suburu, I need to call and make an appointment for an oil change at least 3 or 4 days ahead of time. You guys are rediculous! read more

I took my brand new Subaru in for an oil change and they forgot to tighten the oil plug, causing the oil to drain which seized up the engine. They replaced the engine at no cost to me, but I don't think they knew how because I continue to have problems despite repeated visits to the Gerald Service Dept. Wish I could recommend Gerald and Subaru but this experience has left me with a negative perception of the dealer and brand. I now just want to sell my Subaru for whatever I can get for it,even if I am upsidedown on my loan as a result, just to be done with it. read more

Well today I walk into Subaru of Naperville Gerald . Looking for a red sti they have online for 39681.00 . I pulled up to the dealer and the 2016 sti is sitting outside . Door open so I go inside of it . Looks like someone has been driving it . Car charger and garage opener are sitting on the seat . Keep in mind that this car is suppose to be new . So I go inside and I start talking to a sales rep nice guy . We start taking about the car . I asked is the car sold ? Or why is there stuff in there ? He replays my manager took it home for the weekend . Which sounded kinda strange to me the car is suppose to be new . When you are buying a nearly 40k car You wanted to be new not gently used by dealer general manager . The Sti is also a performance car . You don't anyone betting on the car you are paying close to 40k for . After all this they let me take it for a test drive . I guess at this point it didn't matter the new car all ready had 150miles on it . We get back and we start talking numbers . I tell the sales rep I want to be around 38k . Considering his manager had been taking the car home with him . I though it was a fair offered . Sales man comes back to me after talking to his manager with some numbers . The price of the car had gone up according to them "market value " . Price of the vehicle was now 42600 . Yes 3k over msrp . According to them because sti are flying out their dealerships . At this point they had already lost my business . First of all because you are false advertising the price of the car . I don't know the reason why .maybe to get people to walk in their dealership . Second reason why they lost me as a customer is because I felt like they were trying to see how much they could get out of me . It's obvious I liked the car . I had stated that I've been looking for a white one or red . so maybe they were just trying to see how desperate to take the car I will be . After the sales rep saw that I wasn't to happy with their "market value " price increase . He told wait here let me talk to my manager . Manager then comes up to me and tells the story about the "market value " once again . I then go ahead and tell him that he has the car is advertise 39681.00 on his website and also on the window invoice . After him seeing that I was about to walk out . He tells me well the best He could do is the 39681.00 . After that it was obvious to me that they were just trying to see how much more I would pay over msrp . To me this is insulting me as a person and intelligence. I will be taking my money to another Subaru or Toyota dealer . Hope that higher management reads this and takes care of this problem . So they don't loose future sells . I also hope Subaru will see the kind of people that representing their name . Pricing was simple: emailed internet sales, Marie, got a quick and low quote, even lower than Truecar and other comparable. dealerships. Was very satisfied. Also, negotiated $900 of extras. Got a sweet roof bike rack that was less than from a bike shop. Told finance manager before hand, not interested in extras, warranties, scotch guard, etc. No pressure from Tim. Also, sales person Ehab was fantastic, knew exactly what I wanted and didn't up sell me. He knew I started thinking about the Ascent but it was too much car for us with just one child. I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend the dealership and everyone I worked with hands down. In and out in a little over an hour. My last experience at a BMW dealer was a nightmare, 2+ hours trying to negotiate a fair deal. Still came out feeling cheated. But that's a review for another day. read more

For my company fleet vehicle, I ordered a Subaru Forester and was instructed to work with Gerald Subaru for pick up of the new vehicle and trade in of my old vehicle. Every time I have called and spoke to the representative here, I am rushed during the phone conversation. It is as if the woman cannot get me off the phone fast enough and is very unaccommodating. As a sales rep myself, I am very unimpressed by this dealership so far. Let's hope they are more courteous upon pick up of my vehicle and give me more than 8 seconds of their attention. read more

I came here the other day, following up a lead I had online. Looking for a specific vehicle a 2011 Nissan Juke that was priced right and everything. I talked with a sales person and they let me know it was in a dealership in North Aurora, but they where gonna see if they still had it. Then the sales guy comes back to me and says the car was no longer on the lot. I'm extremely disappointed cause it was a perfect match with everything I was looking for. Then he goes on and tries to sell me a few other vehicles I test drive one and leave, because I just didn't want to waste my time so I actually looked. Searching the internet I came across the same Juke I was looking for the other day, and I'm like they gotta take this down its a tease. I call the dealer In North Aurora speak to the dealer to find out the car is still there! Tell me why? Why would a dealership lie to me like that. Update: July/August 2016 The rear hatch handle on my Forester broke. What should have been a simple fix turned into a disaster. Apparently the part they ordered arrived broken(i dont believe that)...then something happened(i still dont know) where they had to send the rear gate to get repainted, then they got the car back and called me and told me that the car was ready except that the paint shop did not put the weather seal back on the rear window so i could pick it and schedule another time for them to put on the seal; i told them that "no my car is not ready to pick up and please call me when it is"...They ended up calling me when it was done, a full 2 weeks after i dropped it off, YES TWO WEEKS for a handle. I came to pick up my car and got inside and realized that my car was blasting rap music and someone had rearranged my preset radio stations as well as adjusted my equalizers. The back seat had black powder all over it(no clue what that is from) the rear gate had white powder all over it. Inside the rear trunk area was full of white powder...the rear left seat had white stains on it, the right rear had black powder all over it. At time of purchase i had been sold on an exterior package which was supposed to be for protecting the paint and exterior of car and of course they did not reapply the coating to the new paint nor did anyone at the service department talk to me about scheduling a time to get the coating put back on. Chuck, the service manager caught himself up in multiple lies trying to make excuses for them not putting on the treatment that i paid in excess of a thousand dollars for. At first i was told it was because the paint needed 90 days to cure; i asked him for the contact information of the manufacturer of the paint treatment and he got back to me saying that it wasnt the manufacturer and that i had to wait 90 days because of what he called a "repair process"; when i asked to clarify what that meant he told me that the process was actually internal and that he was just told that by some guy. So basically they didnt do the job right and i am getting nothing but lies and excuses; which was the same case the first time i had to bring it there for a warranty repair. I have done nothing but treat this car good yet things keep happening that require service and that department could honestly care less if it is done right or not. I loved my car. .....i really really loved it at first. Now i honestly want to return this damn thing and never see a Subaru again in my life. Thanks a lot for ruining my entire Subaru experience Gerald Subaru of Naperville. My parents and a few of my friends really like my car and were actually wanting to get a car; but after this my parents will not be getting one and my friend already passed you up for a RAV4. You guys need to do something to control the quality of your service department. Horrible experience here. My grandparents and I went here to look for a car. Eric Z asked me what I had in mind and I told him I was looking for a Hyndai Elantra or something similar. Our budget was 8,000-10,000 and he only had one car in the inventory that fell into our budget. It was a Saturn and I've had bad luck with Saturns so I did not want another one. Before we left he asked if we would raise our budget and my grandpa said that we would possibly go to 12K but we are going to continue looking. We left and 15 minutes later Eric called saying that an Elantra was just dropped off at the dealership and it fell into our price range. He then sent me a pic of said Elantra.( The picture was probably from last year or something) Now I should have went with my gut instinct knowing that this was too good to be true but after car shopping all day I was hoping that we just experienced a stroke of luck. We then drove back to Suburu hoping that the guy had more integrity than to lie to us like that and that we may get a car out of this second trip. We pull up and Eric is standing outside saying he was "just about to call us but the Elantra is in poor shape but we do have this $12,000+ car that you may like" Eric took us as fools and wasted our time. He probably noticed that we were frazzled from such a long day and thought that if he could just get us back to the shop that we would cave and buy something out of our budget. Well absolutely not. We left so fast and went to a dealer down the street and bought an Elantra from Pugi Hyundai in Downers Grove. Eric took us as easy targets and we found that very insulting. Would never recommend this dealer. Salesman insisted on walking the lot vs looking for the 2 cars I had seen online in their inventory that met our needs. When I asked if their online system was not accurate he said he guessed he could look and lo and behold he found the cars. Then he offered us sticker. When I said that we weren't interested in paying sticker he asked if I had researched the car and demanded to see my paperwork. The manager basically told us we were SOL and they could do no better. Yet we found another car with more features at a lower price at another Subaru dealer. Subaru's are great cars but Gerald is a Terrible dealer. read more

Don't waste your time! Waited over an hour just to get a price that was absolutely ridiculous.

I brought in my 2004 Subaru last Thursday with my mother-in-law to have the spoiler fixed (which this dealership broke last time we brought the car in for servicing), and also to have a small dent removed from the fender. The person working told me it could possibly be done that night, but that they would call my mother-in-law or possibly my husband (her number was already in their records, and we gave them my husband's number). Friday they called my mother-in-law to clarify about the dent, and she told them to fix it. Saturday my husband called to see when we could pick up the car and they said they would have the manager call back. He never did, so my husband called again and spoke to a man who said they had tried calling several times Friday and that the dent was not fixed. He told them to forget it at this point and we would pick it up that day to have it taken somewhere else. He called back about an hour later and talked to a female about having the work done after all. She assured him she would let the right people know and we could pick up the car on Monday (the body shop was closed Sat and Sun). It is now Tuesday and we heard nothing else from the dealership. I called at 8am asking where I should pick up my car. The man I spoke with said he would have the manager call me back. I never received any call back, so a few hours later drove to the dealership with my mother-in-law. We saw the car outside and the dent was still not fixed! And the dent actually looked worse! We came in and asked why in the world the car was still not fixed. We were taken to the manager Chuck. He basically argued with us about why it was our fault, that they had tried calling my husband several times on Friday (which we asked to see our papers, and the person who tried calling wrote our number out saying he had tried calling several times and left voicemails.....he wrote the number wrong!! That is not our fault you were calling the wrong number!), and Chuck also said he was the only person in the service center on Saturday along with a receptionist who transfered all calls to him. He refused to admit my husband called back to tell them to please fix the car after all. My husband had spoken to a woman on the phone, and apparently she didn't tell anyone in the office we wanted the dent fixed. Chuck would not admit that they had called the wrong number, and would not admit that my husband had called back to tell them to fix the dent on Saturday (even though my MIL told them to fix it Friday and should have already been done on Saturday). He did end up saying they would go ahead and fix it for free (probably would have cost around $50), so he somewhat redeemed himself. We're just hoping that tomorrow the car will be fixed and we'll finally be able to take it home. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning to Gerald Subaru in Naperville. We recently also were considering buying a brand new Subaru, but are very glad we ended up buying a Jeep instead. read more

Beware of Salesman Mike soliciting you for business via text message. I bit, hook, line and sinker. Made an appointment with him to come see the car I had been searching for, having to drive an hour each way and add mileage to my trade-in. Upon arrival we found the car in front, thinking it was waiting for us, only Mike sold the car to another customer WHILE WE WERE ENROUTE and HAVING AN APPT. I can only think he solicited several customers, not saying, who gets here first gets it, but baiting us to come in, not giving a damn (sorry, I'm not a swearing person, but bad words are so warranted) about the consequences of his actions. He stood in the car lot upon finally greeting us, coming away from making the deal out from under us, expecting to shake my hand. I do not shake hands with the devil. He was such a coward, not apologizing for his actions, but making the excuse, "It's not my fault". YOU DON'T SELL ONE CAR TO TWO DIFFERENT CUSTOMERS AT THE SAME TIME. AND he knew I was ready to purchase. Such a coward. I can only hope the OWNER OF GERALD SUBARU learns of this and sees this as a huge lack of integrity which reflects upon the entire dealership. Such a disappointment, a waste of a beautiful Saturday and loss of time needed to purchase a vehicle very much needed to do my job which requires travel. Gerald Subaru does not get back to you and when I did talk to someone it was the receptions. I explained that I couldn't get the right he'll help all day. I was told the night before that a car I was interested was there but it wasn't. Then the receptionist accidenty forgot to put me on hold and said I was crazy because I had expressed I couldn't get anyone to help me. They are not good at customer service and although I intend to buy Subaru again. I will never do it through these people! They are zero stars but it's impossible to select. read more

Went last week looking to buy a new car. I did my homework and decided that the Subaru Legacy was for me. I was a little apprehensive when I walk in for the first time and was not greeted immediately and when I finally broke down and had to ask for help. It was some young guy that said he couldn't help me because he was training. I would suggest to the people over at Gerald, don't have your trainees do there training on the sales floor, it leads people to assume that there is someone free to help. Perhaps you can pound the mantra into there brains "fake it til' you make it." Having worked in a role that was directly customer facing I learned quick never to say "I'm new" or "I'm training". Know at lease a minimum amount of the product and while explaining that scope out for someone that can help. Just a suggestion. The trainee did eventually track down Brian who was able to help me out. I was able to get the car I wanted that was priced well within what I wanted to spend, But as always, look at competitors as well, do your research, and negotiate. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars was the guy I was turned over too after the sale was made. Apparently he is the one that processes all of the paperwork, but he is also the one that tries to sell the extended warranties. At that point it was later in the evening, and All I wanted to do is get the paperwork and go home. I can't remember how many times I had to say "No thanks, I'm not interested." I get a 3 yr/36 K mile warranty for free, and from what I here (and hope) Subaru's are reliable, more reliable than the 12 yr old GM product I traded in. Picked up my car today and I was more than pleased. Brian took the time to explain the manual and features on the car and even helped me sync up the my phone with the blue tooth in the car. 4 stars for now, I hope I can give the same or better when I bring it in for it's first oil change. read more
