I have been here twice for my facial. Solely based on the reviews. Both times purpose was to reduce my acne. But I got more acne each time and my face was left with acne marks. This was due to extraction. After my first try I thought it might have increased due to some other reason. So the second time I went when there was just one or two of them. But after the facial it increased like crazy and took 3 weeks to reduce. Again I was left with cheek full of marks. My skin did not improve in anyway. I have wasted $200 to get marks on my face. never again. Its time for me to try some other place. read more

I don't know if I know how to appreciate facials but I just feel like I can't really tell the difference before and after. With that said, i didn't particularly love my experience with Lillian. She talked me into getting the silk peel which is $45 more than what I had originally intended to get. I also don't appreciate when people bring in negative energy while I'm getting a treatment. All I have to say is for my first time I had the best experience here I made a appointment to get Silk peel dermal infusion and oh my God it Took out so much unwanted built up dirt and dead skin from my face and neck as well as black heads I got my skin peel done by Vicky she really has the best customer service and makes you feel so comfortable I have never even gotten a facial before and this was my first time getting a silk peel I can definitely say that I will be back here again many more times to try out the different facials and continue getting a silk peel and it was only for $90 you can't beat that price considering a lot of places charge you $100-$200 I was so shocked to see how much this cleaned my skin. My skin has been glowing all day and has been feeling so soft my family noticed the difference right away. This totally give me a boost of confidence!!! I am so grateful that my friend referred me to Lillian at Geranium Spa. I have been suffering from severe redness and dry skin since August 2016, so it's been over six months! Nothing I tried worked. Just had my bikini wax appointment this afternoon, and this place is just OK for regular waxees IMO. Don't get me wrong, Vicky was wonderful! Skilled, quick, and professional. She made the experience extremely painless, i barely felt a pinch! But maybe because it's so quick, there left a lot of stray hairs and dots on the follicles. She also didn't trim any of remaining hairs. There was also the fact that the bikini wax only included the bikini line. Whenever i go to European Wax Center or Lavender Spa, it's a FULL bikini wax, but i guess i got what i paid for. bikini here only cost 25 dollars compared to 35 usually everywhere else. i would recommend this place for wax-virgins, but i probably won't be back unless I'm only looking for a bikini line wax job. read more

I came here because there was a discount promo for LED facial. I got it with Lillian and she is very nice! I got the basic cleaning with extractions facial along with the LED. Compared to my facials back in LA this was semi mediocre. I've never had a facial where I wasn't given a robe to change in and also got a facial massage at the very least. I'm not even talking about bougie spa places too! So you just go into the room with whatever you're wearing and she doesn't give you a facial or shoulder/collar bone massage. Massage aside, I felt like half the time was just the steamer blowing on my face. Extractions were okay and didn't leave scars behind (but it took them a long time to calm down which was a bit unusual for me) and she does use the new machines to clean your face. LED facial was fine (2 different lights for like 10 minutes each? Wasn't too long). Note though, she only used like a tissue or towel like thing to cover my eyes during the LED facial and my eyes were like blinded even with my eyes closed. I just felt like the effort was a little on the light side overall compared to other places. When she put the final products on me I felt like she put the bare minimum to not waste her products either. For the prices here, I wouldn't say it's worth it. If you're fine just going in and out and not having the full spa treatment for your face then this will do, but I grew up around better places (not to sound like a snob, but my Mom was an esthetician too!) so this wasn't worth it to me. read more

I followed Lilian over from her previous salon, and she is awesome. Before I started going to Lilian for my Brazilian waxes I went to a different salon also located in Fremont. For one reason or another I basically just needed to make a switch. I originally found Lilian and her previous salon through Yelp reviews. She was highly recommended so I decided to give her a try. I am glad I did. In comparison to the first salon I started going to for my Brazilian waxes, Lilian's method is much better. It is virtually pain-free. Both places use the blue wax, but with Lilian, it doesn't hurt, honestly. Brazilian waxes aren't meant to be fun of course, but at the last place I went to, now that I can compare, it did hurt. I couldn't wait for it to be over. Often times my skin would still be a little tender the next day. My first wax appointment with Lilian didn't hurt at all. Honestly, I don't know why I didn't make the switch sooner. She is very quick, engages in pleasant conversation, and before you know it, you're done with your appointment. I recommended Lilian to one of my girlfriends, she gave her a try and was pleased with the service she was provided as well. She actually just contacted me today to ask if I knew what salon Lilian moved to because she heard that Lilian left her previous salon. As for the spa itself, it is very, very clean. Always a plus when going to a place where you're lying on a table halfway in your Birthday Suit. Although I am an avid Yelp user, I rarely write reviews about places. Got some waxing and an acne/LED facial about a month ago. The facial helped a lot with my acne. The regular wax hurt a lot but the hard wax (used for underarm/bikini area) didn't hurt all that much. I have only been here once and Lillian did Lightwave therapy. I was very pleased on her job. She's very good at doing extractions and you can also let her know if you are not comfortable with it and she'll do her best to extract as much as she can without dealing with so much pain.
