At home service is so convenient! She got me scheduled for the next week, my choice of day, but I got the impression I could have done it even sooner. Chris came out, & did the repair. He was personable, explained the process, & made me feel confident he was the man for the job (he was!). It took him about an hour, then he was on his way, allowing space for the tech to calibrate the windshield. Rob was the one to perform the calibration. I really appreciate that he went above, & beyond to take my car to the shop to calibrate there versus on site, which had sub-par conditions (not Mel's fault at all, of course). They refused to apply the new bra because of the condition of the repaired paint. They said they did not want the debris in the Performance paint job to look like they failed to clean the surface before they put on the new bra. They also pointed out the difference in paint color which was very noticeable under their lights. I took the car back to Preformance and was told "I guess we can try and wet sand it to smooth it out". When I asked about the color they just told me the white pearl was hard to match... On 6-15-2026 took my 2020 Ford Ranger to Ziebart on Beechmont Ave for sound deadener/rustproofing…read more I was told that this procedure/process would take 3-4 hrs. I chose to wait on my truck since it was my only mode of transportation. Aprox 40 minutes later I was informed that my truck was completed and it was being pulled around front for my inspection. I thought to myself that that seemed awfully fast since I was told it would take 3-4 hrs. I was told that we could make the payment transition while they pulled my trunk around to the front. I payed my bill which was $658.49. I than, along with the manager James, went outside to look over my truck. I immediately noticed that the rear inner fender wells had not been treated as I was advised it would be as that is a part of the work process/procedure. I pointed this out to manager James and he agreed with my assessment and immediately apologized to me and told me how embarrassing this was for him. James than went inside the store and the assistant manager Murph came outside to meet me at my truck. At this time I was opening the hood of my truck and discovered that this area had not been treated also. I than questioned as to whether any of work had been completed via the work processes/sop/diagrams, etc. Asst Mgr Murph apologized to me several times and also told me how embarrassing this was to him also. Murph said he and Mgr James would re-due my truck themselves and they again took my truck to the garage to re-due the soundproof/rustproofing. At this point I am questioning my decision to get any work from this Ziebart ,or recommend this Ziebart to anyone. Aprox one hour later I was told that my truck was done. James and Murph offered me a detail job and a free one year warranty touch up for the actions of their employee. I now am doubting if I got the services that I payed my hard earned money for. At this point I am wondering how many other vehicles got out of that garage without getting what they paid for.

I had my 2015 Volvo V60 2.5T engine rebuilt in October 28, 2024 SO#V405663. Work started on…read more9/10/2024. I was without my vehicle for that time. Total cost was $8,442.90 I went back on 11/20/2024 SO#V407410 with an oil leak and my vehicle shutting off randomly. Diagnosis was that the boost hose was not secure and they replaced the clamp. Determined no oil leak. Vehicle was in the shop for one day. I went back again on 12/5/2024 SO#V407746 with an oil leak and vehicle shutting off randomly. Determined failed oil trap line and vacuum leak. Again returned to the dealer on 2/3/2025 SO#V409061 with an oil leak and shutting off randomly. Determined torque fault converter and no oil leak found. Recommended new transmission. 7/7/2025 I returned to Volvo to fix the oil leak. That has been consistently happening since the initial fix. The top of the motor is covered in dark motor oil. I was told the oil drain plug was leaking. No answer for the oil on top of the motor. Volvo's latest theory is the oil has been poured on the top of the engine although the oil is dark and the last time it was brought in they had cleaned the motor oil off of the car. Instructed to return 7/18 since they have died the oil this time. This is the 7th time I have returned to the dealership.
