DO NOT GO HERE My insurance company recommended them and they didn't do a good job at all. After the repair I didn't accept it because it looked terrible and I Made them redo it, the Guy had the nerve to say "Now I cant Put it on this months books", Like they rushed it to get it out by the last day of the month. So they had it two more weeks and still looks terrible. The Fender and bumper don't line up, They used cheap aftermarket parts and told me they used OEM parts. No communication on when it was done the second time, Very rude after I pointed out what was wrong and then they told me "that's the best that they can do". Charged my insurance top dollar for cheap parts that don't fit right. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache !!! read more

I am beyond disgusted with this company, if it hadn't been for my friend that came with me to get my car. Hit and miss with this place. They've done great work on my daughter's car a couple times but one time I took my pickup there for an estimate and they never called me back. I excused that since I assumed they just didn't want to do it but my biggest mistake was recommending them to my cousin. She was hit by a girl in Corvallis so I had her come to our house and we took her car to Gerber the next day with the promise they'd be done in 2-3 days. Well, about 10 days later she finally got her car and returned home to Montana, and then she had to take the car to her own body shop to fix Gerber's screw ups. It really stinks when you recommend a business to friends or family and that business embarrasses you. I probably won't be going back and I can't recommend them. read more

I strongly advise that if you're considering taking your car here, you don't do it!! my car took five weeks to repair, and upon receiving the vehicle back all of my interior belongings were gone and my electrical component control center was damaged and completely missing??? At first, I assumed that simply they must've taking my belongings out of the vehicle to clean it (which they did not do as my car was filthy upon receiving it back) and had simply misplaced the items and they would give them back to me. I'm talking over $2000 of personal property!! The only remaining items in my car were a sleeping bag from a previous camping trip. I called to notify them that all of my belongings were missing and they said they would look around, then they advised me that it is common for personal property items to be stolen when the car is in a storage lot before going to their auto collision center. Another discrepancy, my car never was in a storage lot. It went directly from my place of business to their shop, and all of my belongings were inside. Then they said that people often times break into their lot by cutting holes in the chain-link fence and steal items. I then asked them for the video surveillance footage, or if they can show me where the fence was cut, additionally, the whole time, I'm wondering why a person breaking into my car during cold months would take everything out of my vehicle, including all of my garbage, and every other item accept a sleeping bag? At this point, I chose to escalate it to the regional manager, I was Kustok by him. Told that he didn't give a F about my belongings and didn't care what I had to do to get them back or any of my loss work. Nobody ever took ownership for the interior panel either however, they did finally agree to order the part since obviously it was not damaged during the car accident that was a minor fender bender. from the very initial drop off communication was spotty and integrity is just not there. Do not take your vehicle to the shop. The level of unprofessionalism is appalling and I am now in the process of filing suit for all of my missing personal property.! read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would! This place had our car for over 2 months for repairs per our insurance company. Today, we get notification from our insurance company the car was now a total loss. We went to Gerber to get the rest of our belongings out of the car, to find out they never touched the car. They moved the car outside behind the building uncovered. The car was full of ant nests, which made it impossible to get all our things. This place should not be in business, they are crooked! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!! read more

If I could give this company no star rating I would! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever felt with... I waited almost a month for them to get my glass in for my windshield and they still hadn't ordered it after telling me they did. They blamed everyone but themselves when I called. Every time I called to see what was going on they were upset that I had contacted them to follow up on the progress. They told me they would cal me back in a few minutes every time I talked to them and they never once called me back in that month I was dealing with them. Do NOT ever go to this place for anything! i took my truck into this shop after i got hit, front was damaged and back took it there waited about a month finally got my truck back seems they only did the back bumper, took it back to them waited another 2 weeks and they did only 1 front bumper on my Chevy Silverado had to take it back to them again. they put the 2nd bumper back on still had a huge noticeable gab between the bumpers, my headlights and grill were broken all the brackets were broke. i will never take my truck to this shop again almost 6 months later and my truck was still not done. Terrible service, had someone hit my 2015 Tacoma and this shop has had my truck for nearly two months and still have it. They have given me minimal updates, wouldn't give me a rental car. They've told multiple times I was going to get my vehicle back and obviously that hasn't happened. Blamed me for it taking so long because I had aftermarket parts on the truck, even though I had provided them with invoices for the exact parts on the truck. The manger has been extremely rude and unhelpful. Needless to say I will never be returning to this shop and would advise anyone to steer clear of it as well. read more

Went in May for a quote for repair...nothing too big, I needed a new mirror and some cosmetic repair. Team was polite. Zach brought me to a clean office, we sat down, he entered my needed parts into a computer program which calculated the price of parts and labor, printed up the estimate for me, made it easy to understand. A real algorithm. Which I came to appreciate when I went two other places for quotes: at both those places, the estimators just seemed to pull figures outta their azz, without looking anything up, one guy swore, (even though I questioned him, I knew he was wrong), that the mirror was a 2-piece part, which tacked on another $150 to his already dubious quote. So, I called Gerber in June to make sure the quote was still valid, & took my car in. I chose them because I liked that their quote was the most reasonable, Zach gave me option of manufacturer or after-market part, & explained what those meant. They treated me respectfully, (unlike those other 2 places, where they didn't want to be bothered by my small repair), & from their estimation procedure, it made me feel no one was trying to take advantage of me with making up whatever they wanted on a quote. Also, the repair was done in a couple hours, and done well. And I received a slick after-service brochure with my receipt in it (another tiny bit that makes up the larger picture of PROFESSIONALISM). Where to start. Brought my car in at the recommendation of my insurance company. Gave me a reasonable quote so I agreed to have them do the repairs, big mistake! Called the Friday before I was to bring it in because I had not heard from them and I wanted to know how long they would have my car (no indication on the estimate of time frame). Good thing I called as they had no record of me having an appointment on Monday. Was told they would likely have my car until Thursday. Quickly arranged for a rental and brought car in. Little to no communication during the week, I finally call Wednesday and am told won't be ready until Friday, waiting for a part. I received an email Friday saying car won't be ready until following Friday. I call and yes, still waiting for part. THIS WENT ON FOR A TOTAL OF 3 WEEKS!! So many frustrations, I can't even begin to capture in a review. Poor communication, 4 times telling me they received the wrong part. Finally get my car back and the repairs are laughable!! Manager and shop manager come to look at it and agree, they are embarrassed the car made it through quality control. Take car back for yet another week!! They covered some of my rental car fee and car looks good now, but REALLY. Poor communication, lack of accountability and poor quality control. Will never use their services again and have let my insurance company know they should check up on their recommendations. read more

We had an insurance damage claim and brought in the for repairs. The repairs started a few months ago and as of today isn't yet completed. We have found the office to be very unorganized and in a state of confusion. They are very bad at returning calls after promising updates and I have had to call back multiple times to get status updates and scheduling dates. Today I had to call to find out status of the final part to be installed. The people are nice enough but after this is completed I will have no further business dealings. I believe in professionalism should be the highest standard for any company and it really appears to be lacking here. read more
