The person who handled our initial inquiry was patient and his follow-up was excellent. The wait time was just one day. I received the much appreciated call that they would be 1/2 hour late. The duo who arrived in a newer long van were nice, courteous and professional. That is, it wasn't a disbelieved guy in a 1980s clunker. The entire job took less than one hour. Here's a TIP: better to park the car with the broken window in your clean driveway so they can vacuum all the pieces inside and out. Unfortunately, I parked it on the street so some of the pieces fell into the wet leaves. I had to clean that up which was my bad. I highly recommend.

I wrote down my email address for him and I was told they would email me the quote. A few days rolled by and I hadn't received anything. I ended up waiting until that Friday to call and ask if I would expect the estimate anytime soon. The gentleman said they were working on it and would have it shortly. On Monday 3/16, I had still not received anything. I ended up waiting until the following Friday, 3/20 to call again. The gentleman I spoke to said he would call me back but never got a call back. I have a pretty busy life so it's not easy to have to keep calling a business to get them to provide a service. I ended up calling again on Monday, 3/23. I told the gentleman who answered (sounded like he was working from home vs. a shop like the previous calls) that no one had gotten me an estimate and it had been over 2 weeks. He seemed genuinely apologetic that no one had gotten back to me. He located the estimate order but the tech had not entered any notes, which didn't surprise me considering he wrote them on scratch paper. I told the gentleman this was the last time I was going to call because this was my 3rd time calling. I re-verified my email address and he assured me he'd get a hold of his tech and get back to me. Today is 3/26 and I still have not heard from anyone. I will have to find another company that actually wants my business.
