I've been to three different Lexus dealership and this by far is the best one! They offer a…read morecomplimentary in house cafe which serves breakfast and lunch. It's so nice for guest who waits with their car. The other thing that stands out is the wash and vacuum service. It's standard for all Lexus to wash and vacuum each car after service but it's the small things that count for me. I used to go to AutoBell Car Wash and their policy is: anything on the floor is trash, if you don't want something thrown away move it onto your seat. But you can just tell what's trash or not (like napkins, empty paper cups, plastic wrappings etc). The Charlotte locations will simply just pick up your paper trash and leave it on your seats and you get a junky car returned to you. I didn't even have to tell Lex of Jax, they had common sense to know it was trash and threw away or vacuumed it for me. And I also had two bird poop stain on my hood and they made sure it was gone.

Ask the clerk Natalie could I talk to the tech and she replied "customers can't talk to the techs." Then I asked to speak to manager. Leo (the manager) called me back a few minutes later and stated him and the tech would walk me out to explain what was going on in the morning. I went back the next morning my vehicle is already put back together and in line to be washed. I told Leo that I was was suppose to physically see what the issue was. He said your right, but they put it back together this morning. The so called master mechanic came out out and tried to explain what the issue was with installing the headlights and he was clueless. At this point, I was ready to leave with my vehicle. I did a walk around of the vehicle and the left headlight looks like it was kicked across the concrete face down. Leo said he knows it wasn't like that when I brought it there the previous morning. He would replace the headlight and make it right. I told him I would be back in a hour to pick up my vehicle. Came back and he said it was no charge for the labor for the work done. That does not replace the headlight. But at this point, I am ready to go. I start my car and check all of the lights: -my running lights do not work. -my fog lights do not work -and my left headlight is damaged After waiting hours for the techs to fix the issues and going back and forth with Leo, nothing is corrected. My vehicle is in worse condition than it was when I dropped it off. I highly recommend you to stay away from Serrano Paint & Body Shop
