I don't know where to start with this company, I got hit from behind so hard they bent my frame, they took my 4Runner off the frame and put it on a new frame, repaired the damage to the back, and front. Greg told me when I get it back, if I didn't know it was in an accident I would never know. He was right. My car looks so nice, they really care about quality work and customer service. Greg emailed me every week to keep me informed on my frame which he said could take 12-16 weeks to get, maybe longer. It came in about four to five weeks, and they got right on it. I'm amazed this can be done, take my vehicle off the frame and put it on a new one. I can go on and on, but this is quality work, with great customer service!! I'm so happy. read more

Said they would take 18 days to fix my car ended up taking 35. On top of that, my car was still missing parts they gave me $100 off my deductible because it took forever. Now my car has more problems from the spots they "fixed". My car is shaking and gas is dripping from the exhaust they supposedly fixed. My little red race car (Ford Fiesta) had a tree branch fall on it during a major snowstorm. Progressive recommend I see Cory at Redlands Auto Body & Frame. I wasn't sold, so I read every yelp review. Cory and his team were a dream team to work with from start to finish. The fixing of my car took about four days as my back hatch was destroyed and the roof had some serious dents. Before even starting to work on it, Cory called me, told me his "treatment plan" for the car and what the price was that would be charged to my insurance. While on the phone he enrolled me in the text message updates, which would consist of fun status updates about my race car. "Polishing the roof today," "installing new hatch," "going in for paint" or "getting ready to go home tomorrow." In addition to these text messages I was also getting picture updates via email, allowing me to track exactly what was happening and showcasing how fast they were working it. I loved this and thought it was a wonderful addition! Generally car repair is painfully unpleasant, but Redlands Auto Body & Frame made it as enjoyable as possible! Lastly, when I went to go pick up the car, I was shown how beautiful my car was! They wound up cleaning the entire inside (probably due to all the broken glass) making it feel like the car was brand spankin' new again! I walked out of there knowing they stand by their work for the lifetime I own the car, which allowed me to rest easy. They replaced the locks on my Silverado. Took forever. Told me it would be done that day, another employee said it would be done in a few days. They call me it's done at 4:30...oh and we close at 5. I had to take vacation from work just to pick up my truck. $600 for manual door locks. Oh and all my window tint is peeling off now. Don't go here. My insurance company is getting robbed and so our there customers. read more

I went here last year. All I got to say is read the contract before you sign. They wanted to charge me 300 dollars for disassembling the vehicle and looking at it. The insurance company did not have enough to cover their price. I forgot the guys name all I know he had glasses and a stupid haircut that was so 80s. But at the end of the day he did say I signed the contract. But word of advice if you have a company that charges 300 dollars just to look at a car then the company only sees you as a dollar sign not a valued customer i don't know why they have so many great reviews. The receptionist asked if any of the guys would be willing to do an estimate for me. The black guy didn't flinch but the white guy Cory was really nice and stepped up and offered to help willingly! They really made my experience so easy and smooth. I took in my car and they got started on paper qork quickly. I was in and out dropping my car off 20 minutes (that's paper work and all included). Once we signed we were giving our mechanics business card with name and info and were told he would be in contact about the car within 5 business days. Within 3 we heard back and were told total costs and we were pleased by their great price. Car was then fixed and we were called within the week to pick up. 1ST CERTIFIED COLLISION I will never recommend them. Its about the money and not the customer or community. I addressed the 43 weeks ago. The high pitched noise from their paint machinery has been happening since August of 2017 if not longer. I was told by code enforcement in first request that it was being taken care of. The business also indicated prior to me putting in request last year that they would be replacing part but it would take a little while since it supposedly "a special part". The noise is very annoying. I don't know if getting an attorney since nothing is being done is next step to file nuisance charges against them. I am at my wits end. I should not be forced to have my house closed up so I don't hear the noise. This is wrong that I cant even air out my house. I have little ones in the home and having house closed up harbors germs. Please tell me this is being taken seriously because its been over a year and nothing has been done. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. I have used this company twice. My first experience was good however, the second was horrible. When my vehicle was stolen and eventually discovered, I elected to use Redlands Auto Body and Frame to repair the damage. They didn't impress. I made several trips to their shop only to discover items that they failed to fix. They do a shoddy job, and Daryl can't be trusted. I am still waiting for him to call me (after 3 months) to tell me he has received a part. I don't think he will ever call. Update: I called today and was told the part was in. When I showed up to retrieve the part, I was told by the mechanic that the part had been in their shop for months and he jokingly said he was about to put it on eBay. I will never come here again. Update: I retrieved the part today, which I'm happy about, but when I pointed out another defective part that they had failed to repair, Daryl told me he had to contact my insurance company. I said ok and left. When he called later that day he said I had to contact my insurance company to resolve the problem. Wow... Either one of two things happened. Redlands Auto either used a defective part, or they damaged it themselves. Daryl did not admit to either and I'm forced to work with my insurance company for something he should have replaced or repaired. The sad thing is the part in question is probably a $10 piece. I let Daryl know how I felt on the phone today and he ended the conversation with 'I've heard enough" what a piece of work he is. read more

Took my 2015 GTI here after a front end collision and was very satisfied with my service. There were a couple of hiccups which always seems to be my case with any collision shop that I've been to. The time estimate isn't always gonna be perfect and you can't predict every obstacle that's gonna happen when your car is being serviced but Cory did a really great job at staying in touch and letting me know what was going on with my car throughout the week. The car came back looking brand new and they even helped fix part of the bumper that wasn't from the accident.
