FMC Auto has been repairing my vehicles, both personally and commercially. I have been dealing with…read morethem for 10 years. Their prices are fair being a triple AAA accredited shop. I won't take my vehicles to anything other than AAA rated mechanic. Please don't take your car to anyone other than AAA rated or a dealership. However, dealerships are always twice the price. It's less expensive to go through in an accredited, and certified mechanic. rather than the dealership. Dealerships usually charge much more than accredited mechanics. I brought my truck in 2034, and there was a warranty dispute between the Warranty company and the dealership I bought the truck from. To make a long story short FMC fought and got my Warranty on my truck approved. The warranty company denied the work. But they fought and got me the alternator on my truck paid for without expense for my pocket. Like I said, it's a really long story. If you would like good quality work with great customer service call FMC Auto. My name is Brad I have three adult daughters. They always call me with car problems. I can usually solve the problem myself.. however, if you need echanical help on your call out call FMC.I know this sounds like an info infomercial, but it's really not. I explained to them that my car over heats quick because the radiator doesn't hold the coolant as I already checked. Asked them a couple of times to check the radiator and around it in case of anything being broken THAT I CAN'T SEE since I was at work the day prior. They instead wanted to do a pressure test when I literally told them to check the radiator. Going to get my car back since it's like $280 for a pressure test. I myself work on my own cars but I rarely go to shops all the time since who knows what bs might go on. The one thing I look for in shops is honesty and listening to customers. I'm sure when I get my car back they'll tell me there are dozens of things wrong like a water pump going (I replaced it since the freeze plug broke). If I had my own shop I would have been making sure the customers are satisfied and not willing to wait a couple days to hear back about a car that was brought in. These guys don't even seem to know what they are doing btw. I've been taught how to work on cars ever since I was 8 which is what got me into this in the first place. To everyone else just go somewhere you know that is reliable. I'm better off taking it to 360 auto since they heard and wanted to take a look at everything before writing on it and listened to what I had to say.

Not all cars can be fixed and I stand by that...sadly no cars can be fixed at Halsey's…read more My "Frankenstein" Samurai was a nut that couldn't be cracked and I understand and I appreciated their honesty...but the next car was a bone stock Toyota FJ with a check engine light..once again, they didn't fix it...then the big problem..my '56 Chrysler...$11,000 to fix leaks that still leak, fix a transmission they torched and replaced that still doesn't shift into gear and for some reason they messed with the carburetor and now it idles at 40mph...$11,000 and I still have leaks, no heat, won't start, won't shift and when I actually do get it running, it's a runaway train...my wonderful dream car is a POS sitting in the garage...I wasn't going to put Halsey's on blast last year when I told Alan he needed to stop spamming me about "bringing my Chrysler back in for service!"...but they hit me up again..so here we are..they can't fix modified cars, they can't fix stock cars (a Toyota..really?) and they certainly can't fix classics. They did fix my brakes with the NOS parts I brought them but otherwise, my car is in worse shape now than it was before they touched it

I'm in town to help my Mom for a few days, and the brightly lit amber warning light (shaped like a wrench) popped up. Time for an oil change. It's glowing bright and beating with a pulse, burning a hole in my brain. It was a very busy day and I wasn't able to get to PACC until about 20 minutes before they were closing. I had called much earlier in the day after being referred by a friend, and the guy at the counter remembered. He was so apologetic but explained they still had vehicles being worked on and it was almost closing time... but told me that he knew I was in a pinch to get my oil change done and said that Oilstop with whom they shared a parking lot would be fine just to get my oil changed. That was pure gold, because who wants to hand their vehicle to just anyone randomly? He alleviated any concerns I had and I was able to check this task off of my list. PACC, your integrity today impressed me. Although I didn't get to have my oil changed with you today, I will definitely return with any future automotive service needs!
