One week ago, I had a flat tire. I was recommended Gerry's by another tire shop. When I got there, I was charged via my debit card. However, the person working said it didn't go through and that I had to pay cash. We'll I checked and it had charged me. Thankfully, I didn't have cash and waited on the owner to confirm and show that it had gone through. Today, looking at the tire, it appears to be bad. I need another tire asap. I feel taken advantage of and will not be back. There is a sign that says all sales final, so I will have to deal with it. :(

Had gone to Gerry's tires to get 2 tires & they did not disappoint! So glad they had my tire sizes in stock, and they were able to install my tires in a timely manner. Was in and out of there, not to mention the price was affordable for Michelin tires. 10/10 hidden gem read more

I went here and I was able to talk with Gerry. He was very informative and gave his an opinion on my current tires and said not to worry about anything. His honesty was definitely appreciated. If you ever need tires or need an opinion regarding tires, I will definitely stop by here and give them business. During my visit there, I noticed the great relationship he has with his customers as they were waiting while their cars were getting serviced. I will have to keep Gerry's Tires in mind for my next tire service. read more

These guys worked really hard. They were out of the size tire that I needed. Being that I had a far drive they home they were concerned. They worked a miracle and were able to find 1 tire.I was so grateful. I highly recommend this tire shop. The customer service was great! read more

I've come to this tire shop three times, and all three times, I've received top-notch customer service and exceptional service overall. Every time I have an issue with my tires (as I drive a lot), I come here for my tire needs. Gerry and his team always provide amazing service that I simply haven't gotten anywhere else; he's very authentically interpersonal and friendly, which is hard to find when it comes to anything having to do with your car. I've come across many sketchy businesses in my life where owners will try to take advantage of you --I can assure you that this place isn't like that at all. As long as Gerry's Tires is in business, I will continue coming here as well as recommending my loved ones here! read more

I use Gerry for all my cars and all my family also uses him. His goal is to get you in and out in the faster, cheapest way. Best part is if you have to wait, you can eat at Angus McCurdy or Lil Rosies right next door. Two of the best places in town. One time I got a nail in my tire and Gerry replaced it for free. He didn't have the tire on hand so he gave me a loaner until the next day when it arrived. He truly cares about his customers. read more

I had a flat in the area going to Yucaipa Regional Park. I saw a tire shop passing Walgreens. It was the closest one I could find. I ask the smog guy and pointed out where to go. So I decided to try this spot . In 15 min he got me in and out with a inside patch in the tire repair very reasonable price on the work. Still holding air with NO issues.... Gerry is great. Customer service is his top priority and it shows through his quality of work. Never nickel and dime you. Great place to get your tires. Prices are extremely competitive. They always take care of the family when we need it. My wife can just swing by when that low tire pressure light comes on and they will take care of it. Thanks Gerry! read more

We needed our spare put on. They did it for free! They placed the old tire back under our SUV(the last place couldn't do it). Then they checked all our tires for air. Excellent service! We will be back for all our tire needs in future. read more

Gerry's Tire Service is a hidden gem!! I drove a bit out of the way to get a flat fixed on my wife's car, and I'm glad that I chose Gerry's!! He was exceptional!! He took care of me immediately and did a fantastic job of repairing the flat tire. He was very cautious to ensure that there were no other tire problems. His wife (?) was helping him on the day that i was there and the seemed genuinely shocked when i gave them i small tip for great service. Super knowledgeable, and honest. 2 tire balances, a road force balance, a test drive, over the course of 4 appointments and I was finding myself a little annoyed at the situation. The tires were found to be defective, and there was no hesitation to rectify the situation. Tires were ordered, claims on warranty were presumably made, and new tires installed right away. Although a shop like this charges slightly more than others, it's because they incorporate road hazard insurance, balancing and rotations into the cost. I'm glad I purchased my tires from them, and I recommend for anyone looking for a no hassle no headache experience, and included support on tire maintenance. Special thanks to Randy. I must say that this crew with above and beyond. I found a set of wheels and tires for my bass boat trailer that I really liked. Called Jaime and he said he would need to call me the following week as it was after hours at the wheel manufacturers location and he wanted to doublecheck inventory. He called me first thing Monday morning. We got the order set up and we were off to the races. He called me to let me know that my wheels were in transit and also let me know that he would be moving stores and passing the baton to Hector. Shortly after I received a call from Hector with an additional status update followed by another call that they were all in stock and ready to go. Upon arrival, they had me set my truck and trailer up in the parking lot and these guys ran out there like a NASCAR crew with Jacks and set up their workspace, test fit a wheel for me to make sure there was clearance and proceeded to knock five tires and five wheels out, installed in the parking lot, in and out of their facility and under an hour! Everybody was so professional, all smiles, and really just seemed to be glad to be there. This by far was one of the best related experiences I've had that I can remember. I need tires for my wife's car and I will be back within the month. Well done.
