They have done mechanical work...PERFECT on high end cars and computers. Plus the provided me with high end tires and wheels. I had my tires aligned there and wheels placed on MBZ and 760 LI and Optima SX Turbo... with no issue. My car was taken in within 15 minutes. They promised to have my car done within an hour and they were done prior to that time. They gave me the results of my alignments which I have never received from any other shop. They replaced a right rearview mirror and had to reconnect the computer and make all the lights and bells work due to the crazy electronics of cars today...reset the brain and had the car working in an hour. OPTIMA TURBO SX. Took my Lamborghini in because I needed to get some tire sensors installed and calibrated properly. They were top notch. Would trust them with all my vehicles... I have a few. I send all my friends to Toro in Calimesa...and they also installed a rear camera and dash camera in my Mercedes. Super happy with everything! Then there is a guy named Ismael. He always follows up with a phone call a few days later to make sure everything is alright. They made a house call with a battery for my fathers....S - CLASS BENZ. That was amazing. Then Ismael took my dads car to the carwash as he felt it was toooooo dirty. That was very amazing and cool. I have referred 7 people to Toro and not one of my friends will go anywhere else...and not one have had a complaint. That is very relieving as I do not normally refer folks to places as if they do a bad job then it can ruin a friendship. So...I feel very confident when my folks...head out to Toro. They did a transmission for a Mazda 3 on my assistants car a few months ago and he says it has not driven any better and have driven it to San Francisco five times since the transmission complete install. Please don't go there to get your car fixed. They will rip you off. They charged us a little over$800 for the motor mounts and labor now we have to take our car to another mechanic to get the job done right. The motor mounts that we have on our car now is making the whole car shake. We are on a fixed income and these dumb mechanics at Toro tires don't care.

Find a trust worthy Mechanic…read more This is going to be long so I hope your in for it I know for a fact they regularly place "mechanic's lien" on many vehicles and sell them off for profit. (They steal cars form people by charging more than owner can afford, they then sell those cars for profit) The name of this place should be called "Dewy , Cheatum, and How" I was blindsided how friendly and service oriented they seemed to be... However , my issue was not diagnosed correctly initially and once it was taken in for repairs the issue was never addressed correctly. 9 months from the initial time I left this Truck with Salerno's and I still have a misfire in Cylinder 6 The whole ordeal started 10/28/2024, when I decided to trust Salerno's with the head gasket repair... I know this a labor intensive job so I waited patiently, the head gasket job too two months to complete . Immediately after taking possession of my vehicle I got a check engine light ( I was not comfortable going back to Salerno's ) so I got a second opinion from the car Dr of Loma Linda . The car Drs told me that Salernos had installed the wrong coil packs and did not replace a broken coolant Temp sensor. I went back to Salerno's with the quote from the Car Dr. and dropped my vehicle off again to be repaired properly the next day 1/5/2025 I got my vehicle back again another two months later and was charged $819.24 for the mistakes they make . Fool me twice maybe but not a third time , at this point I refuse to ever trust Salerno's When I went to pick up my truck the second time it had multiple new scratches scrapes and dings all over the body and around the hood where tool were dropped in it (I pointed it out to the denial of owner Mark). He also assured me the second 1/2 of the coil pack was correct even though there is no firing order noted on it . This business changed me over $6,500 , and clearly they are not a quality shop. There lack of knowledge and ability should be a concern to everyone looking for anything more then an oil change. Later that night, while driving, there was an issue with my tire where it would significantly vibrate at high speeds. I took it in the next morning and Greg immediately took it in to see what the problem was. It appeared that I may have left the parking brake partially set, and they cleaned up and resurfaced the rotor at no cost. He made sure to take it for a test drive to ensure the problem was fixed. Other shops may have refused to take responsibility and/or charged additional fees. Greg's garage take pride in their work and ensure you leave satisfied. Maybe you can find someplace cheaper, but I'd rather trust my vehicle with a shop that has integrity and cares for the end result of their work.
